My friend and I signed up at Alloy a few weeks ago, although they are not officially open until March 29, they are offering complimentary workouts once a week until opening. I’ve done one workout and my friend has been twice. Danielle is our trainer and we both love her. She works you out, but if you have something you can’t do she will make another suggestion that suits your needs.
My husband went last weekend to meet Matthew for an assessment. Matthew ended up working with him on different back and hip issues for over two hrs. I couldn’t believe he took so much time with him.
Go check them out. They are so nice and if you have back, hip, knee or even breathing issues they will work with you. Just check them out. You’ll see what I’m talking about.

I’m loving it! FINALLY got back into the strengthening conditioning. Years of trying to get back, I am back! Thanks to the atmosphere, always neat, 5 min away on car 8 in bike, and 10 running! Perfect warm up or if let’s say no wasting time. Small groups, everyone I’ve met have been so nice and friendly. It makes me happy to go there! I've been a member since the creekside location opened a couple months ago. I was looking for a bit more structure and guidance getting back into the gym after having kids. I’ve never had a personal trainer before…and now I have a few with Alloy! It’s been a wonderful experience so far and I’ve seen tremendous improvement in my core strength. I've loved my time at Alloy! I was a bit nervous when I first started, because I'd been out of shape for a while. The trainers at Alloy are amazing at guiding you at whatever level you are on. So far I've worked with Coach Ashley and Coach Stephanie. They are both incredible!

I’ve been attending Alloy Personal Training The Woodlands to improve my health, and the personalized support has made a real difference. The trainers, especially Stephanie, are incredibly attentive and adjust each workout based on your body’s needs.
Every session is different, which keeps things engaging. Even though there’s a workout plan on the screen, it’s just a guide—your exercises are tailored to you. When I hit limits or feel discomfort, Stephanie either adapts the routine right away or makes changes for the next class.
What really stands out is the personal care. On days I miss due to soreness, she checks in to see how I’m doing. That kind of attention is rare.
If you’re looking for a group training experience that feels one-on-one, Alloy is the place to go.
