Very clean facility. Access to water machines , top of line equipment,. Also has a room for the kids to play as you workout . Very fair price! I haven’t had to wait on a machine which is a game changer in my opinion. Never crowded also 24/7 access . Come and go whenever. Definitely in the top 3 gyms in Abilene in my opinion. Regret not joining sooner.

Out of the two dozen or so gyms I’ve paid memberships to, this is possibly my favorite. Plenty of equipment that’s also very sturdy, very low person-to-equipment ratio, and the most invested gym owner I’ve met, Abe. Very welcoming to all experience levels.

I was in Abilene for about a week for the holidays, the staff hooked me up with an all access week membership to help keep me on track of my goals. The equipment is super nice, the staff is super friendly, and the gym itself is exceptionally clean. One of the more pleasurable guest experiences at a gym I’ve had. I will definitely be back in the future!

I have been a member for a few months now; my only regret is not joining sooner. The staff is super friendly and the gym is always so clean. My teenage daughter has also started strength training with Abe and it’s been great for her thus far.

I’ve been coming here since a little over 3 months and can say this is the first gym that’s ever had me stay! All of the staff makes you feel like you have a family when you walk in the door, whether it be a big hello or a smile! Definitely recommend checking out alpha!

If you’re really serious about going to the gym and taking care of your health, plug in to this community! Everyone here is willing to help you to progress toward your goals. This is an overall great gym, even if you’re just stopping by. They have all the equipment you need, whether you’re just starting out or have been lifting weights for a while. If you have any questions at all the staff is always willing to answer them. Don’t even look for another gym! Just take my advice and go here!

Great environment friendly staff a place where you really want to go and get your sweat on.
