I knew Thomas years before he started ALPHA ELITE. This man woke up at 0600 every morning to train me for Basic Training (Army). He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, trustworthy and I would recommend anyone in the Texas area to train under him. You can’t put a price on his professionalism. Thomas is a great trainer who is knowledgeable about various aspects of fitness and athleticism. His new gym, Alpha Elite Training is home to a number of great service to benefit people of all ages. I especially enjoy the classes/boot camps offered on Saturday mornings. The last class I attended was a refreshing workout that pushed my limits. If you're looking for a fitness home, I suggest looking no further.

Gym looks really nice from what I could see. I stopped in to get some info and struggled to get any info out of the kid working the front desk. I hate the hard sell you get at most gyms, but this was just no info at all. Still not quite sure what they offer. Guess I’ll check back when they are more established.

I have been training with Thomas for 3 years. He is a master trainer , and the best! I’ve done personal training and group classes with Thomas and the classes are great.
