Our first time Alpha Omega for their open gym exceeded our expectations! Our 3 year old daughter does not easily separate from her parents in unfamiliar environments and had never tried gymnastics, but Coach Riley made her feel safe and went the extra mile to give her the attention and help she needed to fully participate! The coaches were excellent with all the kids while balancing class management, instruction, and fun throughout the class with ease. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The ninja warrior class is definitely best for a kid that needs help to be more agile. If your kids is already agile, they might get bored in this class. The Olympic Showcase was good if you have a gymnast but was not worth the time of money for the ninja warriors. This class can be good or bad just depending on what you are looking for.

Do not sign your child up here. My daughter’s experience in the cartwheel class was terrible. The children are out of control. One girl slapped my daughter on the behind 3 classes in a row, another student. Multiple students would cut in front of my daughter when lining up to do activities causing my daughter to miss out on turns. This was not corrected by any of the multiple instructors. Girls interrupt instructors and it takes up valuable class time. I am not satisfied. I notified them of my cancellation after class tonight and Linda told me I would not receive a refund for my December tuition. I would like the owner to make things right by refunding me and an apology would be kind. I feel my complaint was not taken seriously by Linda and I was offered no apology. As someone who took dance for 18 plus years I have never seen anything like this cartwheel class. Completely out of control, a complete disappointment and waste of money.

Our daughter takes classes here and is always SUPER excited for Saturday class! We also had her birthday party here this past weekend and it was a truly wonderful experience! The staff were amazing and took care of everything! I'm so thankful they were there to help decorate, cut/serve the cake, entertain the kiddos, and emcee the event so that I could just enjoy chatting with the parents and watching the kids have fun. The kids LOVED every minute of it and the parents enjoyed being able to sit back and enjoy themselves while still keeping an eye on their kiddos. It was truly the easiest birthday party ever - AND the kiddos had a blast. Highly recommend for classes and parties!

Regrettably, my five-year-old daughter will not be commencing her first gymnastics class at this establishment due to the unsatisfactory communication and customer service provided by LINDA.

Upon registering my daughter for classes starting on Saturday, the 17th, and making a payment of $225 on the 13th covering registration, monthly membership, and uniform fees, an additional charge of $129 was attempted on the 15th, resulting in a total payment of $354 before the scheduled class.

Seeking clarification, I contacted Linda, the billing representative, to address these concerns. During our conversation, I highlighted that my daughter primarily communicates in Spanish and our goal is to immerse her in an English speaking environment so that she can expand her bilingual skills. Also, that we intended for her to have a trial class on the upcoming Saturday to gauge her interest and participation agreeing to settle the $129 charge post the trial class on the 17th.

Unfortunately, Linda's response lacked a customer-oriented approach, suggesting a mismatch in our business relationship. This unexpected reaction occurred despite my maintained courteous and professional demeanor.

I requested a full refund of the initial $225 payment and offered Linda feedback as a "New Customer," expressing disappointment in the treatment received. I emphasized the importance of fostering a supportive community environment over rigid adherence to rules and noted our decision to seek a gymnastics facility that prioritizes children's development and delivers exceptional customer service.

I am eager to discuss our experience with the owner so that they can prevent this from happening with future community members.

We recently held our birthday party here and it was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to take care of the set up and clean up for the party. Everything went so smoothly and I cannot be more grateful to the staff for being so patient with my questions and anticipating our needs. Everyone had a great time! We will definitely come back here for future parties.

My 4 year-old has been attending a class here for the past two months. She absolutely loves it. She’s a very shy and timid kid, but the teachers at Alpha Omega have made her feel right at home. After her first class, she was hooked. She’s grown a lot in her confidence, balance, strength, and skills.

The establishment appears to be well-maintained and offers a pleasant environment. However, I find it somewhat incongruous that a Christian organization would be closed on Sundays, the traditional day of worship, yet open for private events.

While my children enjoyed their time at the facility, I couldn't help but notice this apparent contradiction. It seems to me that if the organization holds the Sabbath in such high regard, it should refrain from commercial activities on that day.

Therefore, I am compelled to give a one-star rating.

Excellent center for all types of levels. My kid earlier went to branded centers but never got guidance to compitative levels. After moving this place, she excelled in her skills and got good motivation from coaches to perform in compitations. Overall, it is a highly recommended center.

From the moment we walked in I felt seen and valued and that is important to me! I’ve watched in some businesses and haven’t even been acknowledged but they took the time to thoroughly go over the classes with me in detail and explain the summer camp. The first night of class was incredible and my daughter smiled the whole time! The two instructors in her class were very attentive and included her from start to finish. We held our son’s birthday party here recently and had a great experience. The staff was amazing. They helped with set up, wrangled a bunch of crazy 3-4 year olds with a calm and fun demeanor, and helped keep the party rolling with their excitement and “schedule”. I really appreciated all of their help and genuine joy for engaging with the kids.

Alpha Omega has the BEST summer program ever! The staff there is fantastic and will work with my son. They are so kind and patient with him, and he loves the workers there as well. We love the fact that they have different themes each week, along with special visitors, and of course the awesome water days! The program is truly well put together and you can tell all the kids are loving it! I am sad that it is coming to an end, but we will be looking forward to next summer!

I have a 1 year old, 3 year old, 4 year old and 6 year old doing gymnastics. Their separate classes occur SIMULTANEOUSLY. The amount of convenience this brings to our life can't be described with just words. The staff is consistent and fun. My kids look forward to going here every weekend. 4th kid is free by the way. Not recommended. They are not working on the foundation of gymnastics enough. If you attend this location and switch to a more established gym, you will find your kids are missing skills.

We moved on due to their lack of quality customer service. When they chose not to refund for our daughter’s birthday after she broke her toe, we knew it wasn’t the right place for us. We cannot support a business that doesn’t place value on doing the right thing.

Highly recommend!!! We have a 4,6,&8 year old and out of all of the activities they are involved in, this place is by far their favorite. You can tell the staff love doing what they do. They challenge each child in such a fun and safe atmosphere. They have so much positive energy! It’s definitely a place your child will thrive. Cannot recommend this place enough! My son has been in the two year old class for about 6 months and about to start the 3 year old class. We love the staff and he adores his coach. Highly recommend Friday’s preschool open gym for members and non members.

It’s great for the kid’s social skills, practicing patience, waiting in line, taking turns, etc., but also has already helped his coordination and athleticism a lot too.

This little gym is great. Very clean - small classes. My only regret is that I didn't take him here first. He's accustomed to up to 3 or 4 hours at these "open play" places so the stay with the class concept is pretty new. The coaches are super attentive and very patient. I don't think I could find a better place for him to start learning this now.

Jumping Class!!!! Has been the highlight of the week for our 4 year old for two years... There is not a more caring staff out there, and the respect they foster between all the gymnastics is very impressive. Alpha Omega gymnastic is the perfect place to build confidence, strength, agility, and community. Their parents nights out and camp weeks are even loved by my nieces and nephews that visit from out of town in years past. Due to my fluid work schedule our daughter has spent time with 4 different instructors, all amazing but distinct. The administration has been super helpful from scheduling to make up classes. We believed in this local business so much that even when we could not come due to COVID it was a no brainer to keep supporting them monthly. My daughter has been a member of the AOG family for about four/five months and we couldn’t be more happy with the choice we made. With all the gymnastics places in the area it was confusing! But I’m happy to say we made the right pick on our first try. I have a family member who’s daughter has been to 3/4 gymnastics programs in the last two years throughout Allen and McKinney and I’m happy to say we are 100% happy with our program. Not only do they offer a wide variety of classes there are so many programs they offer...like “skills clinic” for the children two times a month that’s included in the tuition to work on extra skills they need help with. Parents night out, summer camps, spring break camps, tumble bugs, TNT Warrior classes and sooo much more I have personally taken advantage of the “mommy and me” gymnastics classes with my two year old. The staff has the patience of a saint!
I recommend AOG to everyone and Mr. Sam!

We LOVE Alpha Omega gymnastics. All 4 of my girls ( ages 5, 6, 7, and 10) go here and it is a big deal if we have to miss class or Friday night open gym. It has pushed them to work hard, build discipline and gain authentic confidence. Alpha omega is set apart from other gyms we have tried because the coaches are amazing with kids and it is equally fun and challenging for my athletic kids and my less athletic girls. My youngest kids have struggled with motor skills and confidence. Only a few months of class has made a big improvement. Highly recommend.

We used a Groupon to try Alpha Omega Gymnastics for the initial and joined after the 2nd visit. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and communication is great! They include so many things with the membership. You aren’t just paying for 1 weekly class, so I feel like with the open gyms, skills training, weekly class and discounts on Parents Night Out I’m getting my money’s worth. We were looking for an environment that focused more on the fun of the sport than the competition aspect but still gave high quality instruction from experienced coaches. Alpha Omega nails this! Clean facility & Friendly staff. Even the teachers that were not my daughters specific teachers knew my girls by name. When I had questions the owner and staff were very responsive. Example - I had a billing question and sent an email on the weekend and I was surprised when someone responded the next day (on a Sunday).

While we can no longer afford classes I will be back for preschool gym once in a while because my daughter loves it. Each week they set up the obstacle course a little different or have something fun out that they don't usually have. So it's not the same thing week after week.

We also had a birthday party here. You can bring any food you want which is nice when your child or party guests might have food restrictions. (I just point this out because when we had a pump it up party you couldn't bring any outside food other than the cake)

Great variety of classes for kids. Members get open gym hours every week, which is basically free reign of all the gym equipment, and parents can drop them off, and pick up at end of free gym. My kid is 10, and has an absolute blast! There is also a parents night out once a month. $25 for members, which is way less than a babysitter, and a lot more fun! We have found it to be an awesomely fun workout for kids. You gotta check them out!
