Are you looking for see where you are at athletically in the event of a zombie apocalypse? We’ll look no further, this place has it all to test your skill and endurance in the elements.

We got a good workout in this morning and finished it off with the O-course where I tested my athletic ability and grip strength. I am looking forward to going back to dial in my weaknesses.

One of the best workout locations in san antonio!!! State of the art facility with tons of equipment for unlimited exercise programs. Staff is awesome and always helpful. After your workout they have cryotherapy and regeneration beds to help with recovery!!

If you want a great workout with excellent trainers, some from American Ninja Warrior than look no further than the Alpha Warrior proving grounds at Retama park!!!!!

Wow!! This is an amazing workout!!! Very well thought out! Nice warm up, super intense workout (but with modification to fit your fitness level) and an amazing recovery with Cryogenic booth, red light therapy, foam rollers, and some excellent compression therapy!! Very throughout workout!!!

Alpha Warrior obstacle course is fun and challenging. I have completed here for 3 years and am never disappointed. The events keep getting tougher and the fun just keeps coming. If you haven't tried out an event here put it on your bucket list.
