Our visit was 11/09/2025 This place was totally disgusting. Everything was dirty and I mean everything especially the bathroom toilet paper everywhere commode Hasn’t been cleaned in months if that. I purchased a Groupon accidentally picked the wrong location, but we did end up going yesterday as soon as I walked in the door I was very disappointed. I literally watched staff walk by trash and not even pick it up. Apparently somebody else complained about the bathrooms they went to clean them. I went in again after that and it was still not cleaned properly tampon applicators same ones still laying on the floor. Staff was very friendly, but I definitely will not be returning. We will be going back to our original location, which is always in pristine condition.

I’m really unimpressed with the cleanliness and safety of this place. The Altitude we usually go to has personnel monitoring each section for safety and rule following. There were only two visible employees here on a busy Saturday, both very young, and both behind the desk. There were kids crawling under the climbing structures, climbing the matts (with signs visible saying not to), and a child punched my kid (these things happen, and I’m happy to step in, but it happened twice with zero other adult supervision). The bathrooms were gross, the mats needed to be replaced a long time ago. We won’t be back.

I truly see why the have discounts on Groupon. I usually only make positive reviews. But, this trampoline park is a literal dump. It is disgusting. We got invited here, so of course we went. 5 minutes in you can see and feel how dirty it was. It was fairly empty too! There was two people at the front. No one was actually monitoring the kids to ensure their safety or that things were being used properly and carefully. It was like you pay and then do whatever. The bathrooms, EW! My own husband walked out and said he didn’t have to pee that bad. That says a lot.
Again, we were invited so we tried to stay for the birthday kid. I believe it was a 90 minute time frame and we left within the hour because it was just that gross. And sure enough our kids were both sick the following day along with the birthday child.
0/10 recommend.
I just find it funny because on one of the reviews there is a comment that said something between the lines of “you won’t even recognize it in February”
and I don’t know what it look like in February but based off of the pictures, it looked like a dump and it is currently still a dump.

Eight months later, all of the below is basically still true. We were here today at 11 am and the floor was already dirty and stivky despite the place being pretty empty, which tells me it wasn't cleaned last night. There are a lot of things in poor repair. Multiple places in the play place where the floor tiles bulge up and can trip kids. Attention needed!

Previous review:

We have a membership for our 5 year old because as long as you come at least once every 2 months it pays for itself. There's not a lot here for our 20 month old to do but he usually amuses himself well enough. It's a good place to get energy out.

That said, it's in need of some maintenance. There are often one or more areas off-limits (sometimes for multiple visits between several weeks), the bathroom stalls don't align and look like they're falling apart, and there are areas that are dangerous because padding needs replacement. I noticed several at the foam block pit when we were there today.

This place is a cesspool of germs. I’m sorry and I hate to leave a review like this. But the bathrooms are nasty. There was no toilet paper in the dispensers. The soap was completely empty and the container was empty like someone was trying to empty it out trying to get the last drops. There was trash all over the floors, every trash can was over flowing and there was skittles all over the trampolines. There was no one monitoring the place to make sure it was clean or safe. It was so nasty and I wanted to leave within 5 min. I just felt grossed out being there. When I did arrive, the employees were coming out eating donuts which is no issue, they deserve a good treat with how nasty you run the place. You need to be cleaning it every night or atleast make it look like you do. Good lord.

We really love coming here to jump, and have also had my daughter's bday party here. It's a really fun place. They have a new play area and a ball pit, which my kids really enjoy!

However, it's not as clean as it used to be. The trampolines are dirty, and the flooring is torn and coming up off of the floor. The hand sanitizer station outside the restrooms is empty and broken, and has been for a while. The women's bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks, and there is trash all over. We've been here a few times this summer and I don't think they've ever been cleaned. Other than that, it's a fun place for kids.

We went there to celebrate a birthday party of our neighbors daughter and it’s a great place for kids and teenagers and kids don’t want to come back for cake also but please watch out kids very close because it’s little ruff place for smaller kids even our 7 year old and 9 year old kids have some twisted ankle or wrist and about the massage chair omg 😳 my neighbor sitting in there 5 minutes she immediately stopped and saying don’t sit in there and she says so much twisting and we even see very red ness in her legs and she is sweating 🥵

This party was quite expensive, and I was disappointed with the lack of communication. After booking, I never received a phone call to confirm the details; I had to make those calls myself. Upon our arrival, we were not greeted, and not a single staff member wished my son a happy birthday. Your website states that the package includes a party attendant, but unfortunately, no employees came to assist us at any time. I ended up taking care of everything, which I thought was included in the party service. I believe you can verify this through your camera footage.

Additionally, we didn't have enough seating in the room, causing many of our guests to leave the area. The room was very warm and the water bottles were given to us at room temperature. The pizzas were also very late, and we never received an apology for that inconvenience. Several of our guests were incorrectly charged at check-in, which resulted in refunds needing to be issued—taking up to seven business days. Ultimately, I left a tip. I'm not sure for whom or what exactly, and very sadly, I feel I shouldn't have left anything.

We cleaned up the room ourselves, and at the end of the event, we returned to inquire if our son could place his handprint on the wall, as that was never offered to us during the party. While I appreciate the quality of your establishment and am a frequent visitor, I was highly disappointed with the lack of service we received for our party and I cannot recommend this to anyone. I did not get what we paid for at all, and again, this was not a cheap booking. This was a waste of money, except the cost for the jumpers.

It is very hot and humid. In the toddler area there was trash and empty water bottles in the corners and some areas the trampoline was ripped and scary to think you can fall through.
They also close the drinks before 1 hour before closing. My poor daughter's was thirsty and I couldn't buy her a cold water so we had to leave.

Very frustrated that after spending money to get in to jump, purchased snacks, and after jumping for an hour my granddaughter was told she couldn't jump because she didn't have "Altitude" socks on. She had on old altitude socks that said amped on them. I had to purchase socks in order to get the other hour we paid to jump. Teaching children to follow rules is hard when the employees are too busy racing each other in the area with the tables to enforce the sock rule. Very frustrated 😠

Altitude used to be our trampoline park of choice, but sadly after today’s visit, we won’t be back. The parking lot was full of trash. The front foyer trash can was overflowing and trash all over the floor. The family restroom was unsanitary with water and trash all over the floor. The foam pit trim was ripped off exposing splintered wood and mats that should be covering springs were ripped resulting in my toddler falling. There was staff present who just walked by several times as I attempted to adjust the ripped mats.

This place felt extremely unsafe. As a former daycare & pre-k teacher, I’m usually not one to fuss about kid spaces, l know it’s organized chaos. But genuinely, they need to either shut down or retrain staff.

The supervision was definitely lacking, kids were breaking rules left and right with barely a “hey don’t do that” occasionally. That alone, I would’ve let go. I understand parents share a responsibility to keep their kids abiding by the rules.

But I also raised two major safety concerns with staff and was basically just shrugged at. The first was that my 5 year old daughter found an actual knife in the play structure, to which they replied “Tell her thanks for finding it!” And did absolutely no follow up. I expected at least some kind of genuine apology and a safety sweep or something. Then, there was a giant hole in the netting that had clearly been repaired with zip ties previously (see photo) that some kids had ripped open again. I discovered that because children were in areas that were unsafe and should’ve been inaccessible to them. They were climbing through the hole. Again, l- a random parent- discovered the major safety concern. I raised the issue with staff and their response was to zip tie it shut again.

Given the apathy shown by staff, l emailed them through the site, thinking surely I’ll get into contact with someone who can assure me that they’ll do better next time. Nope. Emailed on Thursday, they didn’t bother with a response.

I am truly appalled at the disregard for kids’ safety. I will personally never bring my child here again.

This place has shady business practices. I informed one of the staff that I was having surgery this June back in February. She told me it wouldn't be a problem at all and to remind them in June to cancel my membership. I thought that was enough notice, but when I went to remind them today that we would be pausing or cancelling (it's May 29th today), I was informed that once the cancellation process was started, I would still be charged for 2 more months for my 5 children's monthly memberships (an extra $100 total). I reminded them that I had given verbal notice in February. At this point the general manager spoke to me like a child and mansplained that it wasn't his employees responsibility to remind me of the terms and conditions in my contract. As a small business owner myself, I countered that all of his employees should be trained to help people better understand the contacts they have signed. He countered by saying, it wasn't their responsibility.

So here I am sitting at a disgustingly dirty table, feeling frustrated and taken advantage of fighting tears. I have been coming to this place (Keller Location) since a few years before COVID (2016 I think), I just sucks to feeling so disregarded and to be treated like I'm an idiot. We used to love this place. We've spent so many birthday parties and events here.

Although I'm feeling very sad, it really is time to leave this Altitude behind. The facilities are so filthy. The bathrooms are just gross and are often empty of toilet paper and paper towels. Most of the current employees are impatient and unkind to the children. It's just not the place it used to be. And now they are stealing from people by not communicating contact terms better.

I was at altitude on march 28 for Friday night frenzy while i was there their happened to be 2 fights the first fight happened in the girls bathroom so the employees couldn’t really stop it but there was a second fight by dodge ball and i saw 2 employees run towards the fight to stop it but there was a 3rd employee who was just walking idk what his name was but he was a white guy looks about 15-16 5’7 he should really be fired during fights he was no help he told employees to let them fight and not to stop it because it wasn’t there job to but thats apart of their job to keep the kids safe there the employees from the front desk had to leave to stop the fight because of him and that is completely unnecessary if he had just done his job right in the first place idk if this is his first job or not but he needs to do better if i was his boss I wouldve fired him im only making this review today because i want others to be aware of what’s happening

We just had a membership for our 4 yr old girl and go there pretty often.. the place is decent compared to other trampoline places HOWEVER it desperately needs maintenance especially around the trampoline and padding.. Hello, I had a party scheduled booking number 102056174 and unfortunately I had the wrong location. As soon as I paid the down payment I realized this and texted, called, emailed, called again, called a fellow franchisee and to this day no one has gotten back to me. We live in Dallas so going to fort worth is truly inconvenient to try to settle this. Please refund my money.

My kid had fun. I’ll lead with that. They are money hungry, I’ll second with that . First time to come with my kid. We did online waiver and watched the videos before coming. I also called 3 different times to make sure we were “good” on everything , so our family could just walk in and have fun.
We were not informed on having to buy special socks, the video just says have shoes off, and we were not told over the phone when asked if this was “everything” that needed to be paid for.

They sell 20oz bottled drinks and they are all $1.75, even water , like a vending machine. Don’t give a deal on water , when you sell 2 hour jump passes ? Pretty bad. Best part is their bottled beverages do not stand on their tables, because the tables are for outside and covered in holes. I would bring a mat or something to sit the bottles on because my kids spilled theirs as nothing is flat or stable.

The Staff were camouflaged by the children as they do not wear same color shirts for ID purposes, because that makes too much sense.
Lots of toddlers and even babies on the trampoline area o.0 Sort of strange the parents were doing that .
It’s weird that a place that makes money on birthdays doesn’t offer a cake to buy at the location, but has a rule that you have to pay $25 to bring one inside. Basically, they charge you for a cake they don’t give you. Main vibe, I got, was “spend money” .
