By Far the most unorganized kid trampoline I’ve ever been too. Management is new (6weeks) and she has no clue how to talk to customers yet alone fix the problem for the claw machines they have on site!!

Well, new Management ruins another good thing. Our member ship hardly get used and we pay 120$ a year for it to be on stand by, maybe dropping in once every 3 months. Now they take away the perk for members.-No Free Coffee or Tea... I paid over 3$ for a 10 Oz Dixie cup. Christ...anything to make a buck. I'll cancel my membership when we leave today. Great job

I had to purchase another pair of socks , because the staff made my daughter get off the trampoline! Saying her socks were not purchased from altitude! My child was upset and confused that this made her get off the trampoline! Very uncaring and unprofessional.. she could have and should address this with me .

The prices are fair and the snack bar is fine, however the cult-like sock rules are just plain stupid. Requiring "grippy socks" is very reasonable, so that's absolutely not what's going on here. Without purchasing and wearing my own altitude branded safety socks, I'm apparently in some kind of immense danger that was previously unknown to me.

Wife and kids visited today. Kids had fun however the staff experience was horrible. They spent the entire afternoon complaining about their experience.
The staff wants them to buy their socks so bad. Even when my wife who wasn't jumping or doing anything, just to go call on the kids, was asked to buy their socks. JUST saying "hey kids, let's go home" you need socks.
Just a horrible experience and won't be visiting anymore.

Fraud and Attempt to Add Unauthorized Charges

We celebrated our child’s birthday at Altitude Trampoline Round Rock. I booked and paid for a party room for 10 kids, and an additional 5 kids joined us. I also ordered 8 pizzas for the event. According to the pricing listed on the website, I expected the total to be around $625, but instead I was given a bill for $992.

When I tried to understand why the amount was so much higher, no one could provide a clear explanation. The staff member responsible for our party wasn’t able to show where my 8 pizzas and 15 jumpers were listed on the receipt. Instead, the bill showed an extra 11 jumpers that were never there. Rather than explaining anything, she insisted that I must pay immediately and that I was “delaying” her. At one point, she grabbed the receipt from the desk and crumpled it. It felt like a deliberate attempt to confuse me and overcharge me. It took almost an hour to get a corrected and accurate bill.

Regarding the party schedule, I specifically asked for the pizza to be delivered one hour after the party started, so the kids would have enough time to sit down, eat comfortably, receive their goodie bags, and say goodbye to each other. Despite this, they brought the pizza only 30 minutes before the end of our reserved room time.

While the kids were eating cake, we were told we must leave the room exactly at the end of our allotted time because “another party was coming in right after us,” and that I needed to go pay the bill immediately. Now I understand this was intentional to pressure me into paying quickly without reviewing the charges.

After we vacated the room, we stayed at Altitude for quite a while longer. There was no party after ours, despite what they told us.

Be sure to double-check your bill before paying! They may try to add extra jumpers or additional items you did not order.

Great place for both young and old! My son is only six and he’s playing with the bigger kids in dodgeball, the older ones are kind enough to not single him out and actually work to defend him. My daughter 9 is only six the long runs and then off to play tag from me and mom! We love it!

The place is extremely dirty and disorganized. It’s staffed almost entirely by very young employees who seem more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to what’s happening around them. Many were even rude to the younger kids running around.
The bathrooms had no paper towels. While we were there (our first and definitely last visit), a child was injured and bleeding from the mouth. The staff had no idea what to do and didn’t offer any first aid supplies. With no paper towels available, no one could help the child stop the bleeding until another adult customer brought napkins.
Another serious concern: there are no age limits or separation of age groups. Toddlers as young as 1–3 years old were on the trampolines at the same time as teenagers doing dangerous flips. You would expect basic common sense - at minimum, designated times for small children versus older kids - but there is none.
Instead of focusing on safety, the staff seems more concerned with harassing adults who are supervising their toddlers because they aren’t wearing the facility’s branded socks (even if they’re already wearing grip socks).
Overall, this place feels unsafe, poorly managed, and completely unprepared to handle injuries or maintain a safe environment. We won’t be returning.

The space wasn't as quite large as I imagined but it offers plenty of jumping/trampolining zones, foam pits, playground; so you don’t feel cramped.

Staff were friendly and helpful in the check-in process, just sign the waiver before coming to speed up the process.

The birthday party we attended was in a separate room and away from all the chaos happening outside. Overall we had a great time!

Who’s bright idea was it to tell staff that it was ok to vacuum while children are still at play ?? The extension cord seems like a safety hazard . Security has some major issue as cellphones, wallets, and those who have Ccw cannot secure their property. In the world today wouldn't losing your stuff be a great end to a day.- Addtl information - Repairs to locker doors and improvements have been made since first review, mgmt and leads seem to be improving.
-6mth update. The conditions have deteriorated back to the way they were. Lockers are all locked and require an employee with a key (hard to find sometimes) who does not know how to reset the locks to help you access your locker. Staff is minimal and not paid well enough to babysit, and too busy flirting to fix the numerous minor problems

Fun for the kids but the place doesn’t have food to buy unless you planned a party there in advance. They bring in food from Double Dave’s. But even though they don’t have food, you still can’t bring your own food in. The manager there told us we would need to pay $85 to be able to bring our own pizza in the place. Absolutely ridiculous.

We had a great time here back in February (late review) with my 2 and 5-year-old. I got tickets online with a discount but it wasn't the correct discount, and the staff fixed it for me to get the bigger discount, which I thought was nice. I don't advise going on a school holiday though, it was SO crowded and the line to check in was so long! This place has a little bit of everything for lots of different ages such as trampoline runways, ramps, a dodgeball area, an air swing, platforms to jump off of into foam pits, arcade, play structure with a ball pit, basketball, rock climbing and balance beam, party rooms, and lots of seating. It seemed pretty clean, especially for the amount of people there and the stuff was friendly. We will definitely be back, just not on a weekend or holiday!

We’ve been a handful of times. No issue. Recently my wife took my daughter and after paying to play, were told they had the wrong socks to play and were told they must purchase another 9 dollars worth of socks that was exact brand socks, in order to play. So unbelievably outrageous it’s funny. All these places require socks. Some need the sticky rubber. My daughter had the correct sticky socks, but they were “ Urban air “ socks and told they needed to purchase Altitude socks. Other families were told the same. Everyone laughed. Lost alot of customers at your ridiculous money grab. So pathetic. I’d give zero stars if possible. There’s a hundred options. Really idiotic policy.

The place has really gone downhill. It’s filthy, smells like feet, and it’s unsafe for younger children when there are adult-size teenagers running around like wild animals and with no regard for anyone’s safety. The staff does nothing to ensure a safe environment for younger children when this happens.

I have been a member at Altitude Trampoline Park for a long time, and every single visit I was always allowed to bring one guest for free — never once was I charged. But today (Sept 22, 2025) the manager Zowie tried to charge me and said, “Sometimes we charge, sometimes we don’t.” That makes no sense. Policies should be consistent, and customers shouldn’t be punished for the staff’s mistakes.

Thankfully, another staff member named Makena was very kind, apologetic, and professional. She treated me with respect and tried to help. Honestly, she should be the manager instead.

Because of this unfair experience, I decided to cancel my membership. Very disappointed.

This was hands down the worst experience. I grew up a gymnast and a cheerleader so places like this were my happy place. The staff was undertrained and the park was flooded with little children under minute supervision. We were interrupted multiple times by staff saying we can’t “flip” and it was “stated clearly on the signs”. Which is untrue, the signed all said no double or triple flipping. There was a child that was injured by another ADULT that was not part of my party. She had left the injured child abandoned in the section that I was in with my sister with a staff member less than 5 feet away and did nothing. As we assisted the child and helped him up to assure he was okay with fist bump, where was the staff, and where was the parent? After we had been interrupted for the last time I had asked for a refund back, gathered my things, and then was verily assaulted by the clueless parent outside. Run a better organization, train a better staff, and be a better parent.

9/20 1600H. This is my first visit to this venue. The trampolines are arranged from younger to older children (at least to my impression), which is a plus. Then, you will go to the counter, and you can see that they are not so sensitive with long lines and children crying from wanting to enter the trampoline (probably understaffed). Looks like they are tired and not helping one another. The staff that I spoke to is not even approachable. The check-in process is quick if you already did the waiver ahead but the line is long. We bought a 90 min pass for $22.29 because we are not members (socks not included for 4.32 USD each). My daughter loves their slides, as seen in the photo; however, they need to close it for regular cleaning. That's great; at least they are picking up trash. The bad side is that it took them 30 min to just pick up trash in a 3-meter x 3-meter area, which cuts into your time. That's the area where my daughter only plays, and we just have to spend 60 min of remaining time in that place. We do not have a choice but to wait while my daughter is crying. Today is Saturday, and they should manage their time well in cleaning and not interrupting the kids playing. And they need to improve their audio system too. I can only hear a loud voice which most of the time cannot be understood. I hope they will post a notice too regarding their cleaning schedule in slide area, so no time is wasted.
Overall, the venue has potential with its well-arranged trampolines and fun slides that children enjoy. However, the experience was affected by poor staff engagement, long waiting times, and poorly managed cleaning schedules that disrupted play. While the check-in process is smooth with a completed waiver, the lack of efficiency and attentiveness from the staff significantly reduced the value of our visit. Better time management and more proactive, approachable staff would greatly improve the overall customer experience.

There are way to many kids and kids are getting hurt constantly because to many kids are jumping on the same trampoline at once and they are not enforcing any rules. The only rule they are enforcing is that kids have to have Altitude socks. My kids have different grip socks and they insisted that we buy theirs. Also they insist that every adult has their socks even thought we dont even get close to trampolines. Money grab, no other reason. It’s too dirty, too loud and too many people. Never ever coming here again.

I'm a regular at this place since moving into town. Today i was Falsely accused of purposely hitting kids in the head by an irate worker. It was almost comedic how unprofessional this lady was and has always been every time ive seen her. Screaming and yelling at kids everywhere you go is not the way to go about enforcing the rules. I'm all for keeping the kids safe, but there's a more subtle way to go about it and punishing my autistic kid as well for something he didn't even do was icing on the cake.

Two complaints
1. Foam pits are disintegrating and when you jump in you, inhale particles. My lungs are trashed.

2. Kids going into the restroom in socks with urine on the ground and then going straight back to the park…the foot was really bad.

Other than that it was great. But serious concerns about breathing in the particles…so if your kids are coughing and get sick after the park. That is probably the reason.
Owners should definitely invest back into the place.

Literally the trashiest trampoline park I’ve ever been to. The floors are disgusting, there’s dust everywhere, the foam in the foam pits look like they haven’t been replaced in years and are crumbling apart. But hey at least the new looking bathrooms are cleaner than the actual attractions.

We came right at opening time. So it wasn’t like it was from the days mess. This place is just gross and needs a serious deep clean and upgrades. It’s just rundown.

ALSO, while we were there, they had staff replacing 3 of the trampolines in the main jump area. They had a couple of ropes around one or two of them, but it was a task to keep my toddler from running straight towards one. The risk of falling into one of the open holes is SUCH A SAFETY HAZARD. The fact that this was happening during open hours was mind blowing! Completely unsafe and absurd.

Came back to edit and add: me and my kids are all sick now with sniffles and sore throats. Not surprised with all the dust and germs like I mentioned.

Now lately they've hit new lows in patrolling the place going so far as to force people to buy altitude specific branded socks. (Regardless of grips or not). Meanwhile nothing is done about the behavior of more than half of these disrespectful kids doing whatever else they want.

It looks like a poorly maintained place. There were many safety hazards, holes in the rooted walls, exposed pipes, trash on the floor and on top of it, it was more expensive than similar places in the area. Pass for an adult and a three year old for two hours was over $50.

Altitude at Round Rock was not a very fun experience, the inside smelled like feet and like a boys locker room in middle school. The A/C didn't even work properly in an athletic environment for kids. Most of the employees were so lazy and wouldn't even do their job. I remember it was two boys and one of them had brown curly, I just wanted to take a picture of my daughter going on the trapeze or whatever and she was waiting on the bottom of the ladder in line and some employee just came in between placed a cone between my daughter and the line. We asked if she wasn't allowed to go or if it wasn't closed or something and the employee said the attendant helping with the trapeze had to take a five minute break. That was understandable because from afar we could see she working for quite a while and was actually doing her job with enthusiasm. So we went to the jungle gym, which smelled horrific, if was terrible but somewhat tolerable. We continued to go inside the jungle gym or whatever its called and there was a tall purple slide, we went in the slide and it wasn't slippery at all and it smelled SO bad. When we complained the employees said there diffusers but they were clearly not doing much. Anyways, we went back to the trapeze to see if the employee was there, but she was not. We asked some boy if he could help and he asked some other boy (the one with brown curly hair,) they were broke talking for a few minutes, and then did an "ughhhh" and then told us we could, he just gave the bar or trapeze or whatever, and then just left. Urban Air is far better spend a couple more dollars and go to Urban Air. My daughter left in tears, never coming back here.

There should be guardian wrist bands and some type of door security to ensure children's safety.

Pay $21 for one hour of trampoline time. We chose this place because they have a diving board, trapeze, and balance beam. Those are unique attractions for trampoline parks. Unfortunately there is no supervision by the staff for the attractions. Kids punch each other on the balance beam. No one monitors how many kids are in the foam pits or holds the line until the flailing kid gets out of the foam. We requested the trapeze be opened so we could use it as soon as we saw it. Waited the whole hour and no one opened the attraction after multiple families requested it. The 15 member staff is all congregating behind the front desk. They could have sent people to monitor the attractions and foam pits. Not safe. Can’t use attractions. Don’t recommend. I have heard the one in Austin has attendants at each attraction.

Kids had a blast but please invest in a better hvac system. I won't be bringing my kids here at all in the summer, they were dying and nuzzling water and so was I and I wasn't even doing anything but watching them lol

Copied from the feedback I sent to the company:
We purchased the Junior Jumpers Jam pass since it was stated that it was an age restricted time window and that would be perfect for our 4 year old daughter. Shortly after we arrived, there were two groups of older teenagers that entered the park and one of the groups of teenaged boys were running and playing recklessly without regard of the smaller jumpers. During this time, my daughter was almost knocked over and my wife was knocked over and tweaked her knee. The safety padding was not up to date because multiple times, the older kids would land on the padding and would crumble to the ground in pain after landing on the padding on the elevated platforms or the padding leading to the walkpaths. The foam blocks in the pools were deteriorating, and multiple activities were blocked off and unusable. This is from my observations and I do think that this location should be audited by HQ since it did not hold up to the standard of other locations that I have been to in the past.

Junior Jumpers Jam "we save our biggest jump time for our littlest jumpers....designed especially for 6 & under" is absolute false advertisement. The program listed on their website and what's on numerous social media adds promoted by people, is misleading. This was supposed to be a family day and a surprise for our daughter. We booked this time slot for our 4 yr old thinking she would be with kids her age (at most 6 yr olds, as advertised). But within minutes of being there, we were surrounded by numerous kids much much older and much bigger than the kids the time slot was designated for. The teenagers were so careless and so aggressive that it didn't matter who they were running into, not even the little kids.
We ended up asking for a refund and was told that the Junior Jumpers Jam two hour blocked time was only for "discounted prices" for little ones and that everyone else can still enter. Completely not what was marketed in their website. We received most of the amount we paid for the jump time, paid for socks we will never reuse, and a daughter who left in tears.
On top of this, in various spaces, the paddings were not maintained and were dangerously hard and the foam blocks were falling apart. This was just and overall bad experience.

My 5yo came to me twice saying an older kid threw a ball with all his power at him in the dodgeball area. The second time I went over to see for myself. What I saw was a 16yo pummeling little kids while 2 altitude employees sat and watched… I confronted the older kid myself, but was really disappointed that the altitude employees were not monitoring this as they sat there chatting with each other. It’s one thing for my kids to enter knowing they might get hit with a ball from a bigger kid; it’s another to have a teenager aiming at little kids and laughing when they go down.

The only reason we continue to come back is because of the unbeatable deals we get on Groupon for tickets. But this establishment has a lot of room for growth…
1. Safety is a huge concern because there are not always monitor, actively monitoring the trampoline and dodgeball area Which are particularly Rambunctious and rough.
2. They don’t monitor the time and make people leave when they are supposed to (and I can see where some would find this to be a positive aspect, it’s typically not a good thing when there are parents who drop their kids off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon).
3. Despite having an abundance of workers, you will often see many of them just standing behind a Counter talking, and playing around rather than actively monitoring the High traffic areas for safety or cleaning surfaces.
4. Speaking of cleaning, Or lack there of, if you have a compromised immune system in anyway, I would highly recommend you stay away from here.
