All I can say about this place is what a great amazing staff and ownership! THIS is the type of place I want my kids to be and these are the types of people I want them to be around. I could care less about what sport they teach, they are the kind of role models I want for my kids. Kind, generous with their time and patience, and truly care about children. 10/100 would recommend.

My granddaughter and grandson LOVE this gym!! Their momma and I are also fans of the gym as well as the staff. I only visit a couple or three times a year, but I’ve always been made to feel welcome. Nobody is ever a stranger for long!! Keep up the great work, AFF!

I coached at American Flip Factory from 2022-2023 and I miss it every single day! Kristen and Mike have used their extensive gymnastics backgrounds to create a gym that cares deeply about the sport, and also feels like home. They and their employers make it a point to teach proper, safe, and true gymnastics from the ground level. They celebrate each and every family that enters the gym and are consistently making efforts to make AFF even more fun and welcoming than it already is. Highly recommend!

My boys attended the ninja warrior classes earlier this year, and they are begging to go back! The homeschool class on Tuesday is especially helpful for helping up get out of the house and have socialization with other kids. Friday open gym is a frequent request from these guys too!

My daughters attended AFF for a few years. My oldest was on the gymnastics team and loved her time with the gym. My youngest was on the cheer team and had the time of her life. Still to this day, get along great with the owners and we couldn’t have asked for better owners.
