Even though I’m not a member yet, I did visit this location a couple times and I can say I was very impressed with how it’s designed & how much machines they have to offer. Kendra was my guide and showed me around she was very friendly & kind I had no complaints. I did love how they offer child care and looked very well secured as a mother it’s very important to find a gym with those benefits so that was a plus! The fitting rooms were a bit of a snug & didn’t really offer much room to change, they only had showers & the actual stalls but no actual fitting room. The sauna looked fun didn’t try it just yet! Overall I gave this place a 5-star. I haven’t signed up yet because I did signed up for that $1 monthly deal and when I went in person apparently it was no longer valid. I waited months for this location to open & thought that deal would be available to new members, but unfortunately it’s not. I just cancelled my membership to planet fitness to join this gym but now I’m second guessing it. Thank you Amped Fitness for this opportunity 🙏🏻

Second visit today. Went to workout floor and noticed 2 guys working out shirtless. I notified an employee who gave me an "and so what" look. I asked him if he didn't think that it was inappropriate. He dismissed me saying that he was busy. He never did say anything to the shirtless members. First gym I have ever been to that allowed members to workout shirtless. "Prison rules". Too bad. Very clean gym with all new machines. Unfortunately, management is not up to standard. You can't let the members run the gym. Last visit for my wife and I. We have choices.

These days you never know what kind of customer service you’ll get at any place of business. I entered the gym, expecting to argue about my membership and having a duplicate account. They dont have cleaning supplies in stock just wet rags to clean the machines. That was nasty. They lied about the yearly fee and blamed it on miscommunication. When we tried to cancel they told us we are gonna be charged an additional month since they require a 30day notice. The gym is ok. The equipment is mid and the bathroom and locker room is extremely basic.

The gym itself is really nice, and the staff are incredibly kind, patient, and personable. The reason I’m giving this gym 3 stars is because of the sauna. I mainly join gyms for their sauna access, and unfortunately, the one here doesn’t meet expectations. It doesn’t get hot enough due to a 2–3 inch gap at the bottom, and the door doesn’t close properly. I love using the sauna after my workouts to decompress and get in a good sweat, but this one just isn’t built well. Other than that, it’s a great gym overall and aesthetically very pleasing.

It’s 10:30pm and I tried coming to work out with my husband. The black girl working tonight on 10/10/2025 said that I couldn’t come in as my husband’s guest because it’s “after hours”. Nowhere on the website or in the promotions they advertise does it say that after 8pm, +1s are NOT allowed. Keep in mind my husband has the most expensive membership that allows us access to everything. She states that there was no manager that could help. She couldn’t explain anything. This location in Mesquite took a long time to open. I had originally signed up for their $1-a-month promotion, but because their opening date kept getting pushed back, I’m now being penalized and they are not honoring that offer.

I was also told I’d have to pay a $49.99 annual fee, which would be charged every year — something that was never mentioned when I first signed up months before they opened.

The first representative I spoke with lacked good customer service skills, and the second employee seemed unsure of the actual pricing or details. He eventually passed me off to a higher-up named Aaron, who came across as rough and unengaging — not the kind of interaction that inspires confidence or makes someone want to join.

Overall, this experience was disappointing. They should honor the original offer, especially since the delay was their responsibility, not mine. The hidden fees and poor communication have caused them to lose a potential member — and as a business owner, I would have gladly supported and recommended them had things been handled differently.

Super hyped that Amped is FINALLY OPENING! My boy Marcos helped me and my girlfriend with securing the free membership and signed us up in less than the 5 minutes he told me it would take, and he lets me text him if i have any questions or concerns. I was hesitant about it at first just because it seemed too good to be true but he reassured me that everything was legit and even told me that if i wanted , i could pull up in person just in case i didnt trust the process. My brother is a personal trainer and the staff are all friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming they don't judge me like other gyms have

This new gym was very consistent with offering me a free membership but at the same time, answered all questions that i had, i called a couple times but it redirected me to a florida gym, so that was weird, but once i got in contact with two of the associates (Marcos & Aaron) they had no trouble with my hectic schedule and signed me up in 3 minutes on the dot! They also kept their word, it was free and told me their grand opening was on 09/10/2025. Only 4 stars because it was a little hectic trying to get in contact with the actual gym itself.

I was helped by Marcos & Zack , they made signing up easy and they told me the grand opening was on September the 10th. They also answered EVERY question i had, i called Marcos while he was outside the hours of work and he STILL answered!! Their customer service is top tier!! Excited for this gym to open 🥳🥳🥳

Jamie is the best, can’t wait for the gym to open up explained to me all the amenities and access I have with the gym, I’ve brought over multiple family members and friends to this gym to sign up with Jamie everyone was satisfied with how fast and comfortable she made us with the whole process!

Signing up at Amped Fitness was super easy and stress-free. Aaron helped me through the whole process and made it really simple. He answered all my questions without rushing me, was professional, and honestly just really cool to talk to. It’s not often you feel comfortable right away when joining a new gym, but Aaron made sure I did. Definitely appreciate how helpful he was!

The gym was supposed to be open already. Google maps takes you to a different building in the same parking lot when I found the right building. The gym isn’t even open yet. There are construction workers still building it.
