Variety of offerings to keep your body, mind and spirit engaged. Facia flow has been great for my functional mobility, vinyasa for fitness, rocket for alignment and strength and a bunch of yin/sound bath/ meditation options to chill out and relax. Omg and Kundalini w Susan is the coolest! Great vibe, highly recommend.

I really enjoy the sense of community at this yoga studio. The classes are smaller which makes the instructors able to help you more with form + tailor the class to your needs. I also love the variety of classes they have -I've tried almost all during my one month trial!

Loving Anahata Yoga! Since joining, my body hurts less, I’m sleeping better, and I feel happily surrounded by nice, positive people.
I’m taking lower impact classes since I’m older now, and I am just beginning to rebuild my fitness after cancer treatment. But they have more athletic classes, too.
I’ve been practicing yoga to one degree or another for 30 years, so I’ve had good and not-so-good teachers. This place has really good teachers.
So happy there’s a wonderful studio right in my neighborhood!

A couple of months ago, I was going through a rough time and thought practicing yoga would help. Along with wonderful, personalized classes, I found a community of open-minded, caring and passionate instructors and members. I always learn something new each time I attend a class. Jackie really created a place of connection and mindfulness where everyone help each other heal and stay present. On top of that, the space is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully put together to invite calmness and peace. Namaste 🙏

I’ve been attending classes at The Anahata Yoga Sanctuary for the past two months, exploring different formats like Ashtanga Vinyasa, Foundation, Rocket, and Kundalini yoga, along with Tai Chi and breathwork sessions. Each class has its own unique vibe and learning experience. The instructors have been amazing with posture correction and guiding me through various asanas — I really appreciate their attention and support.
I feel more energized after every class and can see myself getting stronger and more balanced. Big thanks to the entire team for their continuous encouragement and positive energy!

I’ve done a pit of yoga but this seems to be a yoga place that brings you back to its roots instead of just trying to get a workout. I’ve never been a huge fan of yoga but this place really is more than yoga. I love the community and the fact it offers breath-work, events and good connection with like minded spiritual individuals. The yoga itself I have found to be so much better because the instructors guide you through not only every movement but every breath finding a good flow and connection with the body. I’m going to enjoy seeing this place grow. Just please stay local when you need to find a larger space.

This is a warm and welcoming space that offers yoga and hosts other events. The yoga classes are more geared towards beginners and teachers have varying levels of experience; you can find entry-level Ashtanga-style classes as well as other flow classes. It was a pleasure being part of the community for a short time and getting to know both the instructors and other practitioners in the studio.

It was such a gift to find this studio. It's in a beautiful and convenient spot right next door to Kerbey Lane. The studio itself is an open space with beautiful details to enjoy, and no mirrors to make you feel self-conscious! Yoga mats and props are provided if needed.
The owner Jackie is very warm and welcoming, and she's very present, leading many of the classes on offer. The weekly events have also helped me build a sense of connection and community with my neighbors.
The membership plan makes so much sense - you pay one monthly fee and get to enjoy as many classes as you'd like! And y'all, there are SO MANY classes to choose from. Booking is super easy on the website or on the app.
Jackie is doing great things here, and her studio has already made a positive difference in my life. Treat yourself and check it out!

I have been doing yoga for a few decades, and I have never had a better yogi than Jacki. She's definitely the very best, and you can tell she is passionate about building a great community here. I have seen many small businesses and their owners, and it's always extra special when one LIVES for their business and it's vision. She's that way, and you definitely have to come here and sign-up, because if you're into yoga then you will not find a better place to practice!

I love this studio! I tried the trial membership and joining as a monthly member was a no brainer. There are several class types to fit every level and mood. I have learned SO MUCH from the instruction, each instructor is so knowledgeable and helpful. It’s also an incredibly kind and welcoming community. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Anahata Yoga is truly a special place. Every instructor brings their own unique expertise, and they all share a genuine warmth that makes you feel completely welcomed and at ease. The studio itself radiates positivity—it’s beautifully decorated with thoughtful art and furnishings that create a peaceful, inviting atmosphere. Each class is led with such
wisdom and delivered with so much love, you can truly feel it. Practicing here is not just about movement; it’s about healing, connection, and heart.
Recently, I began attending Traci’s breathwork classes on Wednesdays—and it has been a transformative experience. Breathwork was new to me, but Traci immediately made it feel accessible, safe, and deeply rewarding. Her radiant positivity and thoughtful guidance create such a nurturing space. She takes the time to explain each session, making sure everyone feels supported and at ease.
After each class, I walk away feeling lighter, more grounded, and like I’ve released the weight of the week. The somatic benefits of conscious breathing are truly powerful. In today’s fast-paced, chaotic world, Anahata provides a beautiful sanctuary where I can reconnect, reset, and simply be.

Speechless. In Awe. Beams of light. Connected. Loved. Blessed. A gem.
I am transformed. My crown rises. I am elevated. I am grounded. Stretched like a tall tree. I am glowing. I am vibrating. I am excited. I am at peace.
My back doesn't hurt anymore.
I am stronger. We are stronger. Thank you everyone at Anahata.
Let us grow together <3

I have been attending classes at the new Anahata yoga sanctuary for two months now. I love how welcoming and supportive this yoga studio is. I have tried six different yoga classes and at every class the teacher has welcomed me by introducing themselves and asking my name and if there is anything I would like to focus on today. This provides a personalized, welcoming experience in every class, which is so helpful when you are trying something new.
These teachers are committed to each student doing yoga to the best of their ability, whether personalized modifications to new students to meet them where they are and make sure their posture is correct or furthering experienced students yoga practice. I have also attended two free community events and enjoy that they are bringing the community together more in such a positive way!

Austin, TX is known for its abundance of yoga studios, but Anahata Yoga Sanctuary is truly something special. There’s a unique energy here—it feels like a hidden gem. The instructors are so compassionate and skilled, guiding you through every practice with care and intention. The ambiance is peaceful and grounding, creating the perfect space to connect with yourself and unwind. Despite the many options in the city, this studio stands out as a haven for growth, relaxation, and community. This studio has become my sanctuary, and I’m so grateful for the community it fosters. Highly recommend to anyone seeking balance, wellness, and a place to feel truly at home.

This is a wonderful studio! The teachers are great at instructing and giving cues for all levels from beginner to advanced. The mix of classes offers traditional Ashtanga, Hatha, and a bit more modern with Rocket and Vinyasa Flow. It's a safe space for everyone. I am also glad to see men joining classes. The owner is focused on building community as well, so if you are looking to meet people, there are plenty of events that bring people together outside of just yoga.

I am thrilled to share my experience with the newly opened yoga studio: Anahata Yoga Sanctuary! Having known the owner and principal yoga instructor Jackie Ey for over 8 years and taken private lessons from her for 2+ years, I can confidently say she is one of the best yoga teachers I’ve ever met. Her passion, expertise, and genuine care for her students create an inspiring and welcoming environment.
The new studio is beautifully designed, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation and self-discovery. It also features an impressive lineup of amazing instructors who bring their unique strengths and styles to a wide variety of yoga classes. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, there’s something for everyone.
This studio is a true gem for the yoga community in North Austin area, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to deepen their practice or explore the many benefits of yoga.

What if I told you there’s a yoga studio in northwest Austin designed to help you reconnect with your heart—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually?
Today I experienced ANAHATA Yoga Sanctuary @anahatayogasanctuary on their opening day, and it’s so much more than a yoga studio—it’s a space that feels.
The name Anahata comes from Sanskrit, meaning “unstruck” or “unhurt,” and it represents the heart chakra—the energy center of love, compassion, and connection. It’s where we hold forgiveness, nurture self-love, and build bridges between our physical and spiritual selves.
Walking into ANAHATA, I immediately felt that intention. Every detail of the space, every moment of the experience, whispers: this is your time to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.
The woman behind it all, Jacqueline Ey @yoginey, has spent 16 years as a yoga teacher and healer, and her wisdom and passion radiate in every aspect of this sanctuary.
She’s created a space where you can step away from the chaos of life, tune into your body, and honor your journey—whatever stage you’re in.
The teachers are simply amazing. @jjllmm___bluebutterfly led a sound bath that was just perfect.
If you’ve been looking to be in community with heart centered humans, ANAHATA will check all the boxes.
It’s not just a studio—it’s a reminder that your heart is your greatest guide.
Are you ready to reconnect with yourself?
Step onto your mat at ANAHATA and feel the difference. 💚 Take advantage of their Founder’s Membership!
📍They have a premium location next to Kerbey Lane- 183.
