I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back casuing lower back pain that radiates down into my legs possibly due to neuropathy/nerve damage. I got more instant relief and long lasting after one session with Ashley than I did after 1 month of seeing a chiropractor. Ashley will even spend time doing research into your health concerns to make sure she finds the best treatment for you whether it be building up strength, weight loss/control, even recovery from an injury.

Ashley is by far the best trainer I’ve worked with. She focuses on things that others don’t. While most trainers are simply focused on how your outward body looks she focuses on injury prevention. My goal was mobility, and building true strength. She identified some deeper issues and asked me if I mind working on those things first (balance, stability, control) as a foundation. She then tailored my plan to focus on those things. It was amazing. She also offers trigger point therapy which is amazing as well.

I can’t say enough good things about Ashley. I started working out with Ashley last year when I lived in Texas and we now do our workouts virtually. Her virtual workouts are just as challenging as they were in person. I’ve had a few experiences with personal trainers, but Ashley is on a different level. She knows body mechanics and customizes my workouts to my fitness and life goals. As I get older, I want to work more on mobility, functional movements, strength and longevity. I started training with Ashley because she did such an amazing job with my son and daughter. Ashley goes above and beyond with her clients. I have had several weight trainers over the past 20+ years, and they all fid a good job. What makes Ashley different is she really cares for her clients. I had an issue with my sciatica nerve which caused issues sleeping. She worked with me to get this issues resolved and I could not be happier!! This issue had been going on for months but kept ignoring it. If you want someone to just push you and not care there are 100's of trainers out there. If you want one who will push you and care about you and how you are doing, become a client of Ashley. I promise you will not regret it.

Ashley was amazing at working for our father with terminal cancer while he was at hospice. She came up with a good custom weekly routine where she would motivate him to workout and do his physical therapy, and also was able to get him to eat more calories and nutrition which kept him around longer.

In January 2025, I was leaving after playing pickleball. My knee, behind my knee and the muscle down the side of my calf started to hurt. I tried for 2 months to " stretch " it out , but it just got worse and I could barely put pressure on it. That's when I decided to see Ashley. Ashley is very knowledgeable, not just as a personal trainer , but also for physical therapy. I have been seeing her for a month, and she has been working out my many trigger points and then some exercises in her well equipped gym, that I can't do at home. Ashley will also give you stretching exercises to do at home. There are videos attached along with any notes specifically for you. I would strongly encourage you to do these on most days at home as it will help to move the process along. Ashley will watch how you do the exercises and correct anything she sees being done incorrectly. Now that my knee is starting to feel better, we are going to work on lower and upper body strengthening so I
can hopefully not get hurt again. She wants you to succeed, and feel good. Go see Ashley! You won't regret it.

Ashley has been a game changer for me. I had a lot of issues causing reduced mobility after a few surgeries i had. I had thought about going to a typical gym but was reluctant because it’s hard to find someone knowledgeable enough to help me workout without further injuring myself but Ashley was a great fit. I did a six week program with ANM Fitness and it was great, Ashley is very knowledgeable and offers Macros consulting for your diet as part of her weight training programs. Ashley is literally the best!! I tried for TWO YEARS to be able to do a pull up and was unsuccessful. I worked with Ashley for just 3 months and I was able to do my first one! It was a huge milestone for me and after two years of no progress I was feeling very discouraged. But Ashley was always supportive, always kind, and extremely knowledgeable about fitness and injury prevention. Excellent method for teaching. First you explain your goals and take a short physical assessment. From there, a workout plan is crafted that is tailored specifically for you.
