Wanted to talk to someone about a membership. Waited for an hour and a half 10:30 to noon. Normal staffed hours are 10 am til 7 pm. No one ever showed. Called and left a message and no one called me back.

Be careful and be sure to read contract very good before signing. My job moved me away from gym location. Now not an anytime nowhere close within hour to where working. Want help with trying to cancel contract because home address in Texas is more than 10 miles away. When got membership at this location was living in rv in Abilene. They should let people know before signing when they know that your home address is more than 10 miles away.

Not worth going if you're not a member. Tried to go and get a guest pass and the office is closed. Went during the normal business hours posted on Google and on their front door. A member entering the building made it sound like this is a normal occurance.

I always see the cleaning crew working hard to keep it clean. Staff is very friendly and they are there at the times you need them. Love the uncrowded atmosphere. Let's me get in and out without waiting on machines and equipment. Keep it up.

I wish there was a place dedicated to deadlifting, but more so I quit going to this gym because ALL of the treadmills are broken (as in they work, but are extremely loud or sound like they are about to fall apart- I only weigh 180lbs, this shouldn’t be an issue), they also play their gym music unnecessarily loud, I think everyone wants to listen to their music on their headphones without the typical gym music bleeding through their earpieces in the background. It’s an alright gym if you’re trying to lift some weights but if you’re looking for cardio… find somewhere else.

Once you sign your paperwork for your lease/if you do freeze it, you CANNOT close or change that date if you do end up not wanting to keep your lease. If you freeze your account it will only extend your end lease date for whichever plan you decide. *SO THINK ABOUT IT FIRST. Person over the phone was not helpful at all, if I could give a 0 star rating I would.

This Anytime Fitness location is fantastic! I was skeptical about transferring my Anytime membership to this gym due to some of the Google reviews but decided to give it a try & I'm so glad I did! This location is by far the cleanest and best maintained Anytime I've been to. The manager has been great to work with and works hard to get to know the members. This location tries to keep members involved and connected by hosting member appreciation events and competitions (i.e. NFL Pick'em) to keep fitness fun and to keep you engaging with other members!

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM! As the reviews below also say, this gym will charge you months after your membership ends (even if you move cities like me) until you write them and provide proof that you have moved! Terrible customer service, many hidden fees, and quite a small gym for the price.

I had an awful experience with this club. Lots of hidden fees that will be deducted from your bank account. And if you decide to terminate your membership,you will have to write them a letter, and even then, they will deduct money from your bank account. When i went to my bank to stop the auto-deduction,before I even mentioned the name of the gym, my banker said, "Let me guess; it's Anytime Fitness". My bank had seen numerous customers who had trouble with these people. I even called the franchise owner to try straighten out the matter and he did not return my call. Ask any credit collection place, and they will tell you they have more Anytime Fitness accounts than any other gym. DO NOT JOIN THIS PLACE.
