Immediately angered when I walked in to start bench pressing and nobody re-rack their weights. No core machine or one for shoulders. Capped off this terrible visit when there was no hot water to take a shower.

Started going here vs the one on Anderson. Just wanted to try it out. And after my 3rd workout I got an email that the manager banned me.
I get my membership through work and it’s a program where I get access to lots of gyms. This gym does show up in my portal and was told in the email that this location does not participate in that program. I have never had this issue with any other gym.
I personally like going late to the gym and this guy would always be there in his office. Latest I’ve left was past 2am and he was still there. He never greeted me the times I went. He just knew I wasn’t a regular there and took his time out of his day to ban me. Dudes vibes were off and I rather not go somewhere where I feel like I don’t belong.

Extremely dissatisfied! We've been trying to cancel our membership for 4 months now, and it's been a nightmare. Nobody answers our calls, and when we visit the gym in person, there's no one there to assist us. Despite not using the gym, we're still being charged monthly fees.
The lack of customer support and apparent disregard for member concerns is ridiculous. We've tried everything to get in touch with someone, but it seems like they're intentionally avoiding us. The fact that we can't even find the owner to resolve this issue is unacceptable.
Unless they seriously improve their customer service, I'd advise others to think twice before joining. We're stuck in this frustrating situation, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone else.

I have been trying to call for WEEKS to cancel my membership. Nobody answers the phone and there is no option to leave a voicemail. I don’t want to continue to get charged for a service I no longer use.

Alex and his staff are doing an awesome job. The gym is quaint and clean. Two of my children have memberships here. My daughter has special needs, and Alex has gone out of his way to respond to any emails I send with questions or requests. It is a breath of fresh air to have a gym like this in our area as opposed to the massive gyms where one gets lost in the shuffle.

This gym has been great for me. Obviously open anytime, always clean and nice temp inside. I think in about 1 year I had to wait once for a bathroom to change. All machines are kept in great condition. This place rocks.

Just moved to the area from the Chicago suburbs where I frequented a local AF. This one is much bigger, great natural lighting/windows, and so much more equipment (and more bathrooms, yay)! Everything is kept in nice order and clean. There is an outdoor area to flip tires or push sleds - something Midwest locations wouldn't have had much luck with.
Fellow members are respectful and don't take over weights/machines if you're already there (brownie points) and I haven't encountered any Hulks thumping and grunting around.
The manager is active/present and wipes down cardio machines even if you've just used them (instead of expecting you to do it) - I commend that! I also like that I'm not "forced" to return a greeting every time I come/go which is something I ran into at the IL location.
Other comenities.. The towel service is on point - always stocked and fresh. They have a scale and body fat machine, which are nice touches for independent progress checks. There are storage cubbies for any belongings and a bench to get prepped. The window shades are a nice touch so you're not roasted/blinded during daytime hours. They rise as the sun drops so you can enjoy beautiful Hill Country views.
The parking lot is pretty sizable but I haven't been during any peak times that I know of, so in my experience, parking isn't a worry.
I definitely recommend this location!

I'm one of these odd people who look for good sign. A live person answering the phone who is pleasant and helpful is on the top of my list of 'good signs'. Not only doe this Anytime Fitness not have a 'live person; to answer the phone, there is NO ANSWER OF ANY SORT AT ALL.
Too bad - this location is very close to me: I really wanted to join this gym, but I've always trusted my list of 'signs'.

Great location,plenty of equipment and lighting. Some facilities can seem so dreary. This boutique gym is bright. Wall to wall mirrors and their windows go from floor to ceiling. Private bathrooms and showers are a plus. As well as the towel service that most gyms do not have.

Agree with David. No one answers the phone and that is completely unprofessional. Trying to cancel my membership because of move and cant do it for the last two weeks because they never answer their phone...!!!

This Gym is good if you workout casually, and if you live/work in the area.
However, it has been over 6 months that I no longer work or live in the area and have been attempting to call to cancel my membership. :( Why do you have a number posted if the calls are never answered?

It's one of the larger Anytime Fitnesses in the area, they offer other things compared to the North location one. There is a towel service and vending machine here for your use. The set up is nice, you can watch traffic on 2222 from the cardio machines. Parking can be a bit of a pain at times when it's peak hours. The owner seems to live here though, he is here all the time regardless of the hours. The machines are well maintained, there is a great area for mat work. There are a few trainers that are frequently here as well. It's a good location.
