I dropped in for an early workout between 4:30 AM and 5:30 AM on a Tuesday and was pleasantly surprised. The gym was clean, well-lit, and not crowded at all—huge win for those who like to train without waiting on machines.
Equipment & Layout:
This location offers a solid variety of machines and free weights, along with plenty of cardio options. I appreciated seeing a manual Assault Runner, stair climbers, and even flipping tires available for functional work. There’s a good range of dumbbells (up to 100 lbs), kettlebells, resistance machines, squat racks, a Smith machine, and cable machines. They also had foam rollers, yoga balls, and a functional training area with purple turf. The mirror wall and open space gave it a motivating atmosphere.
Cleanliness & Vending:
The gym is well-kept, and the bathrooms were clean, though they could use a few improvements—like a command hook or wall piece in the changing area so you have somewhere to hang your bag or jacket when you’re using the bench. It’s a small detail but would make a big difference. The vending machine was stocked with fitness-friendly drinks like and even takes Apple Pay.
Community & Atmosphere:
I liked the personal touch with the “Most Active Members” leaderboard and chalkboard wall. It’s clear this location values community. I also appreciated how the gym didn’t feel over-commercialized or overwhelming—it’s simple, functional, and convenient.
Final Thoughts:
Overall, I really enjoyed my visit. I plan to come back again tomorrow or Thursday, work permitting. I respect that this location may not be trying to be the “flashiest” gym around—but it delivers where it counts. A few minor tweaks could elevate it, but it’s a great spot to get your work in, especially early in the morning.

Si pudiera le pongo Cero 0️⃣. Este el tercer día que voy y no hay con que limpiar las máquinas. Siempre hay una caminadora que no funciona . Las máquinas la mayoría del tiempo están sucias, Lo más triste es que te hacen un cobro por manteniendo, una quincena pague $90. La muchacha de la oficina es súper amable pero ella no puede con todo. Ayer visité la sucursal de Atascocita y había dos personas la de la oficina y otra encargada de tener todo en orden, tienen toallas para limpiarte el sudor, desde que entras hay toallas y atomizador para limpiar las máquinas todo esta impecable, felicidades para los de Atascocita los demás devén de seguir su ejemplo.

Had a membership here for 3 years and finally had enough with the current management. I cant count the number of times the entrance door don't work. Do you know how annoying it is waking up early to work-out and not be able to enter the gym that i pay for.... Management is in no rush to have this resolved and not to mention they are never in the office. I hear many complaints about management from other members. There's a reason why there's less and less people at this gym now.

Not bad at all, just needs cleaned better. Would be a 5 if they had an AB machine and better staff. Good selection of machines and spaced well. Staff is not very friendly, no people connections I witnessed, just whispering among themselves and in the office. Will use this gym when in the area.
