I'm not a student, but I find Anytime Fitness Kern location near UTEP to be incredibly convenient. Being so close to the university means it's in a great, accessible area, and the 24/7 access is a huge plus for my busy schedule.
What consistently impresses me is the gym's cleanliness and the excellent condition of the equipment. The machines are clearly well-maintained, and the entire facility is spotless. It's evident that the staff prioritizes a hygienic and organized workout environment.
Furthermore, I'd like to give a special shoutout to the staff, Mathew, Zack, Jordan, and Christian. Their dedication to maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness and equipment upkeep is truly appreciated.
Whether you're a student, faculty member, or just someone living in the area, Anytime Fitness offers a fantastic fitness experience. Do not get a membership with anytime fitness. I have been trying to get them to pause or cancel my husband’s membership due to the fact that he got orders to go overseas to a location that does not have anytime fitness in the area. They will give you excuses that they can’t do it. They Would delay delay delay say they will look into it just so they can send you to collections. I have called gone in person and communicated with them to get this matter fixed. They have no regards for military personnel. They will not work with you. They don’t care if you are in the military. They just want there money in anyway they can.

I am currently being charged fees by Anytime Fitness for services they have not provided. I was station in Ft Bliss and PCS'd or moved to another duty location , and before that I visited my Anytime fitness home gym weeks in advance to cancel my gym membership. I was given an email to send information about ending my gym membership. All this was done at the gym with the staff present. Can someone please explain to me why I am recieveing a second charge from Anytime fitness. I have tried to call them but no one is picking up my phone call. This is completely unprofessional.

I have been trying to close my membership for over a month. Each time I call the rep on duty can not cancel my service and tells me the same thing - a manager will have to call you back. At the same time I'm getting spammed by their 3rd party collections who only want payment and they too can not cancel/close my membership.

As the weather warms up, the gym gets busier. There are more issues with the 30 minute work out area. This is a smaller but well equipped place when compared with the Artcraft location. Come in before 6pm to avoid the larger crowds.

I would like to recognize the staff member: Christian

On 01/09/24 at around 10:30pm another gym member mistakenly took my car keys and left me without a car. I noticed a staff member still there and I approached him with what had happened. Without hesitating, Christian immediately assisted me and started checking the security cameras to see what had happened. I quickly realized that this staff member had already finished his work shift and was exercising on his own time. Yet that did not stop him from assisting me in a very stressful situation. Christian the manager treated me very politely, that same night he was able to identify what had happened through the security cameras and promptly resolved the issue the next day getting me access back to my car. Christian went above and beyond his duty as manager especially when being off the clock and it is to no surprise to me why he was appointed manager. I appreciate his wonderful effort and he represented Anytime Fitness and its name highly.

I’ve been there about a month. After leaving my CrossFit gym after two years due to a bad injury to my wrist ...I found this place. I’m still able to do all I need to workout. I just haven’t figured out which time is the best to go with the least amount of people during this pandemic .

One of the best and more comfortable and private gyms in the city. The gym is small but very well equipped, everything you need for pretty much anything. If you come at early hours of the day or very late hours it is practically empty. Trainers are in the gym everyday day as well as a member of staff if you need anything and they are all very nice and respectful. Prices can be a little high compared to other gyms but it's worth for what you get.

I use Anytime Fitness as a back up gym as it is very limited on weights and machines. Especially leg machines. Dumbbells only go as high as 120lbs. I love the fact they're a true 24 hour facility though.

Went in today to try and start my seven day free trial and no one came out to help me. I looked around but couldn't find anyone. Also, this place is really small.

Great location. This restrooms are always clean. Plenty of equipment to workout with it is also clean. I went on my day off and it wasn’t packed at all around 2:30pm on a Wednesday. Convenient location off Mesa. Lots of parking as well.

How long does it take to clean something that desperately needs cleaning? The racks in the restrooms can easily be seen and yet no one does anything about the filth on them. This is where we put our items for hygiene. If it had been days, you would have gotten 3 stars; if it had been weeks, you would have received 2 stars; but after patiently waiting for months and these racks are still dirty, you have definitely earned 1 star. That’s right a single star is all you get, just look at that nastiness in the picture attached (the picture was not able to upload initially). I could have easily wiped that down in a few seconds but I wanted to see how long this would go on for.

I love this gym! Very clean and safe. Hardly anyone in there so no waiting for machines and they are open 24/7/365 for members. They have awesome cardo machines that have any entertainment you could possible want, even have the web so you can surf the net while working out. I felt super safe every time I went, no crazy intimidating ppl. The staff was very helpful and kind. Oh and awesome music playing!!! Def be back to work out!!
