Been calling constantly to pay my bill over 2 week, and have tried contacting online. Not a single call back after several calls, leaving 4 voice mails the online account always freezes and I can't make online payments or change my info and forsome reason has my gym set to the wrong gym. It's like no one truly runs this gym.

Went by to get info on a membership at 10am on a Monday. Nobody from staff or management was there. A member came out and said they usually show up 30 min to 1 hour late, when they have posted hours for staff hours starting at 10am. Bad business. Just lost a potential new client.

I enjoyed the new open feeling of the Ray White location. I went at lunch time today and everything was in great shape and available to use. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but all of the windows make my workout more enjoyable and the mirrors reflect the windows so it’s kind of like you’re outside. :)

Give this gym a second look!! Kyle is working very hard to keep it clean. He is professional, smart, and just a good person to talk to. Just recently replaced broken weights and reorganized the weights.

Gym is in terrible shape. Owner said it would all be fixed but it's been getting worse. Staff comes in to workout and give the occasional lesson but don't restock disinfectant or paper towels. Basic maintenance is not done and the machines and cables are in worse shape than the freec weights.

People pay 30+ for memberships here. Put that money to work.

Great Experience! We had to cancel our memberships and the Manager there made it such an easy experience (we have had issues with other places). My son is still a member and has said that the gym has consistently improved with the new staff there and that it just keeps getting better!

Don't bother. Poor customer service. Wait till you try to cancel your membership, they can't get he cancelation process correct. I've been fighting these people for months. Just workout at home, save the hassle. Also, their management is a revolving door - never a good sign.

Were always really nice until i needed to close my account. Even acted civilized, no hard feelings etc. But of course 7 weeks later they are still taking out dues, and the online account management app just tells me to go back to the club where they can lie to my face some more.. I am disappointed but not very surprised. Will be cancelling this credit card.

Just read the response. They must be thinking of someone else. I said, "sorry, it's the pandemic. I bought a home elliptical. ". They said they were out of offical forms, but wrote down my info on a plain piece of paper. I am not surprised by the results, but am disappointed.

April 2 update: They have stopped billing me, and even refunded the extra payment that was taken in April. So PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED. Not changing the rating, sorry. I shouldn't have had to growl, snarl, and make a fuss in the first place.

Love this location. Training Staff is always friendly and they are cracking down on people coming on off other members which is great. When equipment is broken, they are quick to replace it which is great.......go to LA or any of the other big brands and the equipment is down for a week or longer; not here it’s fixed fast so you can get back to crushing it. Only reason the review is knocked a star is that there are a few things that I dislike here:

1) Barbell racks are WAY too close to the mirrors which causes the mirrors to crack bc the plates on the sides of the rack hit the wall. Due to the racks being way to close to the wall good luck getting a spot if you have a partner- unless you are a twig you arnt getting behind the rack.
2) There isn’t any type of enforcement for having people re-rack weights or clean up the area. There are plenty signs but if you arnt going to enforce it what’s the point. Half the time I have to clean up and re-rack it myself which is fine but they really need to crack down on this. I will call people out on it if I see it but it’s like walking into a daycare at 5PM. Granted I go after business hours so that could be it too but you have cameras, start charging people.

Other than those minor complaints I really like this location and the staff. Definitely worth getting a membership here.

Great Vibes at this location! Love the Environment at this Gym! The members are the best! The Layout is perfect and spread out. Never over crowded. This Gym is for the busy person that needs to get in and out without worrying about equipment being taken up. Perfect location! Has everything you need to change up your workout when needed.

I thought my anytime fitness by TCU was bad, unfortunately this one is probably worse. Every bench in the gym has tears and rips in the material. The dumbells and mirrors probably haven't been cleaned in months and it definitely shows. I couldn't even get the bench I used to stay level on the floor because the floor padding was so messed up at the squat rack. Anytime fitness used to be a decent place to workout but paying over $40 a month to use ratty equipment is disappointing.

Staff is friendly. But the equipments are outdated. It’s not worth the money($33 a month with the contract I signed) compared to other $10 gym membership that are contract free. The weights are so old. My hand would be so dirty with the paint chips all over my hand and it would smell so bad. Even the only stair master they have is outdated, the manual one.

The gym, itself, is like every other gym. It gets the job done. The customer service experience I had left a bad taste. Per their contract, after the initial contract term is done (1 year). A written notice of cancellation must be sent to their billing company, ABC Financial. I did this. When I was charged for membership, I ven after sending the certified letter, I sent an inquiry as to why. I was told I had to contact the gym location. The contract explicitly states otherwise, and I didn’t want to be responsible for ANOTHER MONTH (and actually 2 because the termination must give 30 days notice) PLUS the $100 cancellation fee. That’s right, even after the contract expires, if one wants to cancel it’s $100. Nevermind that I paid for no less than 3 months during the pandemic when the gym was closed. Anywho. I went back and forth with the billing company. I called the gym to ask how I need to proceed. What I expected was for then to tell me no need for the cancellation fee at all, and that they would cancel immediately. They ended up charging me a discounted $50 Cancellation fee in addition to the 2 additional months I had to pay.

My husband and I joined the Keller Anytime Fitness one year ago, and have always been impressed with how clean, bright and positive this gym is. The gym manager, Jonathan, is friendly, courteous , professional, and takes exceptionally good care of this gym. Anytime Fitness franchises are hit and miss (avoid the Saginaw gym like Coronavirus-it SUUCKS), however the Keller gym is highly recommended!

Signed up at this Keller location one year ago with Jonathan, who has been nothing but friendly, professional and helpful. This gym is also very clean, well-equipped, with fully functioning equipment. The energy there is positive and motivational.

My wife and I moved to Saginaw, and for months tried to get our home gym transferred to the Saginaw gym, with no help or cooperation from them.The Saginaw gym is filthy, dark and just simply NASTY. I tried cancelling my membership with the Saginaw gym as my wife and I recently bought home gym equipment due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the Saginaw gym manager ("Joshua") went out of his way to NOT help me.

So I called Jonathan at the Keller gym, and he quickly resolved my problem. I am grateful there is at least one gym manager who truly cares about taking care of people. For those looking for a really nice gym with a very helpful and professional gym manager (Jonathan), DEFINITELY consider signing up here. You will be happy you did!

I would give them negative stars if I could. My girlfriend went up there and joined January 2, 2020. We decided to take another route for her. I met the terms of the agreement to cancel and sent the certified letter within three business days to ABC Financial Services, LLC
PO Box 6800 • Sherwood, AR 72124. I have proof of this and even Jonathon has acknowledged this as true and correct.
However, here we are more than two months later and she has still not been refunded the more than $150.00 due to her. We finally reached out to corporate and they advised us we have to get back with the club. So as a member this club may be nice, but if you try to cancel, get ready for a battle to get refunded.

UPDATE: They never did return her money.The manager just kept saying oh that should have been taking care of and I'll have to get in touch with the owner. Fortunately she is with a great bank and they just gave her the money back and then opened an investigation.

Johnathan is a very nice person and gave me inspiration into wanting me to become a member.

I've been an Anytime Fitness member for years. This location is not the cleanest and the music playing is way too loud! Very aggravating when you're trying to listen to personal earbuds. This location used to offer towels but that went away? Wouldn't be a big deal if they had paper towels but they dont have those either.

My issues have since been taken care of. I appreciate AF Management for resolving.

I originally joined Anytime Fitness 5 years ago, and at this location. This place has great bones, but upkeep and layout has lost its direction. Free weight area is overcrowded with equipment and more than 3 people. The newer crossfit area is twice the size and rarely used. Many weights and dumbbells are cracked and limited in number. Machines, restrooms and cardio are good.

The Anytime Fitness on Keller Parkway is 10 times better. I recently moved near this one on Ray White Rd and it’s horrible. I usually work at at 5 am and have never had an issue getting a decent workout in until I came to this gym. The free weight section feels like a jail cell and you’re screwed if there’s 2 people doing free weights. This gym needs to be renovated. Turn that open area with the purple carpet into a free weight area.

This is not my “home” location, but when I’m out running errands in this side of town, I’ll come to this location. With that being said, every few months that I’ve come to this location, the SAME machines are broken. Very few TV’s on the cardio machines actually work so don’t let the screens attached fool you. There are not a variety of machines for legs, and the overall order of machines do not flow. Overall, I’m thankful that this is not my “home” location...not sure I would commit to the $30+ per person per month if this is what I was getting 🤷🏼‍♀️
