Edit: I've been trying to cancle my membership here for a while I had to drive all the way to a different location to cancle it because there was no management at this location, Ive called and emailed many times with no response and I've gone in time and time again with no one there. Was happy with this gym but it's gone downhill alot

I have cancelled my membership due to medical reasons but it has been 3 weeks and they have yet to cancel my membership. They continue to take payments and are avoiding to cancel my membership. I highly recommend never joining this gym as management is non-existent. I have filed a complaint with BBB.

Gym was previously well maintained. Here lately IDK if the gentleman is still employed there but now gym has an odor, front door does not completely close so you don't know if there is anyone there that should not be , there has not been anything to wipe the equipment so the equipment feels sticky unsanitary.Nothing to spray down the equipment. This was a comfortable gym to get a workout in but now is gone down . Since GTX is so small there are really no other options. GTX Anytime Fitness needs help....

My husband has been trying to cancel for a month now when his contract expired and showing up to the gym during “staffed hours” daily, sometimes numerous times in one day and no one from management is in there.

I'm not sure how many times I've called this place trying to cancel my membership. Left voicemails and no response. Just charging me 50$ a month, month after month.

4 months later and still have not heard from these thieves. Getting ready to drive 70 miles just to cancel a membership. I've messaged on facebook, called leaving voicemails, emailed and followed up and still have not gotten a response. How is this legal?

I love the Anytime Fitness in Giddings. All machines seem to working properly, staff has been very helpful, and everyone seems to be willing to help. There is an abundance of machines for all parts of the body and plenty of free weights. Great gym for a smaller town.

I set up an appointment and got a message back confirming my appointment and drove 60 miles to go set up my membership and I get there and there was no staff there at all. It was in the business hours posted on the website and the door. I pretty much wasted gas money going all the way there with an appointment and wasted gas money for no reason I also can never get anyone to answer the phone during business hours and I’ve tried my best to set up a membership.

This facility is filth, especially in comparison to other Anytime gyms. Equipment is old and worn. Hip abductor eq. does not function. Much of the equipment is need of repair - with out of order signage placed on unusable eq. The carpets are in need of cleaning with stains visible, All the equipment I used had layers of dust. Grime is built up on hand grips. If there were another commutable gym - I recommend traveling elsewhere to work out.

Was great when I was beginning to go. Clean, nice workers, tanning beds are nice. Though the new manager won’t return my calls, I canceled my membership and was not told about the 30 day turn around time, 1 month after canceling I’m still getting charged. Threw away my key at the gym when I went in to cancel. I would have taken advantage of this if I would have known beforehand. Was told my membership was officially canceled, still got charged, called, no call back. I won’t ever be subscribing to a gym membership with Anytime Fitness ever again. Customer service is terrible.

This a wonderful facility that has everything that you want in a gym. Friendly staff, clean environment, and a welcoming place to come and work out in. From the outside it looks small, but as you enter it opens up to several different sections that include free weights, machines, an anything room that has bands, jump ropes, medicine balls ect., and of course restrooms with showers in them. Raquel, the manager, was very welcoming and can be seen helping her customers, working out, and making sure the gym is safe and clean.

This gym is nothing short of Perfection!! I recently got transferred to the area due to work and needed to find a gym locally and found this one and I sure am glad I did!! When I say the gym is spotless, I mean it’s SPOTLESS! More machines than your typical anytime, more space, the energy you feel when you walk in is just nothing positive energy. I love this gym! I’ve been a member with Anytime Fitness for years and recently visited the Giddings location. This is by far the cleanest location I have ever been to. The new Manager, Raquel, is professional and welcoming upon entering the gym. Raquel is more than willing to assist with any questions regarding the equipment. I have been a member for a few years and love the new management. Its always clean and rarely have I seen anything out (ex: toilet paper, sanitizing wipes, paper towels, etc) as before at least once a week there was something that ran out. I have never been so content with the cleanliness of this gym. I’m a big gym junkie and anytime has got to be my favorite gym. My membership allows me to access all the anytimes and Giddings anytime seems the cleanest to me, not to put down the others but the cleanliness in Giddings Anytime is really impressive. The owner takes great interest in her members and even has a leaderboard which I’ve gladly made it on. I also lost my wallet and she checked all her cameras and called me while I was at work just to check on the status of my lost wallet

I cancelled my membership in june with Preston the owner who knows nothing about working out by the way. He still charging me almost a year later. Do not sign up with this gym or you will always be in debt to them. Terrible service. I have contacted the attorney general to handle this so I dnt get charged!!
