Not very crowded. Wide selection of machines and free weights. 24/7 access. Unfortunately routine facility maintenance is non existent. Often no paper towels, no toilet paper, or no working lights in bathroom.

Gym has gone way down hill in the past 5 years. Old equipment, plates are old and stick to bars when racking. Bathrooms dirty half the time and don’t have working soap or paper towel dispensers. Took 5 years to fix men’s bathroom shower overflowing into carpet in hall. The place needs an overhaul. I have emailed corporate with many pictures/emails and it falls on deaf ears. I wouldn’t waste your money here. One good thing I can say is that it has been open 24hrs at all times.

I’ve been going to Anytime Fitness for years now and this is my favorite location! There’s so many great options for the equipment, the gym is always kept clean, and it is a friendly and inviting atmosphere. The staff is very kind and attentive, especially Tierney!

Our membership was cancelled back in October and we are still be charged every month. I call the gym every month when we are charged again and I am told that they are taking care of it.

Never answers their calls. Went up there to cancel my membership because I had signed a year contract, they still continued to charge me. Without knowledge that membership renews after a year. The girl in all the tattoos was really rude. I went in to completely cancel my membership and she goes “You should of called, I’m in the middle of a session” “A call would of been nice”
What about “can you please give me a minute, and I’ll be right with you” Would of been more professional.

My husband and I have been members of anytime fitness for over 10 years now. This gym used to be great. The equipment is nice, but this is the 8th time that we have had to take freezing cold showers. When we asked the girl who worked there what was wrong with them, she said they do get hot, you just have to wait. Over 20 minutes should be long enough to get at least a little warm. I think I'll find a new gym. No one wants to work out and take a ice shower before they have to go to work.

I have visited numerous Anytime Fitness locations, and unfortunately, this location has been my least favorite. The equipment is old and often inoperable. The gym is consistently unclean, frequently out of paper towels and cleaning spray, and management is rarely present. The front door has been broken for over a year, allowing unrestricted access to anyone. Additionally, the temperature and fan settings are not adjusted, resulting in the gym being 56 degrees during the current freeze. Despite leaving multiple notes and providing feedback, management has failed to address or resolve these issues.

This place is absolutely atrocious if you try to cancel your membership. I followed all directions, emailed them to cancel my membership, attached my driver's license information, even paid a couple extra months even though the original cancellation request was already sent previously. Do not use this gym, terrible owners/operators and the typical horror story of going in circles trying to cancel your membership. Use literally any other gym.

Do not join this gym unless you plan to be a member forever….cancellation is impossible even when you follow their protocols. They will continue to debit your account without permission. You will be forced to put a stop payment on your account or close it down completely to stop the fees.

I have had nothing but a difficult time getting Anytime to return my emails or calls. A group of women signed up for small group training at the beginning of April & the trainer/training was amazing. Due to some unfortunate events the trainer could not finish out our sessions then I experienced some health issues & am in need of cancelling the membership. It seems like Anytime fitness does not want to resolve this issue amicably so I am feeling disappointed & let down.

Definitely wasn't feeling this gym. No sauna, no pool, but it was close to home. They charge more then 24hr fitness and it's very small. The only day I was there was the day I registered. They still try to hit my credit card even though I don't workout in their gym. I have called them, they refuse to stop the contract. So I record everything, for court. And I blocked them from hitting my credit card. They are hurting for money. Wanting me to pay 6 months plus 250 to cancel contract. 😆 yeah right. I refuse to pay for something I don't use. STAY AWAY , THEY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR REASON TO STOP THE CONTRACT. NO MATTER WHAT IT IS. THEY SAY THEY WILL BUT THEY LIE.

Nice showers at this location and us convenient for truckers. Right next to Walmart so truckers can park at Walmart and walk over or leave trailer at the Loves or Petro and bobtail over. Nice equipment except they could use some newer ellipticals. Ellipticals here are old. Other than that I like This location.

A good location. Plenty of equipment here. TRX setup is in here also. They have a tanning bed and showers. Parking is free, which is good. Trainer is here in house if you need a consult. Could have a little more equipment, but only so much space. No extra room for spinning though. Good club though if visiting from outta town!

Anytime fitness is all about your money if you decide to go here don’t their contract you can not break and they will take money when ever they won’t and keep charging it till they get their money with no communication. So if you are in the market for a gym anytime fitness is a red flag and you’re better off at planet or a different gym.

They have a real issue with returning calls. I tried for about a week to get a membership, but the manager would never get ahold of me to meet me at the gym so I could sign up. I ended up just finding a different gym.

They continue to leave it dirty, there are never any towels after 7pm or on sundays. The squat/bench racks are too close together, and there is no new equipment. I've been a member here for 6 years and I've finally had it. After repeated complaints this chain allows parents to bring their young children (under 5) to both this location and the Decatur location. ITS A GYM, NOT A DAYCARE.

Great gym. Always clean, and not too crowded during the day. Manager is always friendly and smiling. Most of the trainers there are friendly, as well. If you go late at night or early in the morning, bring your own towel as they sometimes run out. However, this is one of the few gyms I've been to that actually provides towels complimentary, so it's hard to complain.

They're okay as long as you don't move away. Moved out of state and took them a while to cancel service. They made us show official Transfer Orders to prove no other location nearby and get out of monthly membership. Ended up blocking their charges.

The gym is ok but DO NOT get sucked into the personal training. I made the mistake of the complimentary session in December. I thought it would be a good accountability thing. It has been 6 months. I have been passed through 4 trainers. It seems as soon as we get a good system going, I have to start all over. I have taken the issue to the gym staff and to FMG for a resolution and nothing. I can't wait for the contract with both anytime and FMG to be over with. Never never never again. Avoid this place and the vortex relationship of Anytime and FMG like the plague!

The facility and service in person are not great but acceptable. The main issue and reason I am leaving this review is that for the past week I have been trying to cancel my membership after my contract has been up and still they tried to screw me over. The employees fail to take responsibility and constantly change the information they offer on how to cancel. Where are the owners???? How do you fail this badly???? I ignored the reviews getting this membership, please don't make my mistake!

Enjoy working out here! Lots of machines and free weights- Clean towels most of the time and sanatizing wipes all of the time- 2 mens showers and 2 womens- large stretching room - lots of kettle weghts etc... It's kept pretty clean also. Busy times 7am-9am 530-730pm. I enjoy high energy and most of the time I am there when people are focused on working out- So I really enjoy that!

I gave them one star because I cant give them zero. The staff is OK, not that friendly. The management on the other had is a real piece of work. The situation is that my wife and i where members when we lived a few miles from here. she was offered a job out of town so we moved. There is no Anytime Fitness with in 60 miles form us. Looking at our contract we can opt out if there is not on close. I called for a few days left a bunch of messages and no on returned my calls. A month went by and the out of the blue i get a threatening phone call saying that we owe money and that we need to get into con tact with the gym to get our account straight. So I called again, after a few day I got a hold of someone explained my situation and was told that they need proof that we had moved. I agreed to get him proof { water bill, Electric bill, ect} so i sent in the information and heard nothing back. I tried calling to follow up and again I cant get any one. So after a month or so i get a phone call from a collection agency. Now im really pissed off. They inform me that Anytime Fitness has not been paid. So i call every day for a week finally I get some one. The young man informed me that there is nothing he can do, it has already been sent to collections. What a wast of human being. After i had calmed down I have come to the realization that im done. Im done fighting this, and done dealing with this crap hole gym. I have no option but to pay. I could get a lawyer but that would cost more that the payment. THIS PLACE WILL SCREW YOU OVER DONT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT. There are many other places to work out.

Attended a yoga class to try it out before becoming a member, at the Hudson Oaks location, and the instructor started the class verbally raging about a member who had disrespected her in some way. It was strange and felt very threatening. I have been doing yoga for 15 years and this was more of a fitness class than a yoga class with no instructions on proper techniques and positioning. No Om's here!
