Gym is always clean. Staff is friendly. Like everywhere else, very busy after ppl get off work. Okay selection of machines, treadmills can be hard to get. Biggest problems are people hogging machines while spending most of their time on their phones. I’m not talking about a couple of minutes, no one should be on a machine for 30 mins but spend less than 5 mins actually using it. Normally go do something else and wait for them finish but if your on your last exercise, your screwed. Gym also allows members to record. I’d pay more for a gym that enforces phone time limits and bans recording.

I recently discovered Anytime Fitness Atascocita after realizing I was spending way too much at Lifetime and not really using all of the extras beyond the weights and cardio equipment. For me, it just wasn’t worth the price. Anytime Fitness Atascocita has been the perfect fit—both for my fitness needs and my budget. I have been to a lot of gyms and this gym has everything I need. It definitely has a more mature crowd, but I have seen younger crowd in here. Everyone seems to stay to themselves. They’re polite on machines when it comes to taking turns, I recommend Anytime fitness in Atascocita management is awesome and this place is spotless. Owners are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, that matters to me.

This is the most perfect gym I’ve ever been to. You can really tell that it’s kept up with on a daily! New/clean equipment, bathrooms are always clean. I feel so comfortable working out and showering here! The community is also great! Never felt anything uncomfortable or odd. I’ve been to multiple anytime fitness gyms and this is one of the best!! This is what a gym should be like- very thoughtful and considerate!! I’ve been at Anytime Atascocita for 4+ years. You will not find a cleaner gym with a more quaint and friendly environment. Though it’s small in size, the amount of equipment is a perfect mix to hit whatever body part you are strengthening or cardio machine you need. I rarely have to wait on a machine and never have to weight on a dumbbell or bench as there are plenty. Everything is meticulously maintained — from equipment, to bathrooms, to supplies like towels and rags to wipe things down as you use them, as is kindly encouraged. You won’t be disappointed joining Anytime!

What a hidden little gem. From the outside it doesn't look like it's as big as it actually is once you walk in. Was taken back just the sq footage of it!

This place is also very clean. Something my anytime could stand to read. Machines are dusted above and below. Cables are in good shape. Tons of kettlebells. Really nice.

Plenty of machines and free weights that go to 120! Most gyms stop at 100, was super happy to use the 110s today.

Really enjoyed my workout here today. I'm in Kingwood often for work, might start waking up early and driving here to get my workout in!

This gym has a good vibe, great wall decor, sharp looking equipment in good repair and working order.

A nice sized multipurpose area, a hack squat, rope work, and all the fixens with some footage to add more if the mod strikes them. Good flow.

The bathrooms are REALLY nice and well kept. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all supplied as are towels. This gym really gives you a club vibe where membership has perks.

Overall, I'm really impressed with this gym. In Houston, some Anytimes are hit or miss, but this one is a bullseye 🎯

If you have a healthcare style gym membership plan PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. After recently moving to the groves area in humble, I ventured over to this place assuming with it being on my providers website that this place could be a good fit for me- being the only 24 hour gym in the West Lake area. When walking in and advising the man of my plan, he let me know they no longer accept healthcare style membership & without a silver sneakers type membership they would not be accepting new members. ((Iam certain this is likely only this way for healthcare style memberships & not if you want to pay them directly))

This to me is a bit odd because what does someone’s age have to do with if they should be approved to come to this gym? Seems to be some systemic discrimination present here.

As a note, this isn’t a plan that is covered just because of having health insurance. I pay a nice chunk monthly to have a network of gyms for my choosing.

Luckily there are much friendlier and larger facilities in the area that will meet my needs. BUT if the small gym feel is what you’re going for, I’d AVOID this facility in particular. What’s good for the goose, isn’t good for the gander at this location.

Came here yesterday evening after work ready to sign a membership and workout closer to home. Was so excited. However, there was only one person working. He was finishing with one person and there was one ahead of me. He saw the both of us and did not acknowledge that I was even standing there until I spoke up as he was about to walk away with the other person! Horrible customer service.

I know that they have it turned off on active and fit to not accept new members, but I had already signed up and have my letter saying I have a membership and was still turned away. Work at your own pace. A little more instruction would go a long way when first taking tour of gym. Only been a few times late at night when there is less traffic. $26 twice a month. Very reasonable. I've been going to this gym for about 8 months now, this gym is fantastic. I have been to other locations of anytime fitness throughout Texas and nothing even comes close.

The closest branch at this level of quality is probably the Southwest Amarillo but even they lacked a lot because this gym has newer equipments and the ones that make sense (I'd take Precor equipments over any others as their ergonomics and range of motion are sensible unlike others and they don't feel ancient) and this gym does provide towels and has a water cooler to refill bottles and a lot of other small things that you don't really notice until you don't have them (which I did notice when going to other gyms).

Restrooms are clean and showers have soap too which is a huge plus and again you don't see that at other places. Also unisex bathrooms are a huge advantage too in terms of availability.

I hope the owner (I believe Amanda) doesn't sell this gym or loses interest in maintaining the standards this high because I honestly don't know where else would I go as this gym is perfect for us.

I go to many gyms in the Houston area and this is hands down one of my favorites. It's 24/7, never crowded, so organized, & such great use of space too. Everything is always put back where it belongs, so never hunting for dumbbells or plates here.

For a smaller gym, it has all the machines, & equipment for a great workout. (Including squat racks and deadlift platform) I always recommend this gym to anyone looking for a gym to start or change gyms.

Honestly I thought you guys were going to be overly expensive and a okay experience.

However you guys are simply amazing. I could write about all the small things I love but I’d be here forever. To keep it simple, it’s a great gym experience and it fits my personal needs. 24 hour availability is a huge plus.

I am so so so grateful for the military support and the prisoners of war banner. Almost made me cry. I am a veteran and I’ve served so that hit home for me.

Hands down the best Anytime Fitness Gym I have been to in the whole Houston area. I can't explain how clean this gym is. Staff is amazing, they greet you when you walk in, check on you to make sure you are staying focused on your goals. They always leave great inspiration quotes throughout the gym. Bathrooms, lets talk about these bathrooms. I know a lot of gyms focuse on cleaning equipment and lack in the bathroom side. Man these bathrooms are super clean. They have shower products for you to use if you forget your own. Towels to borrow, but not take, let's be clear on that. They have a fruit basket located at the entrance door for you to grab something healthy. They have all the machines you could ask for, and that deadlift platform is a bonus. Turf area to use the sled. Tons of dumbbells for all those meat heads. Lots of leg machines for those glute exercises. I've had the opportunity to meet the owner and she is pretty damn awesome. I was so pumped when they built this Anytime Fitness and I can't see myself going anywhere ever again. I definitely feel safe at this location being a female and going at all hours of the day. If you haven't had a chance to check this gym out, it's worth stopping in. Oh and they even allow the you doing a day pass if you tag along with a friend. You sign a waiver and pay a onetime fee. It's not much at all but I can't remember the exact amount.

Safe place to workout and everything is clean. All members wipe after machine use, people pick up their weights afterwards, and staff is always keeping the facility in good shape. The parking lot does get busy during peak hours, but plenty of parking spots available. I have not tried the personal training, but it is offered here. The owner, Amanda, is also really nice and can answer any questions you may have. Drop by during their staff hours and though it is a smaller gym, it has everything you need.

The owner is the coolest and she's also a trainer there and always helpful in teaching training and educating on using the equipment or new variations of old school exercises. This gym is included in my rotation of spots I go to. It is by far the cleanest gym I attend in the area and the best Anytime I have visited out all the states I’ve been to. Amanda and her hubby are the best people ever and even though my work out schedule is night owl status, they still communicate a lot through social media and email and always remember me when I do make it in during day light hours. I appreciate them so much that I offer my extra baseball tickets to them when I can. They are constantly getting new toys to play with and the atmosphere is always fantastic. I was very excited when Anytime Fitness opened up. They are a great alternative to the over crowded over priced competition in the area. The staff is always friendly and the gym is always clean. It’s a great place to workout!
