If something breaks it takes forever to fix. The water fountain has been broken for three months. One day I didn’t bring my water bottle (I ended up filling up my bottle with water from the bathroom sink) so I asked the person working for a water bottle and they didn’t have any. The scale is broken and right now it’s 12:15am and the door to the building will not close so anyone can walk in. Very unsafe but another member was able to fix it. The bathroom door is locked right now with no one else here so someone may have walked in.

I have been trying to cancel my membership with this location for over a month. Drove to the gym during business hours to speak to someone and the office was closed. I contacted the GM John after I was told that I had to pay an additional 50 dollar to cancel my membership even though I am on a mtm agreement. He finally agreed to lower the fee to 10 dollars, called gave my payment information and I was told that the cancellation had been processed. One month later my account was billed again, I’ve been calling, leaving voice mails, texting and e-mailing John for a refund for 4 days now and have not received a response.

Paying all this money to a gym that hasn’t fixed its water fountain in months not to mention this place always has an issue with its foundation. Just straight up poor management and no due diligence in preserving the foundation of this location.

Dont have any experience with the gym itself. Didnt get that far, considering they want you to pay a down payment, sign up for a plan, and be in a contract.. screw that.. what happened to people just being able to pay $20 or $30 a month, use the gym until until your purchase time was up, and if you never returned who cares, go on about your business or pay another term and continue month to month. These forcible contract services are ruining our society and ordinarily if a business has to force a person into a contract for months in advance for something, they probably suck and trying to make up for business they lose or dont get in the first place..

Easily the most neglected Anytime Fitness I've ever been to. Only been a member about a year, but most I've traveled to have been stellar. This one had multiple pieces of common equipment in the weight area that were either broken or malfunctioning. Benches and other pads were wearing or worn through. Oh, drinking fountains were out too. 'Sorry for the inconvenience'. Members said they've been off for a couple months. 3 stars because I still got my workout in, which is what matters, but if this was my regular gym I'd ask for my money back and take it elsewhere.

Thieves. Had to contact bank to stop the double payments they were taking every month. Called customer service number to cancel and was told i have to do it in person but the office is empty everytime. 30 a month sounds good but that's not what you pay. Thieves.

The gym it’s self is a nice gym. Was close to home and never packed. The only down side is that I’ve moved and I was originally told that it was a 12 month membership and I told the customer service that I’d like it to be canceled at the end of term. Now coming to find out that it is, to my surprise, a 18 month membership. Which in its self is unorthodox to say the least. Customer service can’t help because the membership seller miss led me on my contract so now I’m forced to pay for a gym I’m no longer apart of because of a miss leading membership seller.

Not very impressed with this gym. It is clean and organized which is nice but the equipment is just passable at best. It's all precor which isn't my favorite at all but it gets the job done. Not a lot of attachments for cable weights. And there's only one barbell in the whole place. I was here for an hour and a half and there was one person using it the entire time. Very frustrating.

This is the place where I discovered so much potential for myself. I had an awesome trainer named Zach who worked there at the time. He taught me a lot. I then began hitting my goals every time I came and did some challenges they had there. It's a great small environment Gym to get you wanting to go more and more and not feel rushed or awkward.

Great place to workout. 24-hours a day. Awesome staff that is knowledgable and helpful. The trainer (April) is great at setting goals for you and helping you "push through." And it is never too crowded - so you never really have to wait for a machine.
The place is clean and the equipment is always in working order.
I cannot recommend it enough.
