All Anytimes that I have been to are well maintained and if you are here for a good workout, you will get a good workout! they have a variety of machines to utilize. This location also has a lot of elliptical and treadmills and one stairmaster. They also have a couple of seated bikes. They also have a seated dip, which is new to me. Very quiet location or at least when my BF and I popped in for a quick and sufficient back and bicep day. Also this is small but makes such a big difference: they correctly space their machines so that they don’t bump each other. :)

I’ve been using Anytime Fitness for several years and this is Best in Class. I travel so the multiple Anytime Fitness locations are instrumental. This location is the most well kept, clean and organized of all the locations I’ve visited. This is my home gym although there are closer AF’s to my residence. I highly recommend AF and, specifically this location.

This gym, located upstairs in a retail plaza in Irving, Texas, offers a welcoming atmosphere with nicely shaded windows that keep the temperature pleasant despite the Dallas sun. The gym is well-equipped with free weights, machines, a studio area for floor stretches, and specialized stretching equipment. The showers and facilities are spotless, adding to the overall positive experience. What truly sets this gym apart is the owner’s personal touch-after I checked in, he introduced himself, welcomed me by name, and shared a friendly conversation about relocating from the Bay Area. His approachability and dedication, along with the clean, well-maintained environment, make this gym deserving of a five-star rating.

I’ve been going here for two years and love it. The convenience of the location and access are amazing for someone who may not have time to work out at the same time each day. They have all the equipment you’d need to reach your goals and training if you need (they don’t hound you to do personal training like some other gyms). Not super crowded most of the day so it’s easy to work around folks doing specific muscle groups or circuits.

I've been at this gym for 2 years now and I still love it! The owner/manager, Andrew, is by himself and still does a great job keeping it clean (with help from his members) We take care of him because he takes of us. The vending machine is always stocked with many options of drinks and snacks. Always a positive attitude and helpful to everybody that walks thru the doors. The water is definitely NOT hot out of the drinking fountain. The A/C is just right. People seem to forget that the heat outside actually does get thru the windows. This place may be small, but it has plenty of equipment for its guests, no equipment is missing; someone is just using it! And yes it's still fairly priced and definitely is worth visiting!!

Things I need to gripe about: 1. No showers (locked and notice says closed due to unforeseen circumstances. 2. Water fountain/ dispenser is older style, not for bottles, and the filter probably needs replacement judging from the taste. These things can be easily remedied, hopefully.

I've been going to this gym for about a year and a half, and am only leaving now because I'm moving to a different city.

Previously, I've had memberships at LA Fitness and Crunch Fitness, and had neutral-to-negative experiences with harassment from other clientele and shady business policies. I was nervous to go out and find a new gym.

I picked this one because it was close by, and other reviews said that the staff and members were friendly and welcoming. They were right!

After signing up, I worked with the owner, Andrew, to set up a training program that worked well for me. He is an extremely patient trainer, super friendly (ask him about anything Star Wars) and willing to work around shifts in availability to ensure you don't fall behind.

Over time, I became more familiar with the other members - Andrew, Irene, Patrick, and other staff members were always happy to strike up a conversation or introduce you to a new workout buddy. Everyone was so friendly! No creepy gym bros here; just bros 😎

I miss this place already, and I'm jealous if you're discovering it for the first time. Have fun!

This gym is so dirty it’s gross. You can tell they don’t care about the upkeep here. Frankly, it’s disrespectful to guests to provide us with an unclean facility. Why own a business if you’re not going to take pride in it? Also you might as well work out in hell with how hot it is in there. It was 80 degrees. Why does a gym have to be that hot? Honestly had been a decent gym over the last year and a half I’ve been here, but the increase in people who don’t clean up after themselves and the fact that your working out in practically a sauna is a huge factor in looking for gym. It was 83 degrees inside today at 11pm. it’s been this way since I started here, but seems like it is getting worse. Industrial fans are good and all but it’s just a bandaid for the real issue. This is not a large gym, so I am unsure why we can’t keep it cooled to a reasonable level. On the other end, I love working out in the winter since the heat kind of sucks too and the gym is often 65 degrees, but I enjoy that WAY more than 83.

Great gym to get your work out done. It's not a large gym but it provides you with the equipment & space you need to get going and more. Andrew, the owner, is very accommodating, friendly, and just a fantastic guy overall. Great place to work out as long as you’re there during none peak hours, of course that can be said of most gyms. The owner, keeps the place very clean and is open to ideas of new equipment. I threw some ideas his way and in a couple of months there was the equipment I needed to do the exercises that I wanted to do. The atmosphere was great and did not feel like some corporate franchise. If that’s what you’re looking for this is the place to be.

If you’re wondering what those non peak hours are, like most gyms, Thursday through Sunday. I know because I’ve worked at a couple gyms as a personal trainer.

24 hour access with a key that you get when you become a member, the gym is kept cleaned, and great equipment (usually always something new every time I walk in) What more could you ask for? After visiting the other gyms in the area, I felt that this Anytime Fitness was the best match. The manager has created an environment where you can be a part of a community, surrounded by others supporting and encouraging you to reach your health goals. My normal times to hit the gym is around 3-4pm, so I've never had trouble with the gym being too crowded. This particular facility has newer equipment that is nicely maintained and is always clean. There are cardio machines, strength training machines, free weights, two squat racks, and a smith machine. There's also plenty of other gym equipment that you can use to aid in calisthenics workouts (stability ball, bosu, step up, battle rope, TRX). There's a small studio available for use with video workouts that you can choose as well - my favorite is the stationary cycling programs. Can't ask more from a gym that you can have access to 24/7!

Very welcoming staff. However, just one problem, you need to keep air fresheners in the restrooms not in the janitors closet. Sometimes visiting the restroom could be torture. It's just a dollar product to increase the comfort of visitors. No need to get the fancy stuff. You'll find it at Walmart which is next door. I have been a member for 3 months now and I honestly could not have asked for a better gym! This gym is perfect, you don't have a line forming on machines you want to use. The staff is beyond friendly, and Andrew the owner actually takes the time to interact with you and getting to know you. I signed up for the seven day free trial and after the first day I knew this was the gym. Machines are clean and well maintained, restrooms are always keep in top shape. I trust not only the staff, but other members as well. I leave my wallet, backpack, headphones, etc in the cubicles and never have to worry about any theft or strange characters. Overall I cant say enough about this place, I tell my family, friends, and co-workers about it. If i Could give this place 10 stars I would!

I come here a lot during my lunch breaks and it's NEVER crowded(even during peak hours) and ALWAYS clean. Pricing is great and there are tons of other locations to use if I'm not in the area. I recently had a customer service issue with this gym and made my concerns known through an email survey. The owner, Andrew, immediately attempted to reach out to address each of my concerns. Unfortunately I didn't see his email, but a few hours later when I was in the gym he came to personally greet me and discuss my concerns in his office.

I appreciate the fact that he took the time out of his evening to meet with me, face to face, and resolve my issues. Owner is ridiculous. He banned me from his gym because I gave it a poor review on Yelp (he got the review removed) and complained to him about some poor behavior by gym members. I gave him a bad review because he was effectively banning members from making any noise in the gym. Which he really did do. And I sent him an email in which I told him he was petty for blocking me from accessing his Facebook page. This guy is wayyy too sensitive to be a gym owner; he should do something more suitable like operate a yogurt stand at the mall.

This by far is a “First Class” Any time fitness!!! Probably the best one in the whole DFW Metroplex.

I've never joined a gym before this one. I'd worked out at a few as a "guest" of members but nothing made me want to sign up like Anytime. The owner, Andrew, is so personable and friendly (And a Game of Thrones fan! Bonus points!) and the personal trainer, Mike/Michael is super respectful and highly animated and kept me laughing. At first I dreaded my appointment with him for fear of being pushed too hard, but Michael respected my limits and let me take water breaks when I needed them. I didn't feel inferior for not being able to keep up with some of the work outs, I just felt inspired to keep making little steps of progress. Mike has innovative ways to exercise, including ways to isolate muscle groups and work the core without doing crunches. Because no one likes crunches.
The equipment is clean and well maintained and plentiful, only twice in the past month and a half have I seen all the treadmills occupied. The gym is never overly crowded or busy, but it's never empty, either. It's always pleasantly lively. I've chatted with a few other members, and there's a feeling of camaraderie here. Smiles and greetings are exchanged, as well as encouragement. There's a sense of community and I never feel uncomfortable or out of place here! It's not a large gym, but I never wanted to join a large gym; I really like the intimate size here.
I strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a gym, no matter how experienced or not you are, to consider this location!
