I've been to this location several times over the last year or so when visiting family. Today I had to walk out after a few minutes. No soap in ANY of the bathrooms and no wipes or paper towels for the spray bottles to wipe down the equipment. It's the same issue every time. It's really unacceptable and unsanitary.

I used to enjoy using this gym after work, however, I absolutely had to stop coming here. It is always filthy, & management will leave the place without wipe down equipment. It's absolutely disgusting... How do you think MRSA & other infections are avoided @ the gym!? I have been disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of this facility. Both restrooms consistently emit a strong urine odor, and I noticed a gallon water jug in the trashcan that remained there for at least two days. Hair is often present around the sinks, and the floors appear unclean. Additionally, only one of the wipes dispensers was stocked, and there’s visible dust accumulating on the machines.

During my visits, staff members are frequently in the office on their phones, which raises concerns about the level of attention given to facility upkeep and member assistance.

Cleanliness and proper maintenance are essential for a safe and welcoming environment. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to improve the overall experience for all patrons.

I really loved this location when I started here last year but this location has gone downhill.

It’s never busy at the time, which I go, which is great for me. But this gym is always dirty and a mess. The pictures I’m attaching here. I took last week and the gym stayed in this condition for the whole entire week. Not to mention, the towels have not been washed and they’re still sitting in a bag in the personal training office. They are constantly out of wet wipes to wipe the machines down and as a back up, they have paper towels and spray bottles, but that’s only if you’re lucky to be able to find paper towels.

There’s been protein drink splashed on the wall by the water fountain for almost 2 weeks. The water fountain drain is orange and desperately needs to be clean and as you can see from the bathroom photos….they are pretty gross.

There is cobwebs and huge piles of dust underneath all the ledges and the guest chairs. Even if they had someone clean this place once or twice a week, it would be a huge improvement. Even the floor is around the machines weren’t vacuumed at all for at least a week, I know this because the same areas had a ton of pieces of paper or little bags of dirt all over the carpet and they were there each day.

I would much rather put my money into another nearby gym that was kept in better condition.

I am a foreign national (from Brazil) and I couldn't get information from their website or phone call regarding single-day, 7-day passes offers. I filled some forms and left a voicemail on their phone but they didn't call back to me. I'm going to visit around this location next week and I need this information to plan my training routine. Anytime fitness is the best investment in my fitness I’ve ever made, the 24 hour access, and being able to go to any location when traveling without having to talk to anyone is top tier. They have locations everywhere! As for Irving, I’m at this location for trainings a few times a year, and they have a solid set of equipment. My minor gripe is I think the facility could be a bit cleaner, but I’ve seen MUCH worse and I don’t think it’s worth knocking off a star. Great gym.

I've been a member of Anytime Fitness for many years now, But a but a short time at this location, and I can honestly say it's been a game-changer for my fitness journey. As someone who prefers to work out alone, I appreciate the 24/7 access that allows me to hit the gym whenever I want.

The facility is always clean and well-maintained, even during late-night or early-morning hours when I'm usually there. The equipment is top-notch and diverse enough to keep my workouts interesting and challenging.

I've never had any issues with security or safety. The staff is friendly and helpful when I do encounter them during occasional daytime visits.

During cancellation make sure you have written emails with you. On December I did canceled my subscription because I was moving back to my country. After two months i see that there were charges going on. I contacted the manager and they said I see some changes of plans on that month but He could cannot confirm that what conversation I had with one of the coaches. As I clearly told there one of there coaches to cancel my membership. And they even assured me that the membership would be cancel by the end of dec.Now they are denying about my cancellation process and charged my 160$. they don’t even refund my money.

So be careful guys during canceling. They will mug your money.

Literally cannot workout with the newest manager Missy staring you down. She will come up to you mid workout to “check if you’re a member”. Also be sure to bring a pillow to set your weights down. No matter how mindful you are about racking the weights properly, she’s off to the side waiting for you to make any little mistake with “My weights”. Her condescending Karen behavior makes it highly uncomfortable to enjoy your workout. The other managers and trainers have been a delight and very helpful. I’ve only encountered these problems with Melissa. Disappointed.

I was trying to reactivate my membership by going to this location but I was unable to get assistance there since no one responded to the door. Thinking the staffed hours were inaccurate, I left a voicemail and left. Less than 20 minutes later, I received a call from Melissa, who called me from her personal number, and she was able to explain that the staff member there was actually training a group but that she’d be happy to reactivate my membership and it would be done today. Upon entering the gym, we were eager to receive a tour, purchase a day pass, and potentially become members. However, upon arrival, we found that the only staff member present was engaged in a call with their superiors (you’d think her superiors would want her to give us a tour or get off the meeting asap). Despite waiting for approximately 10 minutes, we felt compelled to interrupt and request a day pass due to our limited time. While the staff member did provide us with the pass, we couldn't help but feel that our presence was an inconvenience to them. After we got the pass, I never saw her again- guess she left? This experience left us with the impression of unprofessionalism, and as a result, we have decided not to become members here.

Best Anytime Fitness of 5 or 6 I’ve visited in the metro — essentially under new management & better than its rating suggests. The high ceilings are great. I’ve never had to wait for a bathroom/shower. The complex it is in also very easy-access & safe. The new GM, Melissa Beal, is friendly, warm, and welcoming. I highly recommend giving them a try, and note that there are (a bit pricier) month-to-month plans if you want to see how it feels.

Management doesnt care about maintenance. Neither is there someone who can help with membership issues. After going there for a year when i went to cancel membership as i moved away I was told to send a letter to cancel membership as manager is not there. I sent multiple letters and then went to gym again then they said manager is again not here and they didn't receive anything so email. Then for email no reply. Like this they charged me for 7 months as i had moved and was sending emails and mail. When i came back to DFW went to gym again to solve the issue. The entire experience was horrible. I was excited about scheduling a tour! The first woman I spoke with said they had availability today and would schedule me in. My friend asked to come so I called to make sure it was okay (due to covid) and when I called back the representative was rude and said my appointment wasn’t even schedule, when I scheduled it less than 5 minutes ago. When I went in for my appointment with Danielle, she wasn’t even in the office. There was a young man there that took us to the office, asked what we wanted to know and then gave us the package document. When I asked about what was included, he could barely speak on it (either new or nervous). But the tour was literally here’s the room, we have a few machines and here’s the bathroom. For the same exact prices I could have signed up for LA Fitness with more room and machines. If you are looking for a more hands off experience and a couple machines this may be for you. But otherwise the experience was horrible, customer service was rude or uninformed (which is scary when you are using equipment in a gym) and not worth the price.

Accessible and kept up to date. A lot of the machines are on the newer side and it's rare if you see one out of order or unkept. Gym space is on the smaller side, but there is a variety of machines and weights everyone can use. There is a separate room that can be used for classes or more of a private workout which is a nice touch. Management is new and he seems to be on top of things. The gym literally doesnt have a sauna, no pools, no locker rooms, no basketball courts or anything but the minimum membership price is $45 monthly. Also, their memberships come with 24 month contracts so someone like me who was only gonna be in town for 2 months, would have to pay another $100 just to cancel. Best "little gym" in the area. I love how Apolo knows the members and takes time to work with/get to know everyone. I have been a member for almost a year and his demeanor has been the same. That says a lot. I do wish they would enforce the clean up after yourself rule a little more but all in all its still cleaner than any of the other ones. The equipment is well maintained and there is more than enough space for floorwork. Thoroughly pleased.

I’ve been a member at this gym for more than 6months now. Love hitting the gym with some great workout routines daily. The best thing is that this place is so open and spacious, equipments are almost always available. One can do free weights, conditioning exercises, cardio, all under one roof. The trainers are also very approachable and helpful. They guide you really well to achieve your goals (A Special shout out for Apolo).

I have been regularly visiting this gym since last ten months. I find the gym well equipped and very neat and tidy.
What exactly I like the most is the group workout sessions. The trainers are well trained and very approachable, especially Apolo. Apart from training he educates well about nutrition as well. It’s definitely recommendable for all.
I will recommend it inspite of the pocket pinch.

I love this gym! The trainers, Apolo and Ivan, are great and always willing to help you out. And if you're in a class or one-on-one session, you will definitely get a great workout in. The owner and regional manager are also great, my husband and I have felt very welcome here.

I love coming here - clean, quiet, and almost never have to wait for equipment. It is a small gym, and there really aren't amenities such as towel service, but it has everything I need/want in a gym. Only "complaint" would be overall size, there are only two showers (for everyone) and if membership goes up much, space is pretty limited. Otherwise, perfect for me right now, plus Anytime memberships are "all club" so you can always go to another one if you need to!

This is the best gym when compared to many other Places. Very Clean, Friendly staff, Decent crowd and good Personal trainers who can be able to help you in acheiving your goal. Last year when I was about leave for Army boot camp I took few personal sessions with trainer Apolo(He was a Marine) and he helped me in transforming from weak to strong man which really helped me in surviving the boot camp. I highly recommend this place!

Nice new gym. I do have a couple of recommendations. I've been to Anytime Fitness locations all across the US and Canada.

1. Needs lots of signs about putting your weights back and wiping off your equipment. Most locations put these up after a while. It's 12/16/18 and I can tell you every piece of equipment the same guy used in the gym this evening. He left a huge nasty greasy head print on multiple benches and his weights on. Maybe his mother or wife works out here and he expects them to come clean up after him?

2. It would be nice to extend your cable machine to a full sized one that you can work in the middle of.

3. Could use a leg press machine (the kind you stack the weights on).

This is a nice gym at a great location!
Its spacious, has variety of equipment from Cardio (Treadmills, Elliptical, bikes and Stair master ), Free weights, TRX and strength training machines.
Club manager and trainers and friendly and approachable.
They also have group sessions - which is added plus.

All in all, a great gym!

I attended the Saturday community class and Apolo was our trainer. It was challenging for sure , had a great work out! Apolo was always checking in making sure we had proper form and encouraging us. Check it out !!!

Anytime Fitness Las Colinas is an excellent gym. The location is convenient to home and since it’s open 24/7, I can schedule my workouts around my busy schedule. Safety is important to me and this gym offers a safety lanyards. What sold me on this gym is that the owner and staff are building community. I’ve been going to the free Saturday Community Workouts and I have made new friends. We are already planning to meet up with for workouts. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness Las Colinas.
