This gym is outdated, needs repair, and never feels clean. Equipment is breaking down. Weights are broken. Facility is cluttered. Only one regular squat rack. They’ve been claiming they are going to remodel for years, but have done nothing, When I talked with the manager, he said owners didn’t want to upgrade the equipment until the place is remodeled. When will that happen? Suggestions box isn’t used, because manager said there’s no key for it. (Take it down then). We’ve been traveling and visiting Anytime Fitness locations all across the United States and this is definitely the most run down I’ve seen. There are some amazing new Anytime Fitness setups and this is not one of them. Other locations have a QR code for visitors to sign a waiver and pay instantly. Towels provided for showers & workouts, multiple racks, updated equipment, and consistent cleaning. Wish this location had that as well. It’s sad because the community is dedicated and shows up to workout. Owners need to prioritize this location and do some upgrades.

Outdated equipment and frequently out of cleaning wipes. It gets the job done, but it should be far more impressive for the monthly fee. If only they had nearby competition to make them put more effort into here. Not to mention they’ve added covers over the AC thermostat so you can’t see they’re baking you in the summer heat now- used to be a comfortable 70/71.

Excellent gym and well worth the membership. Great owner, staff is knowledgeable and helpful, clean, everything in order, and equipment is excellent quality and brings the results you want. Members are friendly and helpful too. Very happy to have a membership there. Very positive experience.

This is a great gym with an excellent staff. Sam was very accommodating for us when we had a problem with the missing wedding ring. He reviewed the cameras for hours and eventually completely searched some of the pieces of equipment and found my wife’s wedding ring! We are very satisfied!

Been coming here for 5 years now. Good equipment. Well staffed by friendly individuals. Only real complaint is that it could use one more adjustable bench and smith machine and or squat rack. Then I feel it would be able to accommodate everyone who attends at once. Other that that it's great for it's size and location.

Clientele is great, good group of people. The ownership has really let this place go in my opinion, and it’s a shared opinion of everyone that goes there. The equipment desperately needs updating, it’s by FAR the smallest anytime location I’ve visited, and it can get pretty crowded as it’s the only game in town (for now).

This gym could really be great, but it doesn’t seem like ownership wants to do what’s necessary to bring it up to par with other fitness clubs in DFW. They’re asking for more money than way better gyms, and they’re at major risk of losing all their clients when anything even marginally better is opened in Krum.

I really tried to like this place.. like really tried… but after working out daily for the past 12 years and trying 14 different gyms, this one ranks the lowest for the money. I was forced to sign a year contract at $48 a month when previously I was paying $72 a month at lifetime fitness in Mansfield and got access to all lifetimes. This is the second most expensive gym I’ve ever paid for with the extreme least amount of equipment. For how much you pay per month, they could atleast get another stair master. I am so sick and tired of waiting an hour or more while someone hogs the stairmaster as I clearly wait. As far as the weights go, the other lifters are very friendly and gave good gym etiquette. If you are considering joining, I’d recommend possibly going to another anytime fitness and signing up so you’re not locked into a year or two at $48/month or just making the drive elsewhere.

When I Signed the contract I was told I could cancel but there would be a small cancelation fee. After a year I was told I couldn't cancel. Not only that but I only have a small window to cancel before it renews. Read the fine print. They will lie to you.

I would give more stars if this club removed all the endocrin disrupting air fresheners from all the outlets. There's like 5 or 6 in the gym. I want a workout, not a headache.

Not a towel to be found anywhere inside, so bring your own. There's only one cycle, zero recumbent cycles. Makes it really tough for those of us who are handicapped to work on low-impact exercises. And speaking of handicapped:

Handicapped parking is often blocked by someone who thinks those of us who are handicapped don't need to be close to the door. They certainly don't want anyone bumping their truck! What a clown.

Pay attention to the details of the contract. I signed for a single year, I paid my year, and guess what it automatically renewed my contract. I moved away, got with another gym and a couple months later realized I was missing an extra 40 bucks every month, called up there and they said I had to come in and cancel my contract in person. Now TWO years later there’s a hit on my credit report for 555 dollars. Are you kidding ME, you crooks. The age of contract gym memberships are a relic, just pay the 10 bucks a month at planet fitness or find a gym elsewhere, these guys are out for your paycheck.

This gym is always clean and the managers are always welcomeing and super friendly and sometimes it's busy but that happens with any gym don't go at like 5pm or at like 4-7am cause those are the most busy time it's open 24 hours and the hours posted are the hours the managers are in

I have enjoyed this gym for almost a year now! It has great management with all the equipment to assist me in bettering my life. Anytime Fitness is just what the city of Krum needed. Small town feel with 24 hour access to fit everyone's schedule!
