No customer service, phones are never answered at this gym, one can call around 50 times a day and even then, they won’t get back to you. Called to cancel my month to month subscription, they told me payment would go through but a refund would be issued the following day. I have been calling all week at different times and no one has answered, no professionalism.

I set up an appointment online to get a membership and scheduled an appointment for Sunday at noon. Apparently my appointment was supposed to be with Matthew. I even got an appointment confirmation text message that asked ME to confirm that I'll be there.

I got to the door tried to open it. I need a key card to get in. No staff in sight. A sign on the door says for appointments to call a certain number. No one picks up. Another sign on the door says the gym is only staffed for certain days of the week. It was a huge waste of my time, and if scheduling an initial appointment is this disorganized, I don't want to see what the staff is like AFTER the membership. Buyer beware. Read the other reviews of those unlucky enough to actually sign up.

On my FitQuest70 journey from Sacramento to Texas, I stopped at Gym #82 in Laredo, Texas, a gym with a nightclub vibe featuring neon purple lights in the restrooms, earning it a 4/5-star rating. The compartmentalized layout with a sofa and chairs for seating gives it a slightly tight feel, but the accurate scale was a plus. A dance class in the small studio was a bit loud for me but I think that’s the vibe it’s going for. With better maintenance, it could reach five stars—issues like an empty soap dispenser, a loose toilet paper holder, and a rotted wooden door in shower room #1 due to water overflow need fixing. Although I didn’t work out due to a long travel day, the gym’s unique atmosphere and potential stood out!

First, was told a price I would pay a specific price per month and then was overcharged. Called the gym to speak with someone about the overcharge & no one answers the phone. Second, they wanted me to pay another amount just to cancel the membership. It's ridiculous, never going back.

Very dirty shower bathrooms. Disgusting !!! Equipment was old and needed maintenance. We travel for work and so far Anytime Fitness has had nothing but dirty uncleaned showers. Very disappointed in buying this membership. Will be shopping for something better.

**UPDATE: Finally spoke with a club "staff" they said they would cancel my membership and return any fees..but guess what charge I saw AGAIN try to process into my bank?? Yup, another month with this shady gym. Future members beware, this gym will continue to process payments on your account even AFTER you cancel...

Staff never answers the phone, and is NEVER present as per their listed, "office hours." I was overcharged and have literately called 22 times in the past 2 weeks. I even reached out to their franchise 800 number to try and get help and got nowhere either. At this point I just want CANCEL my membership. I am on a "month to month" plan that keeps auto rolling over. Isn't this fraud at some point? 0/10 recommend this gym.

Staff is NEVER in the building. Forget signing up, you'll never be able to, and when and IF you finally do, you will never be able to cancel. The worst gym I have ever been to. Also don't bother calling, they will never pickup the phone. Creeps and weirdos here at all hours who stare at you doing your sets. Horrible experience here.

All the basics with good equipment, even an Abcoaster. Good location with grocery store in walking distance. But restrooms were not good specifically the shower. Within five minutes place was flooded
Need drain fixing and water blocker in shower. (Average cost $20-$50). Otherwise water will lead to bigger problems like mold.

This gym is really nice. The equipment is well maintained. It is a small gym but has everything I need including an assisted pull up machine. They definately make the most of limited floor space. Its not crowded even for a small gym. The staff is very helpful. I am a prime fitness / tivity health member. His system so he was unable to sign me up using my prime, but he issued me a fob anyway.

From the 7day trial to the cleanliness and calmness of the gym, I have yet to find something wrong with this place. Have only met Luis, but he's been so helpful. Definitely recommend!

Luis is so helpful when starting your journey at Anytime Fitness! He’s always smiling and loves to help you with any questions you may have! Dianne is very nice and helpful as well. She is a trainer and works in the office with Luis. She can give you private training sessions which are very helpful! Rosie is the best trainer I’ve ever had. She will support you and push you to be the best inside the gym and outside. She wants you to be healthy and live a healthy life. I’ve lost a lot weight, made a lot of friends, and have gained immense amount of confidence by joining Anytime Fitness.

Excelente gimnasio. Ya hace varios meses estaba con la idea de regresar al gimnasio pero por una u otra cosa siempre lo posponía, cuando fui a Anytime Fitness fui por un pase de 7 días ya que no quería precipitarme a firmar un contrato y al mes dejar de ir(como Lo eh hecho anteriormente). Pero han pasado ya 5 meses y estoy sumamente a gusto con todo. El personal es muy amable, accesible, siempre dispuestos ayudar. Las clases que ofrece son de lo mejor y de mucha ayuda. Si me preguntan que si me cambiaria de gimnasio, mi respuesta sería,no.

Need wall mirrors in front of the squat racks...

The exercise room gets really hot because there's no ceiling or floor fans...Would be nice if there's a rack to hang up yoga mats, instead of them cluttering on the floor corner

It's a clean little gym with friendly staff. Free WiFi and free daily classes (yoga, circuit etc),

but if they "gonna have class" and even though you were in the exercise room first, and in the corner not bothering anybody, they will ask you to leave - happened to me once - extremely unpleasant experience

But, they don't stop people from dropping weights (annoying af)... the free trial passes allow random people in and some of them are loud and obnoxious...occupying space to take selfies

They have a decent amount and variety of machines. I've seen much better though. They have lots of dumbbells but not much in the way of barbells. They have a video room for workouts and an open floor area for custom workouts I suppose. It's a nice little clean place to get in a workout but it may not meet all your needs, especially if its crowded.

This feels like home. the concept of the gym is perfect! i'm a 21 year old Nursing student with a full time job and 2 really hyper active boys this gym gives me the chance to go and focus on myself for an hour or 2 a day at MY convenience. Clean and organized !
