Was a stickler about my wife bringing my son on nights when I worked late, instead of me. Called my wife and son "teens" after turning off our service! EVEN THOUGH THE ACCOUNT WAS CURRENT WITHOUT WARNING. She did turn it back on after scolding us lol So we waited the year long contract out at $120 a month for 2 ppl. Now cancelation is surrounded in fees that can't be taken in the office. Even though on sign up she happily took payment.

I was forewarned that Anytime Fitness was known for charging you after you cancelled and didn't listen. They withdrew money from my account after we cancelled and made all these promises after I showed them proof of cancelation. We still have not seen a refund from 3 months of charges. It seems very dishonest and bad business. We don't recommend them.

I had a year contract and thought I had canceled it. They were still charging me after a year and now a debt collector lowered my credit score because of this. You would think after a year contract they would figure out I’m not going there no more. Don’t go here because of their dumb contracts and expensive rates.

I went to Anytime Fitness in Liberty to tour their facility and sign up for a membership. Jayna, the gym manager walked me through all their equipment and amenities. She also helped me complete my membership sign-on. The Liberty location is nice, clean and spacious. Jayna was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend anyone to join!

Not been to this place for almost 5 years now. We took our keys back to them, but they refused to take the keys back and charges us a fee ( $38-$40)every month to our bank account. Do not sign up unless you pay cash everything you go. Do not give them your account information.

I'm not pleased at all the ad online it said $24 will cover 10 month every month I get up there to Liberty and how to make shredded chicken is $29 every two weeks and that means it's like almost 70 bucks a month plus I had to pay $30 for the Jenny when I can drive an hour from here to use the gym all day long and beginning bed for $20 a month actually y'all ripped me off I don't like you I got to run out to it it'll mostly be on that contract for breach of contract lying how to draw people in there so talk to you

The seated hamstring leg curl machine has been "out of order" since I started working out here, and every night the place gets packed with highschool kids who take their shirts off and work out excessively loud

UPDATE 2: Was contacted by an employee that gave me the run around stating that there is nothing that could be done regarding the account that was closed before the trial period was up. The lack of record keeping in this facility regarding contacts with prospective members is astounding. Was told that the billing information on my account was incorrect. The next day there was a notification on my credit report about a new collections account. (This is after over a year when I cancelled my trial membership).

UPDATE: Response from the owner on the google review got my name wrong - My name is not Charles - added poor communication to my review.

Would like to return to this gym but after failing to cancel my trial membership due to change in staff >>over a year ago and using the gym maybe 3 times total<< an employee informed me that nothing could be done to resume my membership except pay the over $600 I owed. Unfortunately this is the only gym within walking/biking range of where I live.

General manager skimmed through the contract I signed about a year ago but I asked I could cancel if I needed to was told I could cancel at anytime I would just have to pay a fee and then today when I called because I noticed they resumed charging I asked to speak to whoever was In charge because they were still charging me whilst they were closed general manager then decided to tell me oh well you can’t cancel unless you live 25 miles away from any anytime fitness or have a doctors note but I was never told that when I signed the contract what I was told when I signed up was I could cancel at anytime but had to pay a 50$ fee and as I was trying to explain that I’ve been trying to get ahold of them to cancel my account I kept rudely being cut up fr being told I can’t cancel because it’s in the contract even tho I was told I could cancel at anytime just had to pay a fee 10/10 don’t recommend this to anyone

Been going here for about 2 weeks while on business. Gym equipment is very dated and in need of repair. One rest room each for male and female with shower that I assume gets cleaned monthly. The men’s room hasn’t had soap or paper towels since I started coming here. Today there was a roll of toilet paper to use as paper towels.... will make the drive to Beaumont in the future.

Kind of small for a gym. All of the equipment is close together. Only 1 shower, and 1 stall bathroom. Doesn't really have the necessary equipment to be able to stretch out before beginning workouts. Kinda high on the membership fee, and very few perks.

Did the free trial. The equipment is decent, but it's dirty. Staff (female trainer) gossiped to another girl at the desk the whole time. Came to workout, not listen to your drama. Maybe get her an office so she can take that out of the workout area. I will go to Dayton gym...

Not bad, large space and good machines and free weight space. Did not like the unfriendly staff and the poor cleaning efforts. Floor needs good cleaning instead of just a slight sweeping as I witnessed. Seems they want the clients to do the cleaning. On front door they posted to clean up after yourself. Never saw this at any of the AF I’ve visited over the years. Kinda rude.
