I don’t think it is worth the price you pay and all the hidden fees in their contract. They make it near impossible when you need to quit the gym. Just be careful and pay attention to all the fine lines: You don’t get anything extra like classes, sauna or extra amenities.

Been to a few AF locations. This one by far the dirtiest. Cardio equipment isn’t maintained, might as well use the gym at a run down hotel.

I made an appointment to check out this gym. Was so excited!! I received a few “can’t wait to see you!” texts, confirmed the appointment. Showed up to said appointment, stood outside, called, texted the line and no one came to the door. I have yet to hear from the gym. Idk. Feels weird. Will be trying elsewhere.-Edited to add, I was contacted a few days later and a different person set up an appointment with me and I was able to set up a tour of the gym! The gym was very nice and the prices were affordable. I am still on the fence on whether I will sign up here or another gym but it is a top contender!

Good: Clean inside with lots of equipment to choose from, everything seemed to be in great condition. There’s multiple separated areas for machines, free weights and a studio area. Even a little kitchenette too.
Bad: The ceiling fans were turned off! It was so freakin hot and stuffy in there I had to end my workout early. The bathroom looked clean at first, but the shower curtain was covered in mildew and smelled horrible. And the shower head was broken; kept falling down and spraying everywhere.
If I visit again, I hope to have a better experience.

I travel all over the country for work and this is hands down the best AF I've been to. Not top 5 , not top 3, the BEST. Great amenities, very clean, right amount of toilets/showers and the demographic of members...how can I put this. Let's just say if you left the windows down in your car they'd break in to LEAVE you money. They may not season their food the best but you'll always feel safe and respected. 5/5

So after having a membership for 2 years nothing ever changed, other than they have another employee named Gavin who also is very RUDE! They don't care about the members. They never said it was an open ended contract and continued charging me for it. They just took out payment for $37. Then they require another 30 days notice for cancellation so I'll pay again another $37.00 05/03/24

The lady that works in the office isn't very friendly or enthusiastic about her job. She didn't even give me a tour of the gym or any information on how to properly use equipment. The gym is small, and feels unwelcoming! I remember going to other gym's and they are very enthusiastic when greeting members each time visiting the gym. Plus I got a full tour and they made me feel enthused about going! I sadly cannot say that about Anytime on Frankford in Lubbock 😕

Anytime Fitness is my JAM! I go for a few hours every morning. Catch me there around 7am. Today, I was struggling with the morning sunlight smacking me in the face while almost done with my hour treadmill walk, when one of the trainers saw me holding up my hand to shade my eyes. She stopped what she was doing (her time on an elliptical machine) and came over to me and pulled down the window shade. Awwwww. That was nice. I've met a lot of good friends there and you will too. See you there.

I recently joined Anytime Fitness. Everyone there from staff to members have been very kind and helpful in whatever assistance I may need. As an elderly woman it's great to be treated as an equal and not a henderence because of my age. Thank you Jesus for this place.

We have been working out at this Anytime Fitness for 3 years. It is a very clean facility. They work very hard to keep it clean. It has all the equipment we could possibly need. Yes, at times it gets busy, a sign of a successful business, but if you are patient, you will be able to get to what you need. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this gym for your workout needs.

I will say the management has favorites and they get special privileges to violate policies. I went here 3 yrs and was always nice to everyone but because Iwasn't a talker or choose to visit with staff I didn't get special privilege. I even had a guy dump my weight on the ground and walk off, when I reported it the manager did nothing and even told me she didn't see anything wrong with the video.

The management caters to a friends allowing them to block or obstruct parts of the gym while others are kept from using the machines or weights. On several occasions I was challenged by other guys in a confrontational tone about using weight or machines and how much longer. Remember this is all simply cause I choose to work out and mind my own business and not socialize. I finally left after being confronted about bringing a guest and asked to pay 10 extra dollars for each visit while others brought guests all the time at no charge.

Definitely one of the smaller anytime fitness gyms
I’ve been to. They have 2 large rooms for I assume classes but I hardly ever saw anyone using the rooms. A waste of space. The free weight area is tiny and there’s not a lot of room to move around. They have a decent amount of machines. But for the price, it’s not worth it.

One of the crappier Anytime locations. Very little equipment and quite packed every time I've been. The location is super small and doesn't even have a dedicated bench press (2 squat racks for all free weight use). I can't imagine paying full price and using this as my "home" gym.

I have been a member here for several months. The main appeal for me initially was the proximity to my home. There is a good variety of equipment throughout the facility. My only 2 complaints would be some people being inconsiderate (not the gyms fault) by not re-racking weights or wiping down machines. Also I have a noticed a tendency for people to leave a squat rack loaded with weights while they "superset" multiple other exercises and come back several minutes later to continue using it. I understand the concept but in reality its annoying to me. This brings me to my reasoning for only 4 stars. There are 2 squat racks and I really wish there was a 3rd. Current spacing doesn't really allow for an additional rack without removing something else however. I prefer to not superset on the squat rack and do what I need to do and move on so it can be of use to other people. Just my 2 cents.

As an example, the worst scenario was a person using the rack for over an hour. I arrived at the gym and they were using the rack (to squat). I was able to eventually get access to the other rack. I left approximately 70 mins later and the same person was still using the rack (to squat). They were doing multiple exercises between sets all over the gym, but I guess they didn't want to give up what they had because all of their stuff was piled next to the rack (water, bag, etc). That just screams "inconsiderate" to me. Again, I don't fault Anytime Fitness directly for this.

Do not join this gym. When you go to cancel they will give you an email address to send a 30 day notice to. But when you send the cancelation there it will bounce back and they will refuse to accet the email. This is a scam. If I can join in person I should be able to cancel in person. They do all they can to rip you off. do not join.

So this is a fantastic little gym.

You walk in and are greeted almost immediately. They have a sitting area for you to hangout with a TV. And they have NICE machines. Everything was well maintained. Spacious for the space size. It was organized well.

Lots of hammer strength machines which are some of my favorite.

The power rack area is a little tight, but they have everything well maintained and stuff is super nice.

Probably one of the better anytimes I have been to. My only beef with this gym is how far it is from where I stayed. But it's Lubbock where everything is 10 minutes away. So, while it's 10 minutes away after working in the hospital all day it just sucks.

But if that's my only complaint then honestly, I don't have much to complain about here.

Horrible place. They transferred me from my home gym without telling me and then proceeded to steal 6 months payment from me, while me and my home location thought my member ship was canceled.
I’ve been a member of anytime for 3 years total, and I’ll definitely never sign up with them again after dealing with this locations robbery.

Very clean, will organized gym. I came in late in the evening on a Friday and shared the gym with two other people. Very low traffic. Not a single machine that I came across was broken or had issues. Surprisingly, all the free weight plates were all put back. There were several areas for just about every activity it seemed. I'm only visiting this area and I envy the locals who get this gym every day.

This is the nicest Anytime Fitness I have ever been to, and I travel 3 days a week, so I have been all over the country using AF locations. It has multiple rooms for specialized training. There's a one on one video room, a room with punching bags and a wide open space, a TRX style "room", as well as two free weight areas, a cardio area and a big area with machines. It was very clean, too!
