I’ve been a member here for about 8 months. Since day 1 I’ve felt like a part of a family and not just a number in a system. Larissa is one of the best managers this place could have ever asked for.
Not only that, she’s a personal trainer.

Im a member from out of town and came to use this facility. There was nowhere on the door to scan my key fob to unlock the door and I could not get in. This completely defeats the purpose of 24/7 access to locations nationwide. This has never happened to me before at any other Anytime Fitness location however.

Edit: Bad review for there not being a scanner for my key fob. Revisited this facility and there is a 2nd door where you can scan in. There is now a sign to clearly point you to the correct door. The gym is clean, spacious, and had everything you can need!

Zach is a great coach, that runs a great neighborhood gym perfect for my fitness goals. The 24 hour access fits my schedule, with great customer service, and clean environment.

For the longest time I was always nervous about going to the gym. I finally decided to sign up thanks to a friend and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Larissa is one of my biggest supporters. I highly recommend Anytime Fitness in Pampa!

I’ve been a member of this gym for a number of years. It’s always been a very welcoming place, and some of the personal touches added recently such as fresh fruit and water are really nice. Great gym, conviently next to walmart. Crowd is middle aged and traffic is slow to medium. Equipment could use some touch ups here and there but is in fairly decent shape. Has a locking shower for each gender plus a unisex bathroom. 24 hours is great for people with long or odd schedules.

Equipment is pretty old and banged up. They advertise with photos of much larger better equipped facilities but this place is tiny with things you might as well just buy and have at home. With two other much larger and better staffed gyms in town, they need a serious update in location and equipment.

I am a business traveler and I use this network of gyms on the regular! There was not a manager on site at the time I came in on Sunday morning.
I'm giving this review in hopes that the management will take notice of a few things these concerns may need to be addressed.

1. Elliptical machines (4) are old and pretty rough. They operate clunky and not smoothly, and several of the pertinent buttons don't work. The other two by the windows are (older).models that are more advanced; however, one of those was not operating properly either - the one on the left.

2. All treadmills and bikes are also in need of repairs in one way or another.

3. Cleanliness of the gym overall was adequate, but all the fitness machines were covered with grime and dust, mostly near the floor especially, and along the front window and wall areas. It's very noticeable and groddy - needs to be taken care of. Windows need a good cleaning as well.

I did enjoy my shower! After chatting it up with a few members, they said how important it is to have this gym in their small community. It's a decent size facility and the free weight and studio areas looks good but also needed cleaning. So I hope the owners can address my concerns. I realize this day and age logistics everything to get and keep your equipment maintain may be difficult. At least keep your facility clean at all times. My two cents.

Shady business tactics, horrible customer service. My 2 year contract was more than over; so put in my 30 day notice that I was quitting the gym. Signed all the proper paperwork and thought I was done with payments after one final Payment. Then two months after my last payment, they proceeded to steal a months fee and then turned around and charged me club fees. When I finally was able to get a hold of the new manager he told me "they had no record of me quitting my membership” even though I provided the exact date and estimated time; told them to review their cameras they would have proof of me in there signing all said paperwork, and contact the previous store manager to confirm (she knew me and should remember the ordeal took over 20 minutes to complete.) They wanted to be congratulated that they would do this "one time special favor" for me and let me out of my contract with no other fees after they had already stolen the money. They had plans to take more.The area manager Told me to get over the fact that they stole the money. This is not a case of me wanting out of my contract early, or asking them to waive the ridiculous 30 day notice fee (canceled march 11th so conveniently they get a whole other months fee for something I don’t wish to use any longer.) They literally had access to my bank and stole money, and flat out refuse to refund it like any good business should when they clearly make a mistake. Proceeded to instruct me the that I need to prove I signed the paperwork that 3 plus months had passed since. If you do any research in this town you will find that I am not the first that this has happened to. They will not let you pay any other way than having access to your bank. Let that sink in for a moment.

When joining this gym my biggest deal was being able to cancel at any time which he told me I could do, what he didn’t inform me of was that I was being locked into a contract and would half to pay for the rest of the time. He left out info to get me to join.

This location engaged in a membership agreement with me with it clearly stated that I could call and cancel the membership if I was no longer able to use it, due to location.

They will not honor this agreement. I've requested a cancellation and I have submitted the documentation to cancel it and I was charged $57 for this membership today. I'm notifying the BBB for their failure to communicate or cancel this membership. This is a failure in their product and services.

DO NOT go to this Anytime Fitness and open a membership.
