I work out and tan at this location. Monica is absolutely great and extremely helpful. She's the only employee I have ever seen there and working her booty off. The tanning room is always clean and up to my standards to be able to tan right away every single time. Monica works hard to keep the fitness areas as clean as possible from what I have witnessed all a while not having anyone to help her do so.. The workout machines are a little out dated but, they are clean. I give this place a 10 out of 10 and the manager a 20 out of 20 for all her hard work!

Not up to AF standards compared to other locations I’ve been to. Most machines are covered in dirt/dust. Some even in built up sweat drippings that have never been wiped. Bathrooms need some attention as well. But it’s a place to get your workout at and go on about your business.

This location is the worst AF I’ve ever been to. And the new owners, well, I can’t say much about them other than they’re completely unresponsive. I’ve had billing issues in the past and emailed them multiple times, zero answer.

The location needs work. They won’t even replace broken carabiners on the equipment, yet they’ve been charging me a club enhancement fee for the last 3 years.

Now they’ve emailed us an arrogant email about how they’ve moved the club up 1000 spots in the rankings! I’m guessing that’s just on their billings, since they’ve been overcharging and unresponsive about it.

Included in that email was the joyous announcement that they’re raising everyone’s rates. Wonderful!

I’ve been an AF member for 6 years, I enjoy the other locations I’ve been to, and this single club is making me want to drop the whole membership.

Update: Since they're denying it, I've attached a screenshot of the Oct 5 2023 email showing it was sent to the owner, at the email address they posted all over the club after they bought it.

After that email went unanswered, I tried going through their front office manager. She also received no response.

I also pointed out, multiple times, to multiple managers (there's been a lot of turnover) a dangerous arrangement of machines in the club, after one member had an accident. I was told that information was sent to the owners. Multiple times I asked what the result was - no response.

As for the rate increase, the email did offer a "term option" which sounds like entering a contract with this club, which isn't something I would ever want given my experience.

I just want to keep my global membership without paying more for the worst experience, and being charged a club enhancement fee for a club that was not being enhanced (another issue I addressed with office staff, who said I shouldn't be getting that charge - but again, no response from ownership on that either)

When manager or any staff member are not inside location, there are a set of immature young men over powering the gym with extremely loud cell phone music. Verbally and cordially addressed the issue, (close the doors) shortly 5 minutes later they resumed with the loud music using a sound bar. VERY ANNOYING😖

Only great thing about anytime fitness is that it's open 24/7 . But twice I've had my personal property stolen. Just found out today that the person who stole my things, isn't a member he's using someone else key fob . Be safe at this gym the cameras inside really are no benefit to anyone . After what I've been through leaves me disappointed. More concerned for everyone safety at this gym . I was told and I quote nothing we can do about ot. I've been to anytime fitness all over the country. This one is always clean and in good shape but the one thing I've noticed is this location has to be the worst when it comes to people rerecking their weights. Most of the time i come here about every piece of equipment is loaded with weights that no one removed after they were finished using it.. some of yall need to do better. I was staying a couple of days at the La Quinta for work in the area; their fitness room was closed for renovation. I bought a guest pass with Anytime Fitness during my stay & able to do my full workouts. Nice facility, plenty of equipment & clean. A big thanks for the hospitality!

The Yelm Washington location is my favorite. I have traveled and visited many locations. This one is by far the cleanest and friendliest. I hope they never change there style of restrooms as well. Like most they have private shower bathrooms and find it is a bit disturbing to me how gross some people are. I like the full women's restroom it's much more cleaner and roomy and you don't have someone constantly yanking on door knob
