This Anytime Fitness location in Rockwell is by far the worst gym I’ve ever been to. Here’s why:

1. Hot Water Issues: They haven’t had functioning hot water for the last week, forcing members to take cold showers.
2. Shower Inequality: The men’s shower is vastly inferior to the women’s. It floods, the shower bar falls, and the sink water dribbles. In contrast, the women’s shower is perfect.
3. Lock Problems: The lock is unreliable. Despite leaving a letter under the manager’s door, it hasn’t been fixed, leading to uncomfortable encounters.
4. Equipment Shortcomings: No ab roller and an inconsistent set of kettlebells, maxing out at 44 pounds, unlike other Anytime Fitness locations.

I’ve resorted to driving 13 minutes to another gym because this place consistently ruins my day. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this gym.

There is a reason this gym has so many stars. Not only is Chris one of the best dudes I have ever met, this gym has everything. Free weights and machines as well as everything from TRX, to calisthenics equipment, boxing and a space for yoga. Good energy and good people at this gym.

Kyle, the manager, is the most accommodating fella. Although I am not a member, I was able to pay a daily fee and he was able to unlock the door remotely. Usually, staffed hours means if you’re not a member you can come in during certain times and pay. Kyle was able to unlock the door from his home and I was able to leave some cash under his door at the facility. very accommodating. Big props to this guy! On a sidenote, the facility is fantastic also!

Holy cow this place is fantastic. I've had some severe life changes come up that affected how I could pay for the membership and Kyle (the owner) worked with me on ways I would have never expected. Kyle's sense of customer service is so great, he personally called me after business hours to help talk about what to do. I would absolutely recommend this gym!

This gym is awesome for the price. They have a large rec room, and every piece of equipment you'd need for a full workout. Even during peak hours I never had to wait on a machine, it's always clean, but the what sold me is the personable staff. Overall I'm extremely happy with this gym, and I'm confident I wouldn't get the same atmosphere elsewhere.
