This gym is a mess. Corporate needs to come in and clean house with owner/management. First two years this place was amazing. Everything was clean and it was the perfect place for me and my family. I was willing to pay the extra over other gyms because this place was clean, had private bathrooms/showers, and was small enough and never over crowded. Place is FILTHY. Equipment is COVERED in dust. To save money, new management replaced wipes with cheap thin wipes that dry out before you can get back to your equipment to wipe it off. That is if you can find a dispenser with wipes. Half the time they are empty and trash is overflowing. Gym use to have foam hand sanitizer dispensers but those have disappeared. I pay over $100 a month for this gym and I expect more for that kind of money. If I wanted cheap, crowded and filthy I would go down the street for $10 a month.

Since the change in owner/management, this gym has gone from great to horrible. The gym used to be clean and well kept but now cleanliness is clearly not a priority with the new owners/managers. The bathrooms always smell, showers are not clean, machine wipes are always dry and simple repairs were left undone.

Great gym. It’s open 24/7 including the holidays, and this gym never closes. It has all the basic equipment to get your workout & strength training weights to go up to 150 (I believe). Lots of equipment that is in good shape & they have a free space to do your stretches & other stuff too. Restrooms, change rooms, showers & tanning bed are also here too. It’s never packed like most gyms in the area. Peak times you see about like 10 people in the gym and there still room to use the machines. Great gym.

Nice gym, never too crowded. I really started coming here consistently when they got the new manager Jim. I would bounce between anytime and trufit, but now I go workout early a.m when Jim and his wife are there! He’s helped my training 10x and I’m motivated again. Him and his wife keep the gym spotless and organized, I’d recommend this gym to anyone.

Everybody minds their own business and just lifts. You can grunt and people don't stare. Very clean facility and PRIVATE showers and bathrooms. You don't have to share a bathroom, locker room, or shower. They have a pretty cool, state of the art, body fat calculator that helps you track and manage your weight and bf percentage as well as gives you diet choices and help. Not to mention tanning beds. 👍 👍

I canceled due to moving and was told that I would not have any cancellation fee due to this. I requested a form, and mailed it in as instructed. They then sent my account to collections and claimed I never sent the form. I did not receive any new emails 2 days before they sent it to collections.

I love coming here weekly. I never used to work out and being able to feel good on my own time has made a positive rift in my life. I thought it would be weird coming here late at night by myself as a woman but I feel safe and no one really talks to me 🤷🏽‍♀️ so safety hasn't been an issue. I love that AF is private enough, yet big enough to get a full, good workout in. Previously, I used to go to crunch, where it was too packed, made me anxious, and was never really able to get a full workout in due to waiting in machines or just being anxious in general. 10/10 recommend AF!

Violet was very nice and knowledgeable by and signed me up. Though I lost my key in San Antonio. I visited a location there and had to buy another key. The manager there called Martin the manager here and set me up in no time. Martin took care of it. Great customer service! Selections: CHECK mine has every machine I could possibly need, machines I don’t use but others do. TVs with every treadmill and elliptical and cycling machine. There are a variety of fitness classes one can take as well.

Interactive: CHECK I’m right now trying to win a raffle for an air fryer and I get tickets based on how often I work out. They have body competitions, burpee challenges, etc I love it here. It’s a steady staple of my life that I’m glad I have again after going without for too long.

Price: Its a little bit up there but the perks are worth it and also, the clientele are good solid people. Don’t have to worry about your stuff being stolen.

Absolutely do not sign a contract with them. The gym itself is alright but the contracts they make you sign are more intense than an apartment. They lock you in for a long contract but fail to tell you the payments continue even after the contract expires. Also the only way to cancel is to give them a physical copy of a cancelation paper that you must print out. I had to drive 3 hours just to give them this paper that they could easily have done electronically. Especially with the pandemic going on. And EVEN after that they still took out another payment because when you turn in the paper it doesn't cancel for the next 30 days even if you give it before the next payment period. They absolutely drain you of money and make you jump through hoops to cancel.

Worked out here while visiting my in-laws for Christmas. Very nice staff and lots of equipment. My only complaint was the ADA shower did not have a seat or bars, and the floor was very slippery so I fell down. Also no exhaust fans in there so getting dry and dressed was a challenge...I'm spoiled by my AF at home I guess, but overall a really nice place to workout #g2hp
