My wife had replied to a Facebook post about a service call in Texarkana. As plumbing goes it goes like surgery. No timeframe to put on it and simple jobs turn into emergencies. I myself and our crew spent the 13th through the 17th on a job in the mountain bottom of Clarksville without cellphone service nor internet. Providing a service to a customer. With that being said i didn't know that a call had been scheduled. Until after the simple job turned into emergencies. Im about to start some rehabilitation and i was going to inquire about being a member and i live in Clarksville Texas and dfw area and was going to get my family members from kids in their 30s and my grandchildren in high school somewhere to work out fitness. A Christmas gift and my rehab. The lady whom placed the service request to work on a toilet went on the internet before we could reach out to her. And she bashed us without having any idea what had happened. Amanda we will go elsewhere with our business i wish not be involved with a toxic person in a organization that involves my family. Thank you Amanda for your awareness. Im glad I found out now before I spent time and money to find out this negative experience with you. As you stated in a review you posted. if there were zero stars to give there would be zero. Ill take my business elsewhere. For your management. I do not recommend this location. The management is disorganized and unprofessional, and the staff can be unkind. The equipment is poorly maintained it’s very unsanitary and dirty and the equipment is often not functioning. For a better experience, I strongly suggest visiting one of the other locations instead.

On my “Fit Quest 70” journey from Sacramento to Texas to lose 70 pounds, I visited my 72nd gym in Texarkana, Texas. The gym’s cardio equipment lines the perimeter, complemented by well-maintained weight machines, with only one showing slight wear on the leather. The concrete flooring and a cozy, kitchen-like table with regal yet inviting chairs create a homey atmosphere. This gym has fewer mirrors than some others I’ve seen and the lighting is slightly dim with a greenish tint—possibly intentional to keep the space cool—and a couple of overhead lights were out, but the temperature was comfortable with fans blowing. The bathrooms were in excellent condition, and while the weight scale was slightly off by a quarter pound, it’s a minor issue compared to a previous gym’s Evolt 360 scale error of four pounds. I used the Anytime Fitness app for a full-body resistance workout and found plenty of space and equipment variety, including la basketball hoop, an assisted chin-up and stretching machine. Complimentary coffee adds a great touch for this coffee lover, earning this gym a five-star rating in my book.

Please fix y'all's key fobs at the doors! I stood out there for awhile trying to get in and gave up and went to the AF on Kings hwy and had the same problem luckily a kind gentleman let me in and said he had the same problem. I appreciate the kind individuals who helped me but I want to be able to get in on my own because not everyone is kind enough to do that.

Staff is very "user friendly". They're never too busy to answer a question. It's nice to see a truly open 24 hrs facility. I like that you can use ANY location. Great job, guys!

It had all the machines and gear I needed. I'm 5 ft 9, and the shower was quite tight for my frame. The shower took about 4 minutes to get warm, but never got hot, and then it went cold again after 5 minutes. Staff was courteous, and they had plenty of sanitation spray bottles and paper towels to wipe down the machines after use.

So I'm in town for work and there is some consistency among the anytime fitnesses that allows me to get in a good workout and get out.

Now this place has the equipment, but it's in dire need of a renovation. The power racks have this weird bar hanger that has two positions. And when I grabbed the bar it slips forward and bothered my shoulder. I'm not sure why they're like that but they are.

They are missing some bands to complete the set, and the bands that are there are broken, mismatched, and not kept up well.

The entire place had their stuff recovered in this tan color which is fine, but they didn't upgrade the handles on the dip machine which is frustrating.

The cable system is pretty beat up and the weights aren't accurate at all. The 50 felt like a 25 at other gyms. The 100 like a 70. It's needing replacement.

The cardio machine I used is the amt, and the right side leg has a hitch in it and needs to be serviced.

Overall? I dunno, there's another anytime 10 minutes away that I will check out over this one. I just don't think I'll be back.

It's not quite Planet Fitness, but it's close. The environment is more conducive to hanging out and chilling, not a hardcore workout. My throat was freezing up after a few sets. Eventually my body got hot enough to kinda keep me at the right temperature. It has kind of a "If you're serious, get out" feel. It's more designed for women that are afraid of getting big and guys that don't know much or want to "just be healthy". That being said, you can get a decent workout if you're in a pinch or on vacation or something.
