Enjoy my regular small group sessions with Ashley at Wake Village Anytime Fitness. She makes adjustments to exercises to meet individual needs. She’s always well prepared and clearly communicates and assures I’m using correct form. She makes suggestions for dealing with post workout soreness, and is a great motivator.

I have had multiple issues with this location: no one ever seems to be present to answer the phone, voicemails can not be left, only means of canceling membership is either in person or sending a certified letter, sent certified letter requesting cancelation as I moved over 6 hours away and when delivered no one was present to sign for it, and again no one answers the phone for me to notify them that they need to pick the letter up from the post office now. Took a week of me calling before someone answered for me to find out they never received the letter. Once I found out what happened by talking with USPS, called another dozen times seeing as someone was supposed to be there at the time and lo-and-behold I can't get anyone on the phone. Leaving review in hopes that someone will respond and I can actually speak with someone.

Equipment clean and in good repair. They have had a cleaning person working both days that I have been there this week. Have sanitation wipes available for use. Building is much larger than it seems from road. Has adjustable machines and a large weight room. Multiple tread mills, bikes and hill climbers

Anytime Fitness is great. Love all the equipment they have. I think they should orient new members to the equipment though. Really like being able to workout 24/7 at any location. Very convenient.

They lock you in to a 12 month contract and wont let you out even if you move 700 miles away because there is an Anytime 15 miles from my house...... I'm not driving by 15 gyms...
Another thing they sneak in the contract. This is why people don't trust corporate gyms.
