My name is Isaac. Apex Fitness is my brand, which represents training excellence! I deliver the very best training possible backed by 27 years of skill mastery, dedication, cutting edge science, and a B.S. in Kinesiology (pre-physical therapy).

It is my mission to help people like you take their health and fitness to new heights. By teaching you how to understand and navigate your health, I set you up for lifelong success.

I’ve been training with Issac for about 3 months. I switch from another location/trainer. He has been nothing short of exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and always prepared for the workout. Great to talk with him about nutrition. The best thing is I have a shoulder injury and he has been able to work around it so I don’t aggravate it and it has never felt better or stronger than it has now.

Working with Isaac has been an all-around excellent experience. After previously working with multiple trainers at large gyms who weren’t particularly engaged in our sessions, often cancelled/rescheduled at the last minute, and didn’t appear to have clear, solid strategies, I reached out to Isaac looking to start fresh.

From the beginning, Isaac has been strategic in his science-based approach, providing a wealth of resources with methods for achieving my goals and the “why” behind those methods. He consistently sets clear and challenging yet achievable expectations, and provides encouragement and a positive outlook to help meet those expectations. Additionally, he consistently provides helpful feedback to ensure proper form & technique to maximize the effectiveness of each workout, and is always patient and willing to demonstrate each exercise if I need a refresher.

When I began training with Isaac, I was well above my “ideal” weight and had minimal muscle growth. In a few months, I’ve managed to lose nearly 20 pounds of fat, while simultaneously getting stronger and making visible improvements in muscle growth. (I’ve never previously been able to achieve this much fat loss in a sustainable, healthy way.) Furthermore, whether it’s a session with Isaac or one on my own following the training plan, I now genuinely look forward to every workout, rather than going to the gym begrudgingly. I have a newfound confidence in my ability to achieve my goals, while at the same time feeling less of a rush to hit certain milestones because I’ve been able to make consistent, sustainable progress.

(Also - the facility where Isaac trains is top-notch. Always clean, never crowded, no broken equipment.)

To sum up: I’ve had an entirely positive experience and would highly recommend Isaac to anyone feeling like they’re not getting the most out of their current training experience. Isaac is a cut above the rest.

His knowledge and approach in teaching me to work out has been successful in helping me build muscle without back breaking, over strenuous workouts. I have personally known Isaac for nearly a decade, and I have not known anyone who is more dedicated and knowledgeable about fitness than him. He exemplifies what it means to be really fit and healthy. He sets an example for those in his life and has really been an inspiration, which is why I decided to hire him. Given what I know, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with teaching me what I need to know to train safely and effectively.

I have a real slender build. Before I started training with Isaac, I weighed about 135 pounds, and I stand at about 6’ 2”. Now, I weigh 166 pounds! My body is shaping up nicely, but I am most impressed with how well my legs and butt have developed. 🤯 I wouldn’t say that I really had a butt before, but now I have a REALLY nice a butt.

I had specified that as being one change I would like to see, and Isaac told me that it would be a guarantee as long as I followed everything he taught me. He is a master at teaching the proper techniques to get the desired results. I didn’t realize it was possible to develop like I did. Isaac really knows his stuff. He truly does provide a superior service.

Isaac is absolutely amazing! I went to him 105 lbs wet & looking like a skeleton, and came out a good 150 lbs. I was FINALLY looking & feeling healthy and more confident in my body. He instilled a discipline in me that I was unable to manage on my own prior to him, and it lasted well after we parted ways with me hitting the gym everyday for years straight.

Due to an injury I did fall off the gym routine for a bit but I'm recently back at the gym daily and have gotten into it so much quicker than all the times I'd tried to workout on my own before meeting him. I know I can do this because of what he taught me. And honestly I fully intend to start back up with him once some other aspects of my life calm down and free up space.

If you're looking for a trainer that knows his stuff, will keep you motivated and accountable, and is an all around great guy Isaac is your man. If I could give more stars I absolutely would. He's worth every penny I spent.

Isaac gave me the foundation for weight training and HIIT. I was finding myself intimidated, overwhelmed, and frustrated at the gym and Isaac was able to set me up with an easy to follow plan that fit my insane schedule. He also provided the critical assistance is establishing strong form keeping my body safe as I continued to hit the gym.

As a performer, it is imperative that I am able to keep my stamina up. Working out with Isaac improved my breath support increasing my ability to sing stronger and while dancing.

Isaac is a lifesaver.
I knew i had to do something when I started breathing heavy just from sitting. Previously, I had huge anxiety from working out, and would get overwhelmed when I tried. I found Isaac on social media, and something told me to reach out.

From the very beginning, Isaac was motivating, knowledgeable, and humble. He did something that no other trainer had done before: he listened. I told him my journey so far, and the successes and challenges that I'd had. He didn't let me make excuses, but he took my personal needs and worked with me to build up my capacity.

We started out slow, building up and gaining skills. With time, i became more confident, and learned to improvise and build workouts on my own. I'm now able to self-motivate and plan my own routines. Through my entire journey, Isaac has been a friend, pushing and encouraging.

I found Isaac through social media and after me reaching out we met up and discussed my fitness goals. He is strong with communication and always shares articles and things that are pertinent to my journey. He is always honest and consistent with his schedule, and if I had something come up, he was flexible with my schedule. He would keep me accountable to my work out schedule even if he was not there. I relocated for work and couldn’t continue, but we have consultation and check-ins from time to time to see the progress. He is honestly a great instructor, that is results driven. If I didn’t understand why I was doing an exercise, he would break it down. He wants to see you succeed in your fitness goals and is committed to it.

I really enjoyed Isaac as my trainer, I learned a lot from him. I like how he taught me 2 different types of workout styles, the regular 1 hour session and the other style which is a circuit which is a 30 min. workout session, it really comes in handy when you have a tight busy schedule. Your “get fit / lose weight” money cannot be better spent than with Elias. His personality, study, resourcefulness and dedication will pull you through the slog of diet gimmicks, fads, etc. He will tactfully but firmly get you to the weight levels, reps, timed rests, workout schedule, attitude and nutrition that are best for you.
