Great swim school for kids! My kid learned so quickly (under 3 weeks) what they couldn’t in other programs including private instruction for months!!! Jocelyn (Level 3) was patient, fun and assigned strategies to practice at home to help improve technique. The manager is very polite and professional and all the swim coaches I’ve observed work as a team and help each other. The coaches make it a highly supportive environment for the swimmers!!!

Our daughter barely has a couple months attending aqua tots and she’s already learned & progressed so much! We can’t thank her excellent teacher (Laisha) enough! She’s so caring and patient with our daughter and other students! She goes the extra mile to help the kids feel safe and always finds new fun ways to help them get comfortable as they learn whatever new swim technique is next. Our daughter used to be so afraid of pools and now her confidence is so high that she’s brave enough to try floating on her own! We love it here so much, thank you all for everything you do!

Our family has really loved coming to Aqua Tots! We’ve come for about 3 years now. My son (who is now 6 years old) has gone from being scared of the water to being an independent swimmer. A couple weeks ago Aquatots had some instructors leave and it was sad to see good instructors go. Through the troubled times everyone stepped up every single instructor and manager and front desk clerk to include one person who stood out CAMILA ! She showed how she loves this place and goes above and beyond for our kids ! I’ve been bringing my kids for almost a year and I absolutely love this place. My daughter which is 10 jumped rapidly from level 4 to 8. My son who is 3 has learned so much too. Cuando fuimos a la clase muestra e inscribimos a mi hijo fueron muy amables.

Sucedido en una ocasión que mi hijo me comentó al salir que el agua estaba más fría de lo normal, pero al gustarle mucho nadar continuó así y se aguantó. Esa vez incluso otra mamá sacó muy molesta a su hija porque la niña estaba temblando de frío, y exigió reposición de clase. La gente le dijo a la mamá molesta que el agua estaba como siempre, y yo le dije desde lejos que mi hijo también me había dicho que estaba fría pero que se aguantó.

Ahora nos tocó a nosotros que mi hijo simplemente no pudo aguantar más de 3 minutos de sus clases privadas por el agua tan terriblemente fría, no podía parar de temblar. Le compartí a la gerente y me comentó que el agua estaba como siempre, le dije que mi hijo aguanta mucho el frío y que si estaba temblando tanto era porque aunque su calefactor diga lo que sea le creo a su cuerpo que no puede parar de temblar.

Pedí reposición de clase (como la otra mamá había exigido la clase pasada) y me contestó muy sería y molesta que iba a checar porque "ya era la segunda vez que mi hijo se quejaba de frío" (como si mintiera o fuera un pretexto) , le dije que lo mirara, él simplemente no podía parar de temblar hasta con la mandíbula. Le dije que su maestra de natación tampoco lo había visto así , la cuál también afirmó.

Al final terminé forzando a mi hijo a tomar la clase qué solo duró 15 minutos porque la mayor parte de la clase se perdió en lo que iban a checar el termostato y lo convencían la gerente, su miss y yo en tomar la clase aunque estuviera temblando. Obviamente nadie me repuso el tiempo perdido y simplemente le creen más al termostato que a los niños con la justificación de que los líquidos que le echan a la alberca no pueden estar a más temperatura, cuando yo he ido a otras escuelas de natación y nunca me había sucedido tal cosa.

Experiencia terrible!!!! Solo le queda una clase este mes que ya me cobraron y nunca más vuelvo a regresar a este lugar y mucho menos recomendarlo.

My kids had been going to this location for a year now. We LOVED it in the beginning. But then someone new took over and it wasn’t so good. I was charged 1.25 for the snack bar that we never used. I noticed when looking at my bank account. Sent an email (since they were closed) and then called next business day. The manager, Jenna, said she’d look into it and get back with me. I had to call her back to get an update a few days later. She said it was a mistake and that I’d be refunded. I emailed 2 more times within a couple weeks in regards to never getting the refund. That were left unanswered. Went in person to be told manger was not in and to call back, & same happened with my phone calls. So I gave up, it was only $1.25. But the principal behind stealing from me and then not correcting it left me upset.
They never have available swim times unless you want to be there around 6pm-8pm.
There were also a lot of times where my child’s swim class was used to train new swim instructors. Which was fine, everyone needs to learn! But it happened so often and then my children didn’t finish lessons because the instructors were to focused on training. Maybe space trainings out & not have them in the same class each time.
Some of the instructors are great, but once the new manager came into the picture, a lot of the people my kids came to love left. Not a great environment anymore. So I unenrolled my kids. I love what they offer and my kids enjoyed it too in the beginning. But I Wouldn’t recommend this location.

It was a pleasure to witness my child’s growth in one short summer. Because of the way the classes are set up consistently and in small groups (no more than 4 students at a time), my daughter was able to accelerate rather quickly in her swimming skills.

The program is well organized, the app is convenient, the classes are small, and the staff and swim coaches are professional and skilled. Leveling up is highly motivating for the students. It is easy to schedule make-up classes, and the pool and facility are clean and sanitary.

It may be pricier than other city based swim programs, but you get what you pay for. When it comes to my child’s development and safety, I’m glad to have the option of a professional company. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots.

I worked there myself, and I love the concept of this swimming school. I thought my kids how to better their swimming skills and how to swim and I did see huge improvement in those kids that were wanting to learn and better themselves. Instructions are patient and caring. It takes alot to teach kids a new skill and parents need to understand you don’t learn How to swim in one day (I was a competitive swimmer for 13 yrs), it takes time to be good. Instructors do their best to teach the kids with the time they have. AND PARENTS NEED TO READ ALL THE POLICIES AND THE SIGNS!!!

If I could rate for this place 0 star, I would. When I registered the plan 8 classes (150 dollars included fee 25 dollars), I told the guy my son was going to have vacation, could I let him join 4 classes and the rest after vacation. The guy said yes, just tell the receptionist make up days. Then after vacation, I scheduled for my son, but unfortunately he got sick, I called to reschedule but sombody told me I couldn't rescheduled even though I received an email that I could reschedule any time. But that's ok. But what's even worse was 2 weeks after that I called to schedule the 3 make up days left. She told me my son's plan was inactive, I need to buy another plan to use the make up days left. This is ridiculous!

I was calling for 30 minutes to confirm an appointment prior to driving my way to the pool. No answer. I get there and the desk was unattended. Waited for 10 minutes until the instructor came out and was also surprised looking for the receptionist. I wasted my time. Why have a receptionist if they're are gonna go missing for 30 minutes. Management needs to do something about it. Wasted my time because nobody could help me.

This place is completely crooked. They regularly decided to close during regularly scheduled swim classes for my son, and we would find out only when we arrived. Sometimes they would send out a notice ahead of time, but sometimes they wouldn't. They say they will schedule make up sessions for closures, but they regularly then close at the times for which the make up classes were scheduled. At this point, my son is seven classes behind due to their closures, but I was told they would only honor five make up classes, since that's all they bothered to input into their system. They then told me that the makeup classes they did schedule were input automatically for days they knew they were going to be closed and told me that if we had wanted the other two makeups we should have called within an hour of the scheduled class times... this, despite the fact they were closed and not answering their phone at those times. When I asked for a refund, since as of this Saturday they owe us for two months of classes they have not delivered, I was told their policy is no refunds. I asked if their policy was also to take payment for services and then not render those services and the manager rudely started blasting loud music at me through the phone. They then hung up on me and immediately called my wife before I talked to her, lying and telling her they had come to an agreement with me. Since she didn't know the score and was really tired she said okay, not knowing that this was subterfuge on their part. I finally got through to them again and was told that since two of the classes he was due were from October that they expired in December, despite the fact it was impossible to do the makeups in November due to all the closures. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these guys. They are nothing but crooks.

The employees and the coaches are fabulous - They are sweet, kind and accommodating. They treat my daughter so well.... She loves to come. She has had three coaches and they are all very good. If you have kids and you want them to learn how to swim or improve; this is the place to send them. Great attention giving my instructors, they are all always on alert whenever a kid is in the pool area. Lots of changing rooms, lots of lockers and they are very flexible with times, within reason. Prices are any too bad either.

Both of my daughters have been taking swim classes for over a year. Instructors are very good and convey their instructions well. My daughters have become strong swimmers and they absolutely love their classes and look forward to going. The instructors have taught them valuable life skills, which we are grateful for, and my daughters have made many friends in their classes. The staff is very accommodating with their schedules. It's very easy to switch your days around as needed. If you do need to cancel, as long as you cancel an hour in advance they allow you to make the classes up as well. I highly recommend Aqua-Tots to anyone with children.

Concept is great, however, classes become repetitive in time. Classes are good for the most part and my child learned a lot, however, instructors are a hit-or-miss. Employees are mostly young and this may be one of the reasons why the school is disorganized. Based on personal experience, my family did not get orientation after enrolling, we were not informed of swimwear policy and not given aquacard until three or four classes in. After promptly filing for drop notice, I was still invoiced and my card was debited. I might bring my child back only if employees get their act together.
