I was a member at Arri Fitness for some time and always appreciated how clean and well-maintained the gym was. The environment was welcoming and the staff were consistently professional and helpful.

When I needed to cancel due to relocating to Austin for a new job, the team went above and beyond by refunding me for a month I had accidentally paid and even waived the cancellation fee. That kind of customer service really speaks volumes about how they treat their members.

If I could add one thing, I would have loved to see a sauna as part of the amenities — but overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Arri Fitness to anyone in the area looking for a reliable, high-quality gym.

Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente, la manager nunca está, nunca contestan el teléfono la mayoría del tiempo lo tienen desconectado o sin pila, para cancelar no te dan un contrato de cancelación firmado solo es de palabra , la cual lo cancele y al estar segura que ya había cancelado resulta que me siguieron cancelando 3 mensualidades más, al percatarme de estos cobros llamó digo que pasó, y me dicen que no lo cancelaron , enojada les digo necesito que me cancelen en este momento y que no pueden porque tiene que estar la manager y no está, y que no volvía hasta en una semana, el lunes iré y ya no pagaré porque me cobraron 3 mensualidades más, muy mala organización de la manager con su personal si no eres capaz de manejar tus empleados y las cancelaciones como son renuncia y búscate otro trabajo. Espero mañana me solucionen, si no meteré a imi banco como fraude.

Remarkable Transformation! I can't say enough good things about my experience at ARRI Fitness! The 6-week Transformation Challenge was life-changing.

The staff is exceptional! Barbara, Suely, Debbie, Victoria, Brianna, Bree, Diego, and the rest of the staff have been the most attentive and supportive team. I've been so impressed at how patient, accommodating, and encouraging they've been. Hats off to their incredible support and guidance!

ARRI Fitness and it's trainers are so knowledgeable and experienced. They adjusted when modifications needed to be made, and were very aware of the overall well-being and needs of the client. Best of all, no one is made to feel bad or awkward about just starting out, but also know when one is ready to endure more.

Not only is the equipment pristine and up-to-date, but the facilities are always clean and easy to use. It's not a very large gym, but there has never been any waiting around for equipment.

If you're looking for a gym that feels like home, with top-notch equipment and even better people, look no further!

You arrive and knowledgeable friendly staff greets you .Marcus helped me with some tips on how to use machines that would benefit my knee issue.They have the latest state of the art fitness equipment plus the best is when you finish your workout they provide a clean towel and a small cold towel with eucalyptus !
