We are a hardcore building gym.
Minimal cardio machines. We open up the outside doors. It is dusty. It’s full of plate loaded machines and pin select. It is not a prissy, boutique style gym or training center.
It’s old school metroflex vibes.
If that fits your vibe, you’ll never feel more at home, and we welcome you with open arms. It’s about iron & family here. We work hard and are a tight knit group with room for anyone who wants to be apart of something awesome.

This place is a gym! Not a fitness center for people looking to increase their social status, but a gym where goals are made and met on a daily basis. A hardcore training facility with everything a person needs to hit their highest fitness potential. Personal trainers here have years of experience and are able to help members reach any fitness goal. This gym is a real "Judgement Free" as they don't care if I bring my gallon of water with me or not, or if I make a little noise when making a heavy lift. The best part is that all the members, regardless of their goals or fitness levels, become like a family supporting and encouraging each other on their fitness journeys. New equipment is being added regularly and it won't be long before it out grows the current location.

Best gym I’ve been too! Super awesome place. Owners are super nice people. If you are looking for a bodybuilding/powerlifting gym or just trying to get in the gym, this is the perfect place.

Great gym for any an all lifters but is definitely geared towards more hard-core gym goers. Has great equipment, great food, and even greater people working there!

Amazing gym! It’s a Body Building hardcore gym, But it’s also a very welcoming gym if you make it that way, Tons of cool equipment and the owners are awesome.

The other reviews perfectly sum this gym up! The owners rude and doesn’t wanna take criticism at all, the gym is always filthy there’s never wipes to wipe a machine down or paper towels to dry your hands the ac gets left on low and the owner says it can’t be touched, and instead of fixing the issues he just wants to cry on instagram

Gym is always filthy, there’s no wipes to clean equipment, there’s rarely paper towels in the bathroom to dry your hands, there’s nowhere to get water except for the tap that only runs warm water, and worst is that the A/C is on so low it feels like working out in a sauna and lifting becomes cardio because your heart rate gets so high. Owners are unresponsive to polite requests and comments. Best to go to Anytime or Planet.
