Great gym with plenty of space and all of the equipment you could need. Staff are friendly, and you see a return in your membership with new equipment being brought into the gym.

I have never been to a gym before. Not very friendly here & not interested with explaining the equipment. My experience has been to walk in and figure it out on my own so If you are a self starter & are familiar with gym equipment then you will be golden. No one bothers you, if you are like me and need direction on proper use of machines or need to know what targets certain areas you are on your own.

I don’t live in Athens anymore but when I go visit, I enjoy working out here. Last time I was there, I had a bad experience. I notice kids running around which could be a liability and saw someone(management)? screaming at the mom of the kid. Which I thought was unprofessional.. Secondly I had cashed app my cousin to cover my day pass since I didn’t have all the money cash. The owner or manager told him he couldn’t take the money I had sent him and said I couldn’t come back.. I’ve done that in the past before so I didn’t think it would be a problem. Everything was good except management. Owner needs to relax and learn how to talk to people. Probably to much trt.

Best gym in the Athens, TX area. Equipment is clean, and organized. The only gym in the area with private shower availability. All of the equipment works and functions properly. Owners are good folks and the membership fees are spectacular.

If you're traveling and passing through, the parking lot is safe for an overnight sleep. (Theres a hotel across the street). The property is secure with cameras. Police Station not far away.

The music sometimes is out of sync and a little loud, but thats no concern if you're a headphone lifter.

Very good place to workout at. Gym has all the equipment I need. I work at night after I get off work so I don’t see to much crowding but I will say that there isn’t enough bench racks. There’s a lot of hospitality and honestly one of the best gym cultures I’ve ever seen. Other than the overwhelming support for each other’s health and goals, I know that if my wallet was left out I know it will be there when I finish my routine. Hell there’s been a lighter that someone left last week and it’s still there!

In town to visit family for a few days and needed a gym! So glad we found this place! They were super friendly, helpful and offered a day pass! If we lived here this would most definitely be our gym. Pretty sure finding this gym was the highlight of our trip! Thanks guys, love your gym!!

Great place.Clean,great environment and positive atmosphere!
The owner is super helpful.
All machines are it great condition.
There are fans in the corners of the gym witch make it very nice when your working up a sweat.
Music plays over the speakers to keep you motivated.
Restrooms are kept up,they have showers as well as shampoo conditioner and soap.
I have been a member here for 2 months and I couldn't be more pleased.

Great gym. Some equipment needs a little TLC but it’s a nice and large space and you don’t feel like you are right on top of anyone else. It’s also a great place to learn how to do specific exercises to help you. There are free classes several times a week that are offered. I enjoy it.

I enjoy coming to the gym it is always kept clean and neat and organized. They have lots of classes to all for her like Zumba, Core burn, yoga, body pump. I think the price I pay is good for what you get. The offer a family plan deal and they charge a one-time key fee.

We just joined through our Blue Cross health Care plan. Very reasonable and they have a bunch of equipment. My wife had tried the Zumba class and I think she liked it.
