About two years ago I started experiencing back, shoulder, and neck pain. I was going to a chiropractor twice a week. I thought this pain was due to getting older.
Fast forward to a couple months ago, I started training with Dawn at ATXFIT4LIFE, because I was worried about my health as I age. It's important to note that I hadn't worked out in about a year.
Although, I was nervous,Dawn met me where I was, fitness wise. I was definitely sore after our first workout, but that was to be expected as I hadn't worked out in a while.
One day I noticed I wasn't having back, shoulder or neck pain, and I hadn't visited the chiropractor since I begun working out with Dawn.
Thank you Dawn, you have truly been a blessing and inspiration to me.

I joined for personal training from Dawn after I had spent a long time in physical therapy for a persistent back / nerve issue. I had stability issues with my right leg from that and Dawn has always been really great at helping me work around it, and modify training when needed. After a year of conditioning with her, I feel a lot more stable and way less pain, which is something I thought I'd never have again honestly. I really can't thank Dawn enough for getting me here 💙
Apart from being awesome at making people strong, Dawn is all around holistically aware of food, diet, water intake etc and I feel supported for goals I have for my body related to being generally more healthy

I trained with Albert for 12 months and had a great experience. He helped me create an exercise plan around my doctor’s recommendations to get my health on track. I met all of my goals and improved my consistency of weekly workouts. I learned a lot about strength training and feel good about planning my own workouts now. I highly recommend AtxFit4Life!

Been going here since the gym opened up. A much better alternative to big box gyms. Staff is super friendly and helpful, I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a smaller 1 on 1 with trained pros

I would give ATX4LIFE 6 stars if I could. A few years back I was in an accident, got rear ended and my lower back ended up as a mess ever since. I've been recommended a fusion (doesn't feel that bad), but I've had multiple radiofrequency procedures done, those are great, removes the pain, but didn't seem sustainable. So November 2022 I decided to go have a chat with Albert and we made a plan on straightening my core, here I am 9 months later and feel great. I had a hard time getting out of bed and doing other fairly easy things + I sometimes got attacks that sent me to bed for a few days, but guess what, working closely with Albert it seems to be under control now and I feel better than I've done it years.
I can highly recommend visiting and having a chat. And on top of that hanging out with the other clients and trainers in the Gym is just simple good times, greater vibe is hard to find, relaxed and professional at the same time.

Dawn Maloney is a co-owner here and trained me 2x times a week for over 6 months. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and competent in all aspects of her job. She takes the time to get to know you as a person too, not just as another client to train. I came to her needing help with weight loss, consistent exercise, and overall stress relief. After our time together in the gym and nutrition guidance, she helped me accomplish all that and more. As a member of the military, I'd recommend her to anyone who needs a little more help like I did. I can honestly say I'm still in the Army because of her coaching. As a co-owner, she works hard to get good trainers and keep the gym clean/serviceable and it shows! The place is immaculate, the equipment is awesome, and everyone I came across seemed happy with their training.

I've been training with Dawn at ATXFit4Life for 5 months now and I've never been stronger! It's a fantastic personal training experience, Dawn is so knowledgeable, professional, accomodating, and fun to work with. I've met some of the other trainers and they are awesome as well. I'd recommend it to anyone of any skill level.

I've been training with Albert 3x/week for the last year and I can honestly say I'm stronger than I've ever been by far! Albert does a great job of keeping workouts fresh to prevent me from hitting a plateau, while still building strength. Though he's not a licensed dietician, he still has tons of knowledge and helpful advice/guidance on what to look for and how to best fuel your body.
If you're thinking about getting for and looking for a trainer, I can't recommend Albert (or the rest of the ATXFit4Life training staff) enough! They're all great and really good at what they do.

I have been working out at ATX Fit 4 Life for close to 2 years now and cannot say enough good things. I love that it’s not a big box gym, the people are awesome and the environment is comfortable and welcoming. Al knows his stuff – he’s been a trainer for many years and it shows in the results I’ve seen working with him. The individualized workouts are geared toward my specific goals and I have continued to lose inches, build strength and gain confidence month after month. Cannot recommend ATX Fit 4 Life highly enough!

I was in town for several days for work. Booked a couple sessions with Dawn for both lifting and yoga. Her 1:1 yoga sessions were stellar! This lady is well versed in all areas of health fitness. Even gave me some nutrition pointers. Haven't felt that good in a long time! Money well spent. Gym had updated equipment, was super clean and private. No general public allowed! Absolutely love it. This will be my regular spot when I'm here for work. Thanks Dawn!

I’ve been working out at ATXFIT4LIFE since they opened. The environment feels safe and clean. The trainers customize every workout to their clients and their goals. I have decided to get healthy and lose as much weight as I can. I have started this new way of life a little more than 200lbs over weight. Dawn and Albert are fantastic to work with. I’m just getting back into working out after a several year hiatus so I’m not in the best shape of my life. I was working out at a big box gym but with covid I was looking for something small and private. Lucky for me my trainer opened his own gym! It’s in my neighborhood and it’s safe and clean. The trainers have a lot of knowledge and they will help you get in amazing shape. You should go in for a consultation and see if it’s a good fit for you.
