I have enjoyed Pilates with Annie since the first day I started, even though it was very intimidating and I never did it before. Annie is an amazing Pilates Instructor! I do weekly one-on-ones and two classes a week with her. My body feels so much better swapping out strength training with Pilates only. My back doesn’t ache, I feel and am more flexible, I just feel better all together. I wish I would have started way earlier!

Been loving my experience with Pilates Austin Downtown! I had been dealing with intense upper trap pain/tightness for years, tried everything from yoga to acupuncture and more. After a couple of months working with Annie, the pain is practically non-existent, my posture and muscle control has improved so much, and I’m seeing the improvements carry over into other workouts and day-to-day tasks. If you’re on the fence about trying Pilates, definitely don’t hesitate!

The absolute best Pilates instructors in Austin. Plus it's at a Lifetime fitness so you get access to a full gym right next to the platies studio. I've been coming her for about 6 months and the classes are small which I like because you get more 1 on 1 coaching vs being in a big group where you could be doing a move incorrectly without the instructor noticing. Highly recommend checking these guys out!

Every Pilates class has been a fantastic experience! Most of my classes have been with Leah, an incredible teacher. Annie and Greg are also excellent. I am new to Pilates and have learned to love it! I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived!

LOVE pilates. Annie is super knowledgeable and highly attentive. I'm a long time athlete and drive a lot for work aka lots of imbalances. She fine tunes every move and I've seen so much progress in my overall core strength and movement patterns.

Love the downtown Pilates studio! I started doing Pilates about six months ago with Leah a couple of times a week and can really tell a difference with flexibility and core strength! While highly recommending Leah, the entire team is outstanding!
