I cannot recommend Lisa's classes enough! She is a wonderful instructor, a kind and caring person, and she is very generous with her time. Lisa always starts with introductions and checking in on how we feel and what we need, and she tailors her classes based on that feedback. It means that every session is right on, and after each I leave feeling calmer, better and more empowered, physically and emotionally. Awesome vibes overall, with the nice added touch of her catssistant Serena ;)
Thanks, Lisa, you're the best!

I absolutely love Lisa, her prenatal yoga classes, and the teacher training that I completed. She’s very knowledgeable about all things pregnancy and offers beautiful insights and guidance every time I’m with her. Prenatal yoga has helped me to feel confident as I’m approaching the birthing process. My body feels open and ready, and I have the tools to continue my practice outside of the studio, thanks to Lisa.

I cannot thank Lisa enough for my prenatal yoga sessions. I attended the sessions during both my pregnancies and I highly recommend her work! I have only positive things to say about the sessions and how handy the practices came during labor. I used to look forward to her weekly sessions and always loved the vibe there! Lisa's sessions helped me slow down and be more intentional throughout my pregnancy. The focus on breathing kept me going through my labor. I cannot recommend her sessions enough! Thank you Lisa, for all the great work you do!

I cannot recommend Lisa’s prenatal & postnatal yoga classes enough! I started her classes when I was around 10 weeks pregnant and went consistently throughout my pregnancy. I think her classes are a big part of why I had an easier pregnancy. Somehow, each class was exactly what I needed at the time. I also love the sense of community that she creates. At the beginning of each class, everyone introduces themselves and talks about what they are experiencing. I’ve walked away from the classes with some great friendships. Highly highly recommend!!

If I could give Lisa more than 5 stars, I would! I attended her prenatal yoga classes for both of my pregnancies, and it was such a wonderful experience. I was so grateful to have a kind, supportive community of other pregnant women with space to share our journey (the ups and downs!) and get some great exercise that also prepared us for labor/birth. Lisa is the perfect guide - kind, compassionate, funny, and so welcoming of everyone wherever they're at (in tears, over the moon, and everything in between!). The breathing exercises, strength work, and pregnancy-appropriate modifications really helped with pregnancy aches and pains, and I know it helped with the actual delivery of my children. I highly, highly recommend that any pregnant person attend her classes!

Going to APY was something I looked forward to each week both times I was pregnant. The classes were challenging, but were without ego. Lisa is wonderful at listening to your needs and pivoting classes as necessary. It’s a great way to connect to your baby while pregnant and feel like yourself again postpartum.

Have lots of experience in yoga? Have no experience in yoga?

Lisa is the answer to your prenatal yoga needs either way! During my first two trimesters I continued to practice vinyasa but once my third trimester started I decided to switch over to prenatal classes.

I had taken a couple of prenatal classes elsewhere but I am picky! I decided to try Lisa’s class and it was just what I needed! The second I entered class I knew I found what I was looking for. Lisa is what makes the class so amazing, she has a way of making everyone feel welcomed. Lisa has an energy that calms and uplifts you. Not only does she offer her presence but her classes cater to everyone! Have a request? She’ll make sure to add it into her class, and next week she’ll ask you if that same problem is a bother that way she can focus on it again. Lisa gives lots of substitutions where needed and the most AMAZING sacral presses. (Ask for this) I always left class feeling as if I were ready to tackle my next week of pregnancy.

I attended Lisa’s classes up until my 40th week of pregnancy! And I would’ve continued if my baby hadn’t come.

I truly enjoy and look forward to my weekly sessions at Austin Prenatal Yoga. Lisa creates a wonderful, calming experience and really helps guide mind and body through her practice. The group environment is very supportive and I've learned a lot from the other mamas. Lisa also provides lots of props to help you ease in- mats, blankets, blocks and bolsters.

I have gone to weekly prenatal sessions with Lisa for my last two pregnancies. I could not recommend more! Between her attentiveness, the time and space given to bond with baby, and forming a community with other pregnant mamas, Lisa’s classes truly make a difference.

Lisa is amazing! I cannot say enough positive things. I did prenatal yoga with her with both of my pregnancies. I always feel so uplifted, energized and positive after a yoga session. I love that she provides a supportive, warm environment. It is so much more than just physically rejuvenating, but also so helpful mentally and emotionally. She's created a great community of moms that can support and help one another. It is also very affordable. I highly recommend Lisa's Austin Prenatal Yoga.

Do your pregnant body (and mind) a favor and go to Lisa's prenatal yoga class! She is so warm and kind and validates alllll that comes with pregnancy, good or bad. Her classes are a good mix of challenging and restorative. Now that my baby's here, I've continued in her postnatal class and it's just as wonderful :)

I started prenatal yoga with Lisa at 18 weeks and went all throughout until 1 day before birth - it was the highlight of my pregnancy! Lisa is an amazingly thoughtful teacher, the yoga flow is sooo good for the pregnant body and the community of other mamas is just wonderful. Now I'm attending the postnatal classes and they are just as wonderful. Highly recommend Lisa and her classes.

Lisa is so kind, welcoming, and gentle. And her prenatal yoga class has been a helpful way to get some exercise, even when I was overwhelmingly exhausted during the first trimester and even now, in the third trimester, when my body feels so heavy and slow. It’s been a life-saving part of my pregnancy routines.

I can’t say enough positive things about Lisa’s classes. I attended prenatal yoga during my pregnancy and I’m now attending postnatal. Lisa creates a safe and supportive space where you can meet your body where it is on the wild journey of pregnancy and postpartum. I’m so grateful for this community and the physical, mental, and spiritual energy it brings me.
