We met Drew through a friend of ours who has had his son training with Drew for years. After our first session, my son was hooked! He wanted to do these workouts with Drew regularly. This place has truly changed me as an athlete. Not only is Drew a great coach, but has also been a role model on how to approach things in life. Everything about him and his program is done and executed extremely well. Really wouldn’t want to be or train anywhere or with anyone else. We were doing group training with other athletes for Speed and agility for Tennis at another club and met drew by accident . We scheduled private sessions with him for making up our missed training session .
We knew the first lesson , his training was outstanding. He focused on specific areas that my daughter needed help on. Always pushing her limits and taking constant feedback from coaches and parents. It is always a team effort for an individual athlete.
He strongly believes in communication and feedback from athlete as well as parents.
His dedication towards the athlete is praise worthy. I thought it was just my kid. But I saw other reviews that mirror my exact thoughts and felt that he is dedicated to his profession. He is passionate about training each and every athlete under his care to their fullest potential.

Drew and Barbarian Performance have done an amazing job training my 10yr old daughter. He is excellent at understanding each individual athlete and creating sport-specific workouts to enhance their performance. He trains athletes of all different levels. When we arrive for training, Drew is usually with one of his professional athletes….As soon as they are done, his sole focus shifts to my daughter, and he wants to know how she feels and what specific areas we feel she needs to work on. He is very good w/ communicating and Barbarian has been easy to work with in scheduling training times. If you are looking for individual training to take your athletic ability to the next level, I highly recommend Drew and Barbarian Performance.

My son was trained by Drew Little for about 4 weeks. Due to our limitations with commute and SAT study schedule, we could not continue long. However, my son has gained a lot with just 6 sessions. We saw huge improvement in his confidence and flexibility. I would highly recommend Drew Little and team if you are looking to improve your performance in any sport.
