About the Club

Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

I love the classes at Barre3 in Galleria Austin. I always feel I have had a great work out after a class. It is a great complement to my other weight bearing and aerobic exercises. All the teachers are nice and friendly. The studio is spacious. It is very easy to sign up for a class. I highly recommend Barre3.

What an incredible team!!! The Barre3 instructors here are absolutely amazing, offering a fantastic variety of classes in a beautiful, bright, and welcoming studio that always feels fresh and inviting. I’ve tried 2 classes at Barre 3 in the Galleria so far and loved them both! It’s the perfect balance of toning and cardio. I’ll be going back as much as I can fit into my schedule.
Most importantly, the vibe at Barre 3 is so welcoming and positive. Instructors are very supportive without drawing attention to me when I need corrections/suggestions to my posture during reps.

Took my first Barre 3 class today with Sarah Regier as my instructor. I can’t say enough good things about this class and Sarah‘s teaching style! She is motivating, inspiring, and focused on mind, body, and soul. She pays attention to proper technique to ensure we are not getting injured. Her style is also warm, nurturing yet energetic, and non-invasive, so everyone feels welcomed and motivated!

My gym! World class facility. All the courts are the best. The turf field is awesome, even uses lite green rubber pellets instead of the black ones everywhere else. Bathrooms and showers (individual) are always immaculate.

I hate, dislike and loathe exercise. I've felt that way my entire life. I've never enjoyed working out or any type of exercise...until I found barre. A friend of mine suggested it because she knows I like to go dancing and ALMOST enjoyed yoga once or twice. Barre is a mix of dance, cardio, stretching, yoga and reflection. I admit that the first few classes, I found myself thinking "If I pass out after a lifetime of never working out, how long will it take for EMS to get here in Bee Cave?" Aside from that, I was pretty excited that the air conditioner and fans were on! Towards the end of the very fulfilling hour, you are asked to close your eyes, breathe deeply and connect with your thoughts to be present in the moment. Much to my surprise during the first many classes, I found tears running down my cheeks when we got to this point and realized I had done very little for myself in many years due to family, pets, friends, work, etc., etc, etc. What a lovely life experience to be given the gift of being okay with taking time for myself! I've been going to barre3 in Bee Cave and lost 15 pounds...the healthy way for a change after many, many years of yo-yo dieting and weight gain/loss. I also experience the great side effect of sleeping better! It feels like I've joined a happy, accepting and beautiful community of outstanding and caring women. The instructors are more like friends whom you've known for a long time who just happen to have the goal to make you feel better about yourself. What kind of wonderful friend is that?!? Thank you to all of the incredible barre3 instructors in Bee Cave and thank you to the many ladies in the class with whom I bounce, smile, sweat and reflect during the best hour I can give myself. Give barre3 a shot when you want to feel good about yourself. Tell them Donna Lee sent you. That will get you absolutely nothing but you can tell them anyway. ;)

I am such a fan of barre3! It is the perfect combo of calorie burning + toning. I've belonged to big box gyms and to smaller boutique-type places, and nothing has come close to the experience I've had at b3.

Awesome things about b3:
- Each instructor has their own style so no two classes are the same. I'm never bored.
- The instructors have good taste in music! They are all friendly, funny, and motivating. They try new things! And they take fitness seriously.
- You can text an actual person when you have questions, feedback, or (like me) leave behind your water bottle for the millionth time.
- The workouts are HARD, but good hard. You never feel judged, nor do you start coasting once you get the hang of it. I always feel challenged.
- Afternoon and weekend classes for full-time working moms like me!
- You can purchase a block of classes or become a member to get unlimited classes. Love this flexibility! When my life was crazy post-baby and I could barely make a class a week -- class pass! When things slowed down a bit and I could go more -- membership!
- There is a variety of fitness levels, seasons of life, and support from the women around you. It's truly inspiring.
- There are fun tie-ins with other business all the time: free samples of healthy food/drinks, discounts for workout gear, etc.

I started b3 after my second kiddo was born. I was 40 lbs heavier, miserable, and worried the baby weight would never come off. Well, it did and I couldn't have done it without b3! The little tweaks you make to the routines (heavier weights, better form) keep pushing your fitness level. No plateaus here.

b3 checks all the boxes for me: reasonable cost, challenging/fun workout, schedule flexibility, and results. I almost hate to tell folks about it because I don't want the secret to get out and the classes fill up!! :D

I work for a small company that is located in Galleria and started going to Barre3 because it is only a block from my building, but it has definitely been a reawakening for me as to how wonderful a group exercise class can be. Each barefoot workout stretches our body with cardio and strength training and stretches our mind with mini meditation sessions while we are winding down to get ready to go back to our day.

I go with a couple of women from my office to the 12:15 class everyday. We really feel that the instructors care about us and find a way to keep the classes interesting. With how consistent we are, we go to class each day knowing that we are going to get a great workout that will challenge us. We have also gotten to know the style of each instructor (more boot campy, yogi, etc) which gives us great variation and keeps our interest. I highly recommend this style of workout and the great community that Barre3 members enjoy.
