I found Barrier Breakers Fitness on a woodlands group page and so glad I did. Not only did I know nothing about weight lifting, I became super knowledgeable with Mr. Roderick’s help. He is super thorough in his workouts and pushes you to achieve your goals. His one on one sessions help have that personal experience while learning what your body is capable of doing. I feel stronger than I ever have before and will take everything I learned to help me stay consistent with my goals. 🙌🏼

I’ve been working with Rod for about 4 weeks and I’ve absolutely loved my experience. He’s very knowledgeable at what he does. He corrects me when I need it and pushes me when I don’t feel like I can keep going.
I’ve had back issues for a couple of years and I’ve actually noticed my back pain improving just in the little amount of time I’ve been training with Rod. It’s helping that he’s constantly correcting my back form during workouts that I’ve been doing wrong for years.

But when I started with Barrier Breakers fitness, Roderick helped me so much with correct form, and he has also challenged me! He is very knowledgeable about both fitness and nutrition! He also can show you modifications if you need. His program is great and I have already gotten stronger and feel great!!! If you have a group of friends bring them along!
