I had fallen off of the wagon quite hard, especially when the pandemic hit. I had lost control over my eating and my exercise level was barely existent. Then, I saw a friend of mine's fitness progress photos and her results were not only amazing, but very inspiring. She told me she had been working Bryan for a year and her life had changed for the better. I then reached out to Bryan and we got a plan together and have been working consistently for close to five months. Bryan Barth is a very knowledgeable fitness trainer. Not only did he give me a diet/workout plan that helped me change my physique but he was very encouraging as well as informative. He was able to show me things that I have never knew existed. I honestly believe that BarthBuilt can alter and enhance any personal fitness goal to exceed the clients expectations. Bryan’s program works if you’re dedicated and remind yourself of the β€œwhy?” He makes following a nutrition plan super simple and easy. He's readily available for any questions you may have about nutrition and fitness in general, he's an open book! It’s the best decision I've made so far, I've made great progress in my body goals and even my friends and family have notice a difference. Bryan has by far provided the most knowledgeable and effective nutrition guidance and plans I have ever received. I am a hybrid Crossfitter/strength training individual and since working with Bryan my strength and aerobic capacity levels have vastly improved. One hell of a personalized dietician. For years I struggled to lose weight and keep it off. I was working out as hard as I could in the gym and eating food that I thought would help me. But once I got with bryan he told me I was not eating enough which was surprising to me because at that time I was was eating at least 4 to 5 meals a day but not the right amounts of calorie intake. Once I started working with him the inches and pounds began to drop dramatically. Like he say trust the process and have patience. He is a great guy to work with if you are serious about bring out the best body you can build.

Bryan, with Barth Built, is truly the best when it comes to personal training. When I started training with Bryan, I walked in with the attitude of not liking the gym, not knowing where to start, or even if my goals were attainable. I'll say that within the first month of personal training, my whole attitude turned around and my view on working out and dreading the gym changed completely. One of the great benefits for me was that I had a leader to show me the way and to really think for me when it came to mapping out each session. Bryan works with you and not only helps you work towards achieving your initial goals, but adapts to the new ones you make for yourself as you progress. The training is always different and interesting - I feel like I am always doing a circuit or routine that I've never done before and it takes the tediousness out of your workout. The results have been incredible physically, mentally, and even changed my diet to be much healthier than it had been. Best personal trainer in Houston by far.

Bryan Barth is a great representative of the fitness industry; speaks and lives a healthy lifestyle. Have trained with Bryan on and off for several years, wasn't until a recent shoulder accident that I can truly appreciate his knowledge and expertise. PT from doctor only went so far, while Bryan helped me to complete recovery with overall health. Stronger physically and healthier, down 30 pounds, before my accident. Training/Workout is not my favorite thing to do, but Bryan knows how to push me to my full potential. It's a partnership on both parties, he gives you the tools but you have to use them in order to achieve the goal (difficult at times - But he's always there for support to keep you on track).
