Barton Springs Pilates offers private Pilates sessions on Pilates equipment (such as the reformer and Pilates chair). We also offer custom classes (in-person or virtual) and community mat classes. Sessions cater to all levels of experience and ability.
The studio's mission is to provide thoughtfully constructed Pilates sessions that assist each client in reaching their personal goals. It aims to equip clients with the knowledge and strength they need to maximize movement potential, prevent injury, make everyday tasks easier, and comfortably enjoy a full range of activities. The main objective is to empower clients to do the things they love with confidence and ease of movement.

Lexi is an incredible instructor! She really takes time and care in knowing where you’re at physically and what your goals are, and then customizes your class based on that. She also was so informative regarding Pilates history and movement and has such kind and fun energy! HIGHLY recommend! 💖

I’ve been going to Barton Springs Pilates since 2018, and it’s made a big difference in managing my neck pain from scoliosis and joint instability. Lexi has done a great job tailoring my workouts to target my weaker joints, which has really helped reduce pain and improve how I feel overall. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a thoughtful, personalized approach to easing muscle and joint discomfort.

Have been going to Barton Springs Pilates for about six months now and I absolutely feel a difference in my posture and my ability to be in touch with my own body. I also just love the atmosphere and Lexi is great. She’s so knowledgeable on Pilates as well as the body and I never leave a session without learning something new.

I was new to Pilates and Lexi's class was super approachable! Her classes are always fun, the right amount of challenging and adaptable. She takes everyone's requests and customizes the class to best fit everyone's needs. The studio is intimate and the other classmates have always been welcoming. I even had a chance to do a private reformer class, which seemed intimidating but ended up being easier than I anticipated and super fun! I highly recommend Lexi and Barton Springs Pilates!

Lexi is an absolutely gifted and expert pilates coach. I have been to many studios - her expertise goes way beyond what you will find anywhere in ATX! Her knowledge (anatomy, breathing, technique) and guidance on form is better than what I have gotten from the best PTs - sessions with her have given me strength and reduced pain I never would have thought possible.

Lexi taught a great class! I did the mat pilates class, and it was such a comfortable, intimate setting. The space is beautiful, and Lexi was so thorough in creating a balanced class sequence that I felt uplifted and strong post-class! She's so experienced and knowledgeable in what she does, her cueing is on point, and I can't wait to be back.

The best Pilates instructor!! Lexi does an amazing job of getting to know you and your specific needs, teaching you about pilates, and creating workouts specific to you in both individual classes and group classes! I hadn't done much pilates before working with Lexi and I can tell the difference it has had on my flexibility and core strength. The space is beautiful and the workouts are always fun and a great exercise!

Lexi has helped me in so many ways! I suffered from shoulder/arm pain from looking at my phone too much. I also have a slipped disc and knee pain. First, i have zero pain in my shoulders and arms anymore. Second, my back pain is so much better, and i hardly ever have knee pain anymore. She is so amazing at figuring out what works for you and building strength, muscles and stretching. Im hooked!

Lexi is a master at her craft.
She holds space, listens, and creates a personalized session around my needs. I feel heard and in a safe space when I take lessons from Lexi. Personable, creative, and highly knowledgeable about the human body are all things I love about her teachings! Not only does she make Pilates fun but I don’t even realize I’m working out until an hour later! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend her to everyone.

Such a good experience! I needed a really gentle approach to regain my mobility after taking a break from strength training for a while, particularly because of previous sports/work injuries. Lexi really does her homework and takes notes to ensure she's delivering a really personal experience tailored specifically to your needs, and I'm feeling *so* much better/experiencing a lot less chronic pain after taking lessons with her. (I was actually surprised by just how quickly I started to feel relief.) I can't recommend her enough.
