One word to sum up Best Gymnastics….Best! My children love going to Best Gymnastics. The front desk and coaches are so friendly, always smiling and easy to accommodate schedule changes /make-up classes. Great place for your child to get their “zoomies” out! Highly highly recommend!

My kids have been doing gymnastics here for over a year and we love it! The coaches are fun, dynamic, and excellent at teaching the skills of gymnastics to kids. They have a leveling system that lets kids gain age appropriate skills quickly and feel like they can quickly progress, which has been highly motivating for my kids. Plus, they have wonderful one-off events in addition to their classes, such as their birthday parties and "Best night out" events.

We’ve been coming here for over a year now, and my daughter (5) has excelled since she started. All of the coaches have been amazing and encouraging to her at her. Coach Grace, Coach Laken, Coach Faith, Coach David and Coach Merrick really all have inspired her to do be patient and keep trying when it’s hard. They had their first annual showcase last weekend to help the kids learn how to do meets in the future. It was super fun and motivating! We love BEST gymnastics!

I really enjoy this place. It's too common that you pay a lot for kids' gym/swimming/music and get just an okay instruction. Not here! It really seems like all the coaches teach well and have positive energy. If you're having any issues, the front desk staff will try to work with you and listen to you. They're very accommodating. The space for the parents is very limited and that's not my favorite, but overall, this is an excellent choice for gymnastics.

As an athlete, this gym was not a good environment. When I would struggle on skills, my coach would have a very negative attitude about helping me and my other teammates. I remember being in a gymnastics class and we had a substitute. On our waterbreak I could hear our substitute saying that he didn’t like teaching our class and that we were difficult, even though we were nothing but well behaved. Bad gymnastics environment, would not recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE, ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE ANY SORT OF SPECIAL NEEDS. I have taken my daughter here who has some speech needs since she was 18 months old. She is now almost 4 years old and for the past 2 classes her new coach decided not to give her any candy at the end of her class (in front of the rest of the children) for an unknown reason making my daughter embarrassed and upset instead of talking to me about what my daughter is doing wrong. This is absolutely unacceptable and will be taken up to corporate as apparently no one at the gym seems to care to explain to me why it is okay to make children feel rejected.

This was our first time visiting best gymnastics 🏋️‍♂️ 🏋️‍♀️ we attended a birthday party and it was awesome 👌🏾. I do believe active kid's of all ages will love it here and I would definitely recommend for birthday parties 🥳 especially for young energetic kids!
(My child has Autism and was able to play run around and have a great time)

Took my daughter for her first gymnastics class today. She absolutely loved it! She was so excited she was trying to do everything really quickly and didn't really have proper form or know how to do the exercises correctly, which is to be expected. I feel like the group had too many girls in it for the coach to be able to take a little more time to help my girl out, even though I will still say the coach did pretty well. I won't name her because I don't think it's fair to judge off the first time. I'm hoping my daughter will get a little more attention next time to make sure she is doing everything properly.
**update- after 2 months things are going great. My daughter has definitely gotten more one on one time. Coach Molly definitely takes the time to work with the girls when they need help and my daughter really likes her!! I should have waited a little longer before writing my first review. Super happy with our decision to come to Best Gymnastics.

The prices here are significantly cheaper than all the other gyms I was looking into, not cheap by any means but that was a plus for us. I know gymnastics is an expensive sport! The gym is really cool and pretty big. All the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely give 5 stars if things keep going well! Overall I think we picked the right gym. 🤞🤞

We recently started taking classes there and my son LOVES it! All of the teachers and coaches are amazing! Mikey is my son’s favorite, but we like them all!!! They’re great with the kids and they’ve been very welcoming. I would definitely recommend Best to anyone looking for a great environment for their kids to learn gymnastics/tumbling.

I came to Best when mine was around 2 and 6 months, she was very hard to manage however coach Lauren was beyond helpful but with covid I decided to take a break till things settle outside and she is little older.
Yesterday I decided to rejoin again and I was very scared how much I will have to run after her but at the same time I was so excited to meet coach Lauren. We came but found out coach Lauren teaches other category. We had to join with coach Rach but I was really really happy.
She was so welcoming and I was surprised my daughter was responding and I honestly had so much fun with mine for the first time since I started seeing her responding better to instructions.
Also a big thanks to prya that welcome us whenever we go with the best smile.
I recommend this place to anyone

We had my daughters birthday at Best Gymnastics this past weekend! Best birthday experience ever! Coach Mary and Coach Michael met us at the car to unload party goodies and help setup for the party. They greeted the guests and entertained the kids so well! We had a very large group and they kept it organized and fun. In addition to the friendly, helpful staff, the gym is very clean and safe for little ones. Will definitely be looking to book our new party there and try out some classes!

Very displeased with the staff and facility. While attending a gymnastics competition, my family and I paid to attend the event. My teenage son decided to play the video game all night. But I teach them to support each other no matter what. During the event my son was sleeping on the wall during the competition. The Flower Mound police was called, there were two staff members standing at the front upon entry to the facility. Staff allowed the police to enter and begin to question my son. We were all in proximity to each other but my back was to the door. I was told by Flower Mound police, someone was concerned about his well being. No one asked if he was okay or needed anything. The staff could have informed the police officers that the young man had paid to enter the facility, his mom was steps away, and there was no reason for concern being since he walked in on his own.

Gymnastics studio, they offer classes for boys and girls, from 1yo and up. Tumbling and gymnastics classes. All the teachers are great, friendly and helpful. They also offer birthday parties. The classes are great! Our daughter has been going twice a week for the past year and a half. No issues. They do not offer classes for adults.

I think the almost staffs are not kind. My child was crying, but nobody staff did not do any action and they did not get me a call. And they gave some candy some kids but my kids did not get it, so my kid wanted to get the candy, so he cried. But nobody give some candies. Though it is not big issue, as a mother, I feel not so good. So I will never go there again.

My son (he is 6) takes lessons here and I think this place is great. Lots of kids enrolled, coaches are positive and encouraging. My son has progressed consistently over the past 6 months.

Always friendly staff, overall a great place for our kiddo to learn gymnastics! The coaches are very patient with our daughter, even with her constantly wandering mind, and she has learned and really enjoys her time here. My only complaint is seating - Lord help those of us who are forced to sit in the penalty boxes that are the bleachers. Hard, miserable metal that offers no back support and no view if you're stuck on the bottom row. Other than that, we love it and our daughter does too.

My daughter loves tumbling here! She’s did competitive gymnastics for 6 years and after grueling hours and hard coaching at another place it drove her to “tap out”. All she wanted to do was tumble, we tried lots of other places but they did more cheer tumbling verses proper gymnastics tumbling. Now that we found Best she LOVES it! She has great coaches that are kind and supportive. They can critique but not criticize and are always kind and fun! She has not had a coach that she did not like or have fun with. Staff is always smiling and laughing and helpful! They have great management and when you miss a class you can make them up. It’s a very positive place for children and teens. We are so thankful we found it!

We have just been to a birthday party here and my review does not reflect classes.

We attended a 2nd birthday party here and have been here for two other parties in the past. My son is only 18 months old and I feel like this isn't a great place for him to be running around.

It is a large open gym, with only a few areas for the kids to play in. He loves the trampolines, but all the trampolines they have are up high and I had to be watching him to make sure he didn't just step off and fall. Yes, I was constantly watching him, but when there is a super long trampoline and I walking along one side, I am worried about the other side.

This is a great place for 3 and up, but I feel like it is a bit less better than any of the other gyms around the area safety wise.

My daughter loves this place. She didn't know how to do a cartwheel or a back hand spring. She's 14 so it is taking longer than the other small girls, but she feels very welcomed here even when learning with the young ones until she gets caught up.
