Thank you for such an amazing 4-week program!

What the program gave me:

The program provided me with structure and motivation that truly complimented my fitness routine. The progressive nature of the sessions built both my physical strength and confidence in what my body is capable of.

Benefits I noticed:

I found myself feeling more alert and less fatigued, especially in the evenings after a session. I also experienced noticeably better posture, which has helped reduce the neck and shoulder tension I usually carry from desk work. The mind-body connection aspect really helped me feel more grounded and present.

How it affected my body:

I felt stronger in my core from week two onward, and by the end of the program, I could see improved muscle tone in my arms and legs. I also noticed better balance and coordination in my daily activities.

I have been out of shape and weak for a few years now after having my 3 babies. It's been 9 years since I have been able to go to a gym. Each pregnancy left me with a weaker belly and pelvic floor damage. I used to be a dancer, but with not knowing how to juggle my self care and caring for my family I had little to no motivation to do anything about it. Time went on and my hypermobility had my muscles locked up, inflamed, and feeling like an "old lady" in my early 30s. I was referred to Bernadett and I seized the opportunity to get this coach because despite knowing how to work out, I needed someone to answer to in order to get my quality of life back.
I have been attending classes for 9 weeks. Already my agility is coming back, my strength and endurance is returning and most of all I'm becoming limber again with less joint and back pain each week. There are numerous signs this is helping with diastasis and strengthening my pelvic floor. I have already lost a dress size.
I'm excited to see what another 9 weeks will do for me and I know with consistecy I'll be able to do the splits and have a defined, strong body that will be able to run, jump and dance with my children.
Even now I use my 16 month old as my weight sometimes. As much as it's fun for him, it is good to know I'm no longer blaming my kids for why i can't... in fact they are helping me achieve my goals so I can be there for them.
Betka Back to Movement gave me a safe space to teach my kids how to take care of themselves by example. I'm so excited I am starting to keep up with them with joy and energy.

What a change Bernadett Pilates program can bring you with back pain. I had neck fusion in 2023 and back fusion in July 2024. I struggled with constant pain in S1 joint, bursitis and upper back pain. I was struggling to get off pain killer since July 2024. I was doing physical therapy but not getting any relief. My neurosurgeon recommended Pilates. I found Bernadett and started in January 2025. With the program she works with you individually so you can move at your comfort level. You do not feel you have to keep up with others or do anything beyond your level. I was quickly off all pain medications and having no pain. Let Bernadett guide you to your pain free living. It is a game changer.

I was looking for help with my chronic lower back-pain and a friend recommended to try out Pilates exercises. I have been training with Bernadett for a couple of months and it helped my back pain a lot. Her online classes are great for any ages, and any level. She structures the exercises individually, so you don't feel pain doing it. After a couple of months I could feel that my back pain was less frequent and less painful. Bernadett helped me to believe that with consistent exercise I could live without chronic backpains. I highly recommend her classes if you are looking for non medical pain solutions.
