I’ve been coming to Beyond for many years, and it’s truly my happy place! The instructors are amazing. The front desk team is absolutely the best of the bestest—they will know your name from your first visit. I love how the studio keeps us engaged with fun challenges like Bingo and how they give back to the community. It’s not just a studio; it’s a place that feels like home. I look forward to many more years here!

Just signed up for 8 classes/month! Previous to that I tried the 2 for $39 intro classes to see if it was for me! I enjoyed the full body workout, definitely challenging but you're not pressured to do exactly how they instruct it, they provide modifications and advocate to take things at your pace which is truly appreciated! Looking forward for the month to come! Robin and Madeline are so kind! And Steph the instructor is so encouraging

I can't say enough great things about Beyond Studios - workout is incredible. I've done all kinds of workouts but found myself here after recovering from injuries and as a first timer, Pilates was intimidating. However, the instructors are so helpful and patient, making modification suggestions for clients of all levels. Every instructor is a little bit different but I've enjoyed every one of them and their workout because it's always different. I honestly feel like I'm toned in a different way than I've ever been, feeling strong not just fit. You can't go wrong with Beyond Studios Frisco!!!

I joined Beyond Pilates almost two years ago now. I was having a minor surgery and needed some kind of workout that wasn’t harsh on my body, previously a bootcamp goer. I was immediately surprised on how intense reformer Pilates was(in a good way). I underestimated that I would get a challenging workout, without all the post aches and pains. Needless to say, when I joined thought it would be temporary, and now I can’t imagine not having it in my weekly routine. Beyond Frisco is a fun, energetic,
way to get your workouts in. The staff is great, friendly and informative. It is diverse for all ages, gender, and levels(beginner to advance). Not only can you lean up through the many thought out classes, they also offer an amazing nutritionist, Lesa.

On Mother's Day 2020 I found myself tired, bloated, uncomfortable in my clothing, and craving a change for myself... Mom, me, the one that keeps it all together. After beginning our quarantine time already at an uncomfortable weight, I had added an additional 6-8lbs. from this time at home. I needed a change, I needed help. My sister had great success with Lesa and the team at Beyond Studios, Frisco. My generous sister gifted me with my first month of 1:1 nutritional coaching with Lesa. I had no idea what to expect, but I knew that this was a pivotal moment of change for me.
What I learned in 16 weeks with Lesa was how to nourish my body the correct way, and how to lose weight in a healthy manner. The personalized meal plans, the education that I received on macros, and how food actually worked for my body, helped me gain a better understanding of how to actually lose the weight correctly.
Lesa and I met completely virtually, I live in Georgia, and I felt like she was the friend that I had been missing to walk me through this journey. Being virtual I thought that the weeks would be rough, not making me accountable to the best degree, but I was wrong... Lesa was always just a text, or FaceTime away with any questions or concerns I had. After 16weeks I was so proud of the knowledge I had gained to better understand my eating habits, and I had great success with pounds coming off. The support I had received was so very valuable, Lesa was a true coach and friend through the whole process.
I can't encourage you enough if you are struggling to lose weight, to consider Lesa & Beyond Studios! You, and your health, are worth it! I am forever grateful for the help in achieving some pretty awesome goals I didn't think I could reach! Thank you Lesa & Beyond Studios!

After my beloved gym of 4 years closed permanently due to Covid-19, I was on the hunt for a new gym and nervous about trying a new place and different style of workout than what I was used to. Robin and her team were so welcoming and made me feel at home. The workouts are never the same, so the time flies by! You can't beat the convenient Frisco location and parking is great. I love the ample amount of class times and have already joined as a member after just a few classes. I highly recommend Beyond Frisco!

I’ve taken Pilates classes for years at other studios in TX and MO but NOTHING compares to the workout at BEYOND Pilates Frisco! Not only will you burn calories and time every single muscle in your body but you also get an amazing cardio workout at the same time! I’m working on rehabbing my old worn out knees and the strength I am building is helping them recover already! I HIGHLY recommend this Pilates studio & have loved making new friends and the amazing motivating trainers/teachers!

This is the first workout class that I enjoy doing every day. I did the two-week trial. I made myself go every day to maximize my investment, and I loved it! I made such progress in two weeks that I was borderline upset that our Spring Break trip would keep me out of class for a week. It’s a great workout and never boring. I just signed up for a full membership.

I can always look forward to a challenging but fun class when I come to Beyond! The staff is incredibly kind and they always make you feel welcome the second you walk in through the door. All the instructors are amazing and have their own styles of instructing which makes every class different. I was introduced from some friends a few weeks ago and have been in the gym for years doing group classes and high impact to boot, weight floor, personal trainers, TRX you name it! This has been the best experience by far, just after 10 classes I can feel a difference in my core & how my clothes are fitting. Each instructor I’ve encountered has been excellent and very knowledgeable, most important I have not had the same exercises or class yet! It’s a win win, don’t doubt yourself!

My daughter and I just finished a week of classes here and loved it. Neither of us had done reformer pilates before so attended an intro class which I would recommend if you are new so that you can get acquainted with the equipment and basic moves. The instructors all have their own style and made the workouts challenging but fun - especially Kay! We never did the same workout twice which was wonderful and all of the workouts were modified based on your level and worked the whole body. Overall a great experience!

Best investment I made for myself in years. With several disc issues, most forms of exercise usually leave me, not only sore, but extremely stiff to the point of non enjoyment. This form of exercise has not only NOT done that but my ongoing lower back/hip pain is gone, no stiffness after exercise just the muscle soreness. Massive increase in my flexibility and overall comfort is a blessing!! TRY IT!!

So glad my sister dragged me to this class! I remember taking a very overwhelming Pilates class years ago and have avoided returning since. However, this Beyond Pilates experience was amazing. We signed up for an 8am class with Angela and got there right in time to check in with her, purchase really cute ballerina-style ToeSox, and hopefully not hold up the class too long.
Angela started the class introducing the reformer bed in a clear way that made it easy to understand. For my first time, it was a really welcoming, non-judgemental, and guided way to get used to the workout and push myself throughout the entire 50 minutes. 24 hours later, I am really sore and love it. I can't wait to come back soon!
Anyone who is just as confused about necessary attire as I was: the reformer bed is so much easier to use if you are wearing grippy socks. If you own some, great! Otherwise they sell a ton of cute ones at the front for around $18/pair.

Took a noon class with Alesha, which had both new people and people with pilates experience. She did a great job of balancing instruction and challenge. She also makes sure you're in the right position to get the most of out your workout and avoid injury. Alesha has great energy and her playlist was lit!
