I came to BFT after years of CrossFit. As much as I loved the sport, I was feeling the wear and tear on my body - and I was over the heat. 🥵What I’ve found at BFT is exactly what I needed: variety, balance, and longevity.
Every day brings a new class format, which keeps things fresh and challenging. I really appreciate that strength is a priority here, especially at my age, where building and maintaining it is so important.
Beyond the workouts, the community is fantastic. The coaches and owners are not only knowledgeable but genuinely passionate about what they do, and it shows in the supportive, motivating environment they’ve built.
If you’re looking for a place that values smart training, strength, and community, I can’t recommend BFT enough. I love it!

I drive an hour each way to come here because I see & feel the value of this location. I’ve been to dozens of gyms & this by far is one of the best. The new owners are quite frankly some the best. I’ve never met owners so invested in their members’ success to be better everyday. It boils down to the smallest of details to make our experience top notch. I’m blown away. For one example, we had an outdoor run in the humid summer heat. Both owners were there on a Sunday morning not only cheering us on but out there with us with a cooler full of cold rags & water. I could go on & on. Furthermore, all the trainers are also amazing, encouraging. & invested in your success. Good vibes all around.
BFT is boutique fitness adding progressive overload in a group setting. A recipe for success. Aside from the incredible workout & transformation I’ve gone through, one of the best parts is the friends I’ve made along the way.

I've been attending here since January of this year, and cannot say enough amazing things about this space. Their system and implementation is unlike any other that I have seen. The "hardest" part of BFT is just showing up, because they handle all the rest! They have several different classes targeting different areas every day, ranging from cardio to strength, upper, lower and full body. Each class has equipment already out for use targeting only those exercises. Its alwaya organized and easy to navigate. Screens show you how to correctly do each exercise. They explain and show you personally before every class each movement and explain how and why its good for you. You also get to have several coaches who are certified trainers helping you perfect your form and technique during, ensuring an injury-free experience every time. Essentially, you get ALL your workouts planned for you AND multiple personal trainers to help whenever you need, for a fraction of the cost it would be to hire a personal trainer. Not only that, but I have a gym where I never have to worry if I'm getting to use a machine or not. A heart monitor and on screen monitoring during your workouts ensures you get the most out of every class, and they have an app you download that tracks everything you do, helping you to continue to progress in whatever way works best for you! They meet you at your level, and tailor it to fit your needs whether it be injury or just inexperience. Last but not least, the community of people that all go here is just absolutely awesome. Bft folks are top notch, and have been so helpful and inspiring!👌
Thanks to their knowledge, and their amazing 8 week challenge program (complete with full meal plan, full body scans through Evolt, and more) I've lost 6 inches on my waist since I began!! I feel absolutely incredible and cannot recommend them enough for people who are truly looking to change their lives. Or, for those athletes just seeking more, they offer Hyrox training! 😉

I'm a founding member at BFT. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in '22, I was looking to lift weights because the medicine I take increases osteoporosis in my bones. Combine that with being a 60 year old female, I needed to get busy with weight bearing exercises! Fast forward...I can honestly say I have never been healthier or stronger than I am now! I owe it all to BFT and hard work. James, Kip, Erin, Jaimie, & Danika are all top notch trainers and I have learned so much from each of them! They definitely take time to make sure your form is correct and they push you to excel. If you are a 50+ woman, you need weight bearing exercises! Come to BFT! If you work hard and are committed, you will see results.

I visited for a free class and immediately signed up the same day! The energy from the trainers is so upbeat and welcoming. I like to go to the early morning classes because they aren't so crowded. I love the encouragement and support from the trainers and other participants.
My work schedule doesn't allow me to go as often as I'd like, that's the only drawback in relation to the monthly cost.

This gym is the total package!!I used to be on ClassPass app and have tried a lot of gyms and studios, and ended up joining BFT because of the work outs, coaches dedication and new friends I had made there. The work outs are the perfect combination of cardio and strength with a lot of variety so you don’t get bored physically or mentally. The workouts build on a progression over 8 weeks, so you can see results (lifting heavier, moving faster) in a short amount of time. The coaches really care about the members and provide tips and modifications for any injuries or physical ability so everyone can participate. The gym is also a community where members support, challenge and laugh during work outs.

I’ve been here since they opened, just because it was closer to work. Turns out that was the best decision I’ve made in a while. Really great group of folks (owners, trainers, other people working out, even Big Mike) and also a great program that gets results. Former athlete, been training at other places being stagnant, actually seeing results on the scanners scan after scan now. Highly recommend!!

BFT is my second home as I have been there since day 1. I treasure my ‘me time’ at the gym where I have made amazing and lifelong friends. Never have I been surrounded by such like-minded people who support, motivate, and push you to be your best (it’s the 8:30am class which by far has the best energy and most fun 😉).
The trainers are always making sure your form is correct while also pushing you to your limits. They each have something different to offer and add to each class.
We are all one team working together and supporting each other and I challenge you to find that somewhere else!
Also, you will be in the best shape of your middle-aged life!

I don’t even know where to start. I have always been a member of a traditional gym until Covid, when I purchased my Peloton tread. After 2 years of the workouts becoming redundant, I sought out personal trainers to add to my routine. Then, I realized what I loved most about going to the gym were group classes where I was motivated by the atmosphere of support by other members & coaches. I was working next door to Body Fitness Training (BFT) and thought I would stop by for some info. I was offered a 7 day pass to try the classes. Day one, I fell in love and never looked back! It is everything I could have asked for in a “gym”. The owners are there daily building a community and relationships with their staff and members, the coaches are professional, friendly and positive & the classes are progressive, challenging and fun! There is an array of classes/times to choose from (cardio, strength, balanced, mix, etc). I absolutely love this place and would 100% recommend it to everyone, whether beginner or advanced.

I LOVE BFT! They are so unique and special because of what the offer their clients. Personal trainers teaching you proper form, heart rate monitors for a customized output goal, rotations that never get stale and constantly challenge you and the most fun I’ve ever had working out!! I have had such a wonderful experience since joining BFT! The workouts are so efficient! I love that they have separate weight and cardio days and that you can go really heavy on your weight days. I was completely burnt out on going to the regular gym, I stumbled upon BFT signed up and instantly fell in love with the workouts and the community they provide. Everyone is super encouraging and helpful and the coaches will push you, if you want to be pushed. I personally need that and it’s great having coaches who aren’t afraid to tell me to kick it in gear. My wife on the other hand is the complete opposite and they are so freaking awesome and know when to push her and when to let her work through the pain!

This gym is by far one of the best in The Woodlands. As a former group fitness instructor myself, I can say that the programming and culture here are both amazingly inclusive and effective. I love how the classes are structured so you’re encouraged to get the most from your membership by attending daily - and it ticks all of the boxes - cardio, strength, mobility - you name it.
The facilities are clean and easily accessible, and there are non-fitness opportunities to get to know fellow BFTers and build community, too. Everyone I’ve interacted with so far - Coaches Al, James, Kipp, Donald and Brittany, Mel and Vanessa have been so helpful and welcoming. My only regret is not having joined sooner!
If you’re looking for a fitness program that’s more than a gym and is designed to enhance every aspect of your life, BFT The Woodlands is the place for you!!
