Blink Fitness has been a great spot for me to work out. The vibe is super chill, the gym is always clean, and there’s plenty of equipment so I never have to wait around. The staff are great and very friendly, some of them are even funny, which makes the experience even better. If you’re thinking about becoming a member, I’d say the best times to go are in the mornings or evenings. For the price, you really can’t beat it.

Blink Fitness is a Great Gym! The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and the equipment is in great condition. We came from
lifetime Fitness. So we are really impressed about the bang we get for our buck. From the cleanness, equipment to the kindness. What really stands out, though, is the management staff. They lead by example, interact with members in such a positive way, and set the tone for the whole gym experience. If I hadn’t asked to speak with the managers to compliment them, I wouldn’t have realized just how much effort they put in behind the scenes. Their leadership, combined with the cleanliness and quality equipment, makes this location a 5-star experience every time I come in.

I am very upset . I have been going to this gym for over a year now. I am apart of the 5 am workout crew. Staff are not on time to open gym at 5 am , we are sitting in our cars at 5:10, 5:15, and today I was there until 5:30 am and no one came. This is very unprofessional, something needs to be done asap. I will be contacting corporate .

One of THE BEST no nonsense gyms in the area.
Always clean, free of random weights, bars, “equipment” like other places. Machines are in working condition 99.749% of the time
Staff is friendly and available to answer questions. And they are encouraging without being pushy.
Never crowded and the air conditioning works!!

I have been going for a week now to get my health under control. It's a super clean and calm environment. I've noticed all age groups from 20s to 70s from the neighborhood along 2234. They have stations for cleaning the machines before and after usage. The women's locker room area is very clean (bathrooms, showers, and locker space). Bring your own locks if you plan to keep your clothes in there, but most I have noticed just bring a small bag with them that stays with them. Music is motivating but not terribly loud. The only downfall for me giving it 4 stars is that there are no relief areas like a sauna, cold plunge, or pool. I spoke with one of the workers, and they mentioned they will possibly get some, IF more ppl enroll, which is understandable as a new gym. Other than that, I have no issues or concerns.

Been with this gym since opening week. From the moment you walk in the front desk staff is AWESOME! To personal trainers having an infectious positive energy. The leadership team strives for greatness and it is shown and felt all throughout the facility.

I recently had an issue with my account and I want to send a HUGE shout out and kudos to Kevin for catching the issue, Apollo for going ABOVE and BEYOND to resolve the issue and to Courtland that was so prompt with providing documentation!

Truly hope that if you’re living in the Missouri City area you come support this gym. This is our neighborhood gym and they are making us proud!

I started at this gym about 2 weeks ago. Club manager Courtland , Manager Apollo , Front desk associates Zoe and Tia made my experience at the gym so seamless. They gym is clean and the equipment is freshly new , I love it here

I have been a member since they opened. So a little over a year.
This is a clean gym, have not experienced overcrowding yet.
Plenty of free weights, cardio, stretch area, and universal machines.
There's a small jungle gym type area with two more additional squat racks, kettle bells, ropes, pull up bars, medicine balls, ab rollers, resistance bands, sandbags with handles. Everything you need for a good workout.
Only negative I can come up with is no sauna or extra recovery amenities.
Also they seem to have plumbing issues every few months, other than that all is there to achieve your fitness goals.

Worst gym ever. They are always having issues with their system. They don’t charge your card for months at a time and then all of a sudden they want everything you owe at one time. Cool. So I went up there to pay. The front desk couldn’t figure it out. I tried it myself in the app. The app accepted my credit card as a form of payment. Cool. My card was never charged. I’m not going to hunt you down to pay my bill. Now they have sent me to collections. Perfect.

Nice, clean gym! Not to crowded, have plenty of machines cardio and strength. 3 stars because of poor communication within staff, Manager never available. Have some issues with the app and no one seems to know a solution and again manager never available. Whenever a machine is down/out of order, takes forever to get repaired.

Great no frills gym with excellent equipment and not crowded. Employees are friendly but personal training sucks! They schedule appointments and the trainer decides not too show up! Poor customer service in this regard. Otherwise excellent value in a gym.

I signed up for $1 never been to the gym 2 months later their trying to charge me 112 dollars… So emailed the customer service to let them know I no longer need the membership..I was told I have to give them a 30-45 days notice like uhh why can’t i cancel whenever I want… It’s been 60 days and my membership still hasn’t been cancelled.. why make cancelling a membership so complicated but easy to sign up… i thought I had a no contract membership.. NOTICE THEY ONLY Respond to the 5 stars reviews…. UPDATE it’s now July 30 n yet they still haven’t canceled my membership which is now $160

The gym is clean and new. I was interested in a membership but it seems like they need to work out staffing communication. Yesterday I bought workout clothes and specifically asked if I would be able to receive a refund if the clothes did not fit as they have no dressing rooms. The staff member working went to go ask his manager and came back and said "Yes, don't worry about it they're flexible here!"

Today when I came back in, I asked about a membership deal they had going on. And the employee didn't know so she went to go ask for clarification. She came back and ended up giving us the wrong information.

The assistant manager finally came out and gave us information regarding the membership and I said I would think about it. Then I pull out my clothes to return them because they ended up not working out and she said "we only do exchanges" when I told her I specifically asked yesterday if we could return before I bought the clothes, she said "I was the one who gave him that information and we don't do returns" So there's an obvious pattern of them not communicating well with staff and it falling on the consumer. All she had to say was "we can't, how dare he say we're flexible ?!?"

So we left and even though I was interested in getting a membership this whole situation turned me off of it.

During the storm ok i understand people lost power. But when the entire shopping plaza has power besides blink kind of weird. Then when i emailed( because phone don’t work) asking about refund for days not having access and simple questions like can I go to another gym even thought i have the membership for just one, since there not open , no response. I’m not sure why am I driving by daily to see if they open, instead of company sending out a mass message, makes sense! Going to cancel as soon as they open!

This place is a great gym, has everything you need in it to get the job done. The manager Melissa is always engaged and always smiling. She is incredible with her employees. Jess or Jessica is always smiling and lifting the mood. I definitely recommend this gym. The Manager Melissa is always there to help, and that is a plus.

Today is Saturday, five days after Beryl. I went to the gym yesterday, but it was closed. The strip center it is located in has power, but the gym remains closed. Then on top of that, I looked over my bank account this past week and they charged me twice for July. A promotional amount of $21.65 and the regular amount, $32.65, so of course when I called the financial office, they said to go to the local gym to get it corrected! I’ve been again today and it’s still not open! When will they open the doors so folks can get their workout on! Terrible service! I want my refund!

I love this location! Clean gym and a welcoming and attentive staff. As of this writing it still even has that new gym smell! Great variety of equipment. I accidentally happened in on the ribbon cutting ceremony for this location and got a great vibe from all staff and management. I regularly see the management walking around and checking things or giving tours, everyone is very hands on and friendly.

Ignore the 1 star reviews, some are from before they opened and irrelevant and some are just normal gym grievances that have nothing to do with this location. This is an amazing place to workout with an awesome community.

Clean, ample parking, water refill, and sanitizers, etc. A good number of fitness equipment to match your goals. Also, a large number of cardio machines so you don't have to wait. The restroom is also clean and neat. The equipment looks very new. Also, the overall cleaning needs to be tight a little bit. I saw a few missed spots but these can be rectified with a good eye for the clean (if the owner needs my service, please contact me)

Me and my mom went to this gym for about a couple of weeks and the people here are very friendly. We ended up not coming for a month or 2 but they was still charging my moms card. The first payment they took was 25 dollars two weeks later it was 200. We were so confused on why they kept taking money even tho we haven’t been there in months. When we asked for our money back they were acting so confused like they don’t know what’s going on . And kept pushing us to the side about our money. Still til this day we’re tryna get our money but haven’t received it . So if you decide to take a break from the the place or something happens which makes you unable to come just know they’re gonna keep taking your money .

Since opening I have been very pleased up until today. Opening time is 5am. Pulled up at that time only to find the doors locked. Waited until 5:30 and still no one. There were 10 cars all outside waiting. A huge inconvenience. Very disappointed as this was the only time I could get a workout in today. I’m really hoping this doesn’t become a common occurrence.

Pros: This is probably one of the best gyms I’ve been to since moving to Houston. Locker room is very small but the amount of equipment and workout space makes up for it. The variety of machine and free weight equipment is impressive. The staff is friendly and the gym is clean.

Con: Inconsistent closing times on Sunday. I would suggest a temporary modification in hours until able to accommodate the demand.

What in the craziness? Why am here at 5:42 to workout! And not only are the doors locked and pad locked! What does this mean?

I don’t do business like this!!Entirely unacceptable!!

Just spoke to another patron as confused as I am! And as she said, it takes energy to be consistent and get up here when you’re trying to get in a groove!

She also said she too is looking to get new AirPods with noise canceling because they play the music as if it’s a party!
New, clean! However the music is so LOUD and the bass so INTRUSIVE, I can’t hear what is in my own ear with AirPods.

These youngsters don’t consider that there are older patrons that just want to relax while they work out and at LEAST HEAR THEIR CHOICE IF LISTENING IN THEIR own EAR! It’s not a club! The constant driving bass is just too much!

I joined this gym a few weeks ago , the staff have been great , however I came today around 2:30 pm and maybe got about 30 or so minutes into my workout when the young lady says we’re closing at 3:45 . Me I’m looking confused so I asked what time do u guys close and she said well we are short staffed today I said ok. So when I was leaving I asked her can I speak to a manager her response was he was not available. I said is there an assistant manager she again ,says not available. So at this point I’m a little frustrated because who can you contact when staff don’t know who to contact . I want to be able to work out and not be rushed . This has been an amazing place to workout, I hope in the future they have more staff . Because ,this truly is a wonderful place to workout . And another gentlemen that works out there normally on Sunday said it’s always closing early on Sundays 😞😞

I have been waiting for this gym to open since is great location for me because I live in area. I have attended this gym since they open and I haven’t had any problems at all. It is smaller than other gyms but so far hasn’t been a problem since gym hasn’t got full with people. The most I see everytime I go is less than 20ppl. They keep the gym clean. Only thing I would recommend is if they can play movies on some of their tv screens so ppl can watch while their on treadmill or other equipment in front of them. It was a plus I loved at fitness connection when they had their private room with big screen and had treadmills and other equipment . Also I hope their weekend hours change in future to similar hours during week.
